Budapest Museum Central - Budapeštas

Our first impression of this hotel was worrysome because it looked like a hostel, however, when we actually walked in, it smelled very clean and inviting, and i'm just talking about the lobby. Granted its not a plush hotel, but for the money, it was great. The staff was very friendly, the room was pleasantly clean and spacious. They could probably offer more for breakfast, but overall it was a pleasant stay. The location was great too. We were minutes away from the Central Market, Vaci Utca one of the bridges towards Buda and the museum and synagogue. Great hotel, would stay there again!!

I had a private studio with a jacuzzi. It was spacious and had all amenities. The staff was very friendly and spoke english. A very good breakfast buffet was delivered at my door every morning and I enjoyed the jacuzzi each night after alot of walking and seeing the sites, The location was convenient to all transportation as well. I was very happy to stay here.

Located on the second floor(remember the ground floor is 0) The staff was friendly and spoke English. The location is convenient to many restaurants. The Hop-on- Hop-off bus can be met in front of the Synagogue only blocks away. Don't accept room #1 as a deaf man living below plays the Hungarian news every morning extremely loudly at 6:00 am . Parking is around the corner and very expensive (20 Euros a day).

The hotel is on the 2nd floor of an old style flatted building with secure entry arrangements. It has a lift which worked well but might concern some as the inner timber doors did not close properly. The hotel is well run, very clean and friendly and every effort is made to control noise within the hotel itself. Unfortunately there is an Irish bar in the basement of an adjoining building which when we were there played music with a very loud pulsating bass which kept us awake until 3am some nights. Noise from the street was much less as there is double noise insulation although the trams were not running there as the track was being rebuilt. The hotel provides an included continental style breakfast which you order on a form each night giving time and selecting contents. A small complaint here was that sometimes the hot drinks were a bit cool. However service was cheerful and prompt and way above what you would get for this price anywhere else I think. Generally the hotel is excellent and very central with easy access to a major museum across the road. It is only two stations from the main metro interchange and close to tram and bus routes.

Lovely hotel, good location and feiendly and helpful staff. Very close to metro and museum. Also a street of many restaurants nearby.

Insgesamt sehr guter Service, gute Zimmerausstattung, sehr sauber. Leider war das Fruehstueck etwas karg. Auch ist das Hotel eher eine Pension.

A good hotel close to exiting areas in Budapest. However visitors should be aware that the Hotel is a renovated flat in a normal house. Nothing wrong with this except that the rooms are not very quit and the cleaning could have been overall better in the room. The personal was helpful and friendly, breakfast is eaten in the room ordered the day before, so no continental all you can eat breakfast here. Overall it's a 3 star hotel so I assume you get what you pay for.

Lite men sjarmerende og komfortabelt hotell. Frokost servert på sengen. Rent og pent, hyggelig personale. Nærme shoppinggata og Donau, meget sentralt.

Lite svårt at hitta då det endast satt en liten skylt vid porten. När vi gock in genom porten fanns ingen tydlig skylt om på vilken våning hotellet låg. Dålig belysning i trappen. När vi väl kom fram var det en pytteliten reception men rummen örerraskande fräscha. Stort plus för den välkomnande vinflaskan och det fina badrummet! Sängarna var dock för hårda.

Eerste indruk:Het hotel is moeilijk te te vinden, eerst een donkere deur en een sombere binnenplaats. Des te groter de verrassing van het hotel zelf. Het hotel is zeer schoon, personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel beschik over zeven kamers. Geen eetzaal, maar het ontbijt wordt op je kamer bezorgt. De kamers zijn royaal, en erg netjes ingericht. De badkamer is compleet. Ondanks dat het hotel aan een drukker weg ligt, hoor je geen geluid van buiten. Kortom een aanrader

Centralt beläget till synes nyrenoverat och fräscht litet hotell. Centralt beläget och inom gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheterna. Ingen resturang finns men frukost via room service ingår i priset. Tyst och lugnt dessutom. Prisvärt. Tvekar inte att rekommendera detta hotell till vänner o bekanta.
