Oasis Madrid Albufera - Madridas

I enjoyed everything about the hotel excepting it's internet service. I was assuming it'd be free and accessible from my room. Neither were true. You have to pay 1euro for every 15min. of internet and the only place the internet reaches is the hotel lobby. Very inconvenient.

Its an Apartment building but they rent out some of the rooms. The Pools were really dirty. The rooms were kept clean so if your just lookin for a place to sleep its ok, but its about a 15 min walk and a 30 min ride on the metro, or about a 30 Euro cab fare to Plaza Mayor!

The pictures are deceiving. The only way I can explain it is that this hotel is maybe 2 steps higher than a knights inn. The surrounding area looks "rough". the hotel has a high wall around it with bob wire on top. To me that makes me worry. the only thing good about the stay was the free shuttle to the airport.

me and 2 of my freinds were worried going to this hotel, we did know what to expect, but to our delight it was amazing! the room was very nice and big, clean and new! very nice bathroom and kitchen. def recommended, its a bit out of town but the metro makes it very easy to get in and out of town.

Better than expected. Only a couple of bus stops from metro and train stations. Front desk clerks speak at least three languages including english. Great bargain for the rates.

This place is not really a hotel-it consists fo several blocks of apartment like buildings. The hotel has swimming pools but these are closed from September 15-due to 'Madrid'. i requested an extra pillow -was told'is not possible'. The place is rather scruffy and the local area appears very rundown. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

We thought directions to the hotel were fairly vague and we never managed to locate the free shuttle bus On arrival at the hotel everything was good and the apartment was clean and contemporary We were given a map and explained about the layout of the hotel and where to find things Yes the hotel is in the middle of no where however we did spot a couple of restaurants and a fairly decent supermarket only two minutes away The swimming pool set up is a little odd not opening till lunch time and having no sun lounges however people just sat on the grass I felt the hotel could be much better with just a few adjustments From all thenegative reports we had read prior to our visit we were prepared for the location so for us it wasnt a great shock Our stay in Madrid was amazing and Sol CityCentre was fantastic Definately worth a visit. the hotel was generally ok

Nice and simple rooms, the rooms and whole hotel area were cleaned evey day. Caneen food on site was nice but not much choice of spanish food. Cooking equipment was available from the canteen and there was a good supermarket 2 minutes away. Well worth having a look around the local area as there was some nice local bars and restaurants.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and modern. I was actually really surprised how cheap I paid for such a nice area. After venturing out to find groceries, I found that I felt unsafe walking even 5 minutes to the grocery store. (It may be an European thing or it may be because I am a younger female). As for the hotel itself, when I arrived I noticed that the front of a bedside table was pulled off. Also, the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport but due to the trucker strike, they were unable to come through. I feel that they should have paid the 40 euro, which they told me would be 20 euro, for my cab since no one notified me the conditions and alternative plan that I should leave earlier.

We enjoyed the facilities and the adequate space in this "cool" hotel.

szép és jó és elegáns,de az étterem az hiányzik.csak egy büfé van,de az drága és nem sok minden van. Konditermet is elvileg szolgáltatnak,de az is egy semmi.Kb. 3 bicikli és egy bordásfal:) szerencsére a közelben van egy normális.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville ou pour faire halte voyage. Les piscines sont mal gérées malgré un personnel sur place. Personne ne se douche avant l'entrée dans le bain. Les gens ne passent même pas par le pédiluve. Ils entrent et sortent sans cesse sans passer par les douches ou bacs. Ce qui est loin d'être raisonnable par les temps qui courent.

Hôtel difficile à trouver, en périphérie (10 km du centre) dans un quartier vide, presque fantômatique. Très grand, personnel parfois peu aimable. Les piscines sont ridicules, au milieu des parkings et du béton, pas un brin d'herbe et leur entretien laisse à désirer. Buffet petit déj très cher et très mauvais. Les chambres sont en revanche très grandes et agréables malgré la vue sur un terrain vague. Pour visiter Madrid, on peut trouver largement mieux.

Venligt personale med humor og charme i god spansk siesta stil. Tingene blev ordnet i eget tempo. Vi bestilte dog en ekstra barneseng som vi aldrig fik. Det gik alligevel.

the hotel was fine!! but the airport shuttel only drives 3 hrs in the morning and 2 at night and it takes more than an hr. to get there by metro!!!!

nous avons été bien accueilli par le personnel. les chambres sont très spacieuse avec une baignoire à buses et lave vaisselle, frigo, clim. 20€ de caution contre ustensiles de cuisine. 3 piscines surveillées.Un supermaché "maxi dia" se trouve à 100m de l'hotel. Le metro est à 800 m arret "sierra de la guadaloupe", il faut 20 min en metro pour se rendre au centre ville. on y retournera avec plaisir. bon séjour à tous.

Curioso mi aspettavo la solita camera d'albergo invece mi sono ritrovata con un mini appartamento..un pò lontano dal centro..ma la metro si trova a cica 20-25 min dall'albergo..unica peca il parcheggio a pagamento.

let op als u gebruik wilt maken van de gratis shuttle bus! deze rijdt namelijk niet de gehele dag door! zelfs niet op de tijden dat hij behoort de rijden. wij hebben uiteindelijk een betaalde shuttle bus moeten regelen (27 euro), nadat we 1,5 uur hebben gewacht op het vliegveld. daarna beklag gedaan bij de receptie van het hotel, maar iedere keer moesten we weer met iemand anders praten. na lang volhouden kregen we de directeur te spreken (aan het eind van onze vakantie): een zeer onbeschofte man die voor de ogen van zijn personeel en gasten tegen ons te ke keer ging. uiteindelijk hebben we 3 maaltijden gekregen ter compensatie van de betaalde reis (het geld teruggeven deed hij niet).

I have never stayed at a hotel before where I personally had to go up 3 times during a night to calm down other guests, since the night portier did not seem to be bothered by the fact that a lot of teenagers played football in the corridors, slammed dors and played loud music.

een erg leuke hotel, net in de buitenwijk van madrid, wel jammer qwa loopafstand metro, +- 1km. Wel een erg rustige omgeving en in supermarkt in de buurt wat erg handig als je in een soort studio zit waar je zelf kan koken, erg vriendelijk personeel en professioneel.

Lämpligt vid ett sommarbesök i Madrid, 3 utomhuspooler. MIss att det inte står i information på Internet att poolområdet är stängt vintertid. Tråkig omgivning. Nära till tunnelbana (ca 15 min gångväg), ca 20-25 min resa till Madrids centrum. Inget således för den som vill bo mitt i stan. Saknas helt köksutensilier, går inte ens koka tevatten! Detta trots att köksdelen är välutrustad med spis, fläkt, kyl etc. Hyfsad cafeteria på hotellet.

Van huto. A kis konyha resz egy legterben vana pult mogotti nappali resszel, amiben volt egy kis asztal meg egy borkanape, azt kovette egy polc, rajta egy hatalömas uvegfal, ami mogott huzodott meg a franciaagy, vele szembe a tv, amin igazabol 97%-ban csak spanyol adok voltak, tehat tvzni nem nagyon erdemes. A szoba eleg tagas, varosnezeses hetvegere a hotelt ajanlom. Metroval a belvaros 20-30 perc alatt elerheto.

Een mooie studio van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs vaatwasser en oven. Wel even het keukengerei ophalen in het restaurant. Goede service en vriendelijk personeel. Wel uit het centrum, maar op 8oo meter is er een metro (10 min.wandelen). Goede metroverbinding met de luchthaven.

HO FATICATO A FARMI CAPIRE IN ITALIANO PERCHE' L'INTERLOCUTORE AL RICEVIMENTO NON CONOSCEVA LA LINGUA, TUTTAVIA HO APPREZZATO IL SERVIZIO NAVETTA PER L'AEROPORTO. MI E' PARSO POCO CONTROLLATO NELLE ORE NOTTURNE, E POCO ILLUMINATO AI PIANI, QUINDI CARENTE IN SICUREZZA PER GLI OSPITI, TENUTO CONTO DELLE GRANDI DIMENSIONI DELLA STRUTTURA, DELLA ZONA NELLA QUALE E' UBICATO E LA PRESENZA DI MOLTE PERSONE.

Vi leide to dobbeltrom. Rommene er stoore, og fullt innredet for å ordne sin egen matlaging, komfyr, stekeovn, kjøleskap og oppvaskmaskin; altså appartment style. Bestikk lånes i restaurant. Hotellet ligger et stykke utenfor sentrum, men kurant transport med Metro. Hyggelig handelssenter innen 10 min gangavstand (Villa Vallecas). Dette er ikke et typisk turisthotell, derfor kommer du mer i kontakt med spanjoler. Helt OK restaurant for middag eller lunsj, dersom du ikke skal spise ute i byen. Frokostbuffet i vanlig søreuropeisk standard. Et lite trimrom med noe utstyr er også tilgjengelig, i tillegg til at det er greit å jogge i området.

Hôtel pas trop mal, par contre le lit est digne des hôtels miteux, avec une odeur dans la salle de bain horrible, car pas de syphons!!

Geen info over gratis shuttlebus v vlieghaven nr hotel op voorhand gekregen, wel bij aankomst in hotel, bij terugkeren zat shuttelbus in file en hebben we dure taxi moeten nemen, zwambad niet goed gelegen

Om du leter efter ett hotel med fin möblering och möjlighet till att själv laga din mat - men även att kunna få severing är detta ett utmärkt hotell. Det ligger förvisso inte direkt centralt, men har bra kommunikationer till centrum.

Wir fliegen öfters für 3-5 Tage irgend wo hin um irgend eine Stadt kennen zu lernen. Wir brauchen kein 5 Sterne Hotel sondern nur und brauchen eine vernünftige Unterkunft. Das Oasis erfüllt diesbezüglich unsere Ansprüche. Wir hatten ein Studio mit Bad, EBK, Wohn- und Schlafraum. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig. Unglücklich war nur, das wir zwar einen Geschirrspüler hatten, jedoch kein Geschirr + Besteck. Für s. g. Rucksacktouristen wie uns, stellt das fehlen des Geschirr/Besteck kein Problem dar.

Lite öst stats stuk på hotellet , men helt ok att bo på om man är på genomresa . Dock en dålig vägbeskrivning till hotellet från flygplatsen , vi irrade omkring i drygt 2 timmar. Hittade det med hjälp av en sopgubbe. Hyfsat rent, litet pentry för matlagning. AC fanns.

Enklare lägenhetshotell i Madrids utkanter. Rekommenderas endast om man har bil.
