Great hotel. Great staff as well. Not to mention the fact there was a jewelry store on the first floor :). It had to be the best hotel that I have ever stayed in.

Extremely comfortable with quite possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Great amenities with a lovely view of downtown. They even brought up dog food and bowls for our little pup that stayed with us! Service was great!

We could only stay one night given our babysitter options and we chose to spend a little more for Trump Hotel because we knew it would be beautiful & new, clean and well appointed. It was very classy - the room was furnished beautifully, the bathroom was exquisite and I just adored the decor, the view, the relaxing bath-tub and the superbly comfortable bed. My back misses that bed! They were still working on the patio restaurant which would have made for a fun lunch environment but we ended up going out for lunch & dinner and checked out Rebar for a drink. My husband requested flowers in our room and we received a beautiful exotic arrangement which I enjoyed the following week as well. My husband said they were very helpful in the selection process. Though we enjoy trying new places we would stay at Trump again and recommend it to others. The location as well is perfect.

Was a fabulous hotel for a Girls Weekend! From the amazing spa to the gorgeous room and view, we couldn't have asked for better. Would go again in a heartbeat!

The pool and health club were very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Close to all major downtown attractions. The room contained all the extras you would expect in a luxury hotel.

Terrific getaway-theater weekend. Beautiful, well furnished, immaculate rooms. Well staffed with friendly and highly competent personnel. Secure. Perfectly positioned to enjoy the city. Excellent service. Recommend the in-room Continental breakfast and the hotel lounge.

I am impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel overall, good services of its staff. They even remembered my name and the event I was in town for. We received excellent service from the time we stepped out of the car, checking in, requesting housekeeping service, restaurant food & service, checking out and not even waiting too long for the valet to bring our car out. We would definitely stay again.

Outstanding hotel as far as service, convenience, location, and over the top room! Killer value on room price!! Only negative is price of room service which can be avoided by bringing in outside food. Lovely mini kitchen standard in gorgeous room and over the top luxurious bath!! Would absolutely stay here again

Everything was great.

I used my free reward and booked a night to celebrate my husband's birthday. Trump Tower Hotel was amazing. We were upgraded to a Deluxe King River/Lakeview room on the 19th floor. The view of river, locks, lake, Wrigley building and Tribune Tower were amazing. I live in the Chicago and see the buildings all the time, but not from that angle. The room had every amenity I could imagine, but of course, I brought my own wine, bottled water and snacks (although we used the wine glasses provided in the room). So many nice touches like switch-operated curtains and an amazing blow dryer, which I purchased through Overstock.com the next day. Unfortunately, it was raining the evening we were there, so we didn't get an opportunity to experience the rooftop bar. We had a great view of it from our room, however. I look forward to making this an anual event each August and would recommend this hotel over other Chicago hotels in this price point.

Upon check-in I was quite impressed with the facility and service. However, it quickly turned to dissatisfied when we ordered room service the first evening. We waited an hour for dinner and called several times for our meal. We spoke with the front desk manager and were informed thast this would be "taken care of". The second night we waited 40 minutes. Both evening we were told the meal would be delivered in 30 minutes or less. After waiting 40 minutes we discovered the meal was incorrect. We had the wrong wine delivered and water was omitted. When I called down to the manager I was informed they would handle this and perhaps adjust the rate. This never happened. Additionally, we were billed $280 for the meal. Again, an error that no one could explain. The third night we attempted to order we were placed on hold for 10-15 minutes. I placed the order and the individual answering the phone asked "do we have that on the menu". I informed them that they do offer this item and then was asked to locate the page of the item for the employee. Two days we waited over 15 minutes for the car. When I recieved the bill I discovered they had not handled the bill for the first evening and the $280 for the second evening was not corrected. It appears they do not have enough employees working and it not unusual to be placed on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. Very frustrating experience for a business traveling and I would not recommend this property. Very disappointing because the NY property expereince was great.

We found that most lower priced rooms were booked so we splurged and were very much impressed! The staff went out of their way to great us by name every time they saw us even though we were only there for one night!! We will definately be back.

The Trump International Hotel & Tower is my new home away from home each time I'm in the Chicago area. Excellent customer service and the hotel is absolutely beautiful! I can't wait to stay there again!

The service and physical appearance of this hotel was great. This is a great place to stay if you are willing to pay to be in the middle of downtown. Great for a short romantic getaway or sightseeing.

great hotel; great location; and great service!! the rooms are beautifully appointed with contemporary furniture, the bed is super comfy, and the bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, and a separate deep tub. location is close to lots of attractions and nightlife too. this is truly a wonderful hotel.

I came to Chicago w/high expectations about my stay at the new Trump Hotel. My expectations were met to my highest satisfaction. The location, the service, the room, and the attention to little details in the design of the hotel were excellent. Yes, it is pricey, but if you are able to score a deal, go for it.

Every part of the service from the point where we pulled in was pure bliss. This was the finest hotel I've ever stayed in, and while expensive, I hope to stay in there several more times.

Everything was as expected for a 5 star hotel until the valet lost our car and we stood at the front entry waiting for 20-25 minutes while they found it.

Arrived late at the hotel after an 8 hour drive. Wow, was it a sight for sore eyes. Fantastic room, with full-height glazing giving fantastic view of Chicago. Bath was large enough for four! Sat in the bath watching the TV in the bathroom mirror. Wonderful. After room service (an experience on it's own!), crashed in bed with warmed, scented neck and eye soothers (from the warming eye and neck soother oven of course!). Service was impeccable, but personable and not at all stuffy (which I hate). I'm sure there are better hotels out there somewhere, but I have yet to experience them. It's a fantastic hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and a great location! Very pricey. Restaurant and bar very expensive. Well worth it.

beyond great...fabulous

My only complaint is that shortly after we checked in (which was around 630pm) someone came to see if we would like turndown service. Now, keep in mind this was a large room, but she didn't even give us 10 seconds to get to the door before she barged in. I was a little irritated because she walked in while i was in the bathroom. but other than that everything was great.

Beautiful new construction. The rooms were very nice, quiet and comfortable. The quality of all materials used is superb. The service was very good with two minor exceptions. First, they wouldn't let us check in even 1 second before 3:00pm, claiming our room wasn't ready although they had a 1-bedroom suite available for $100/night more. We wouldn't upgrade, they made us wait until 3:00....then gave us the suite anyway. Second, the Automated check-out wasn't working, so we had to stand in line to check out on Sunday morning. A couple of odd gripes about the room: Although there was a DVD player, there was no remote control for it and no instructions on how to operate it (i.e., how to change the input source on the TV. The room had a nice "Le Cube" coffee machine that made very good coffee, but they didn't have any Half-and-Half in the rooms....just nasty, powdered CoffeeMate. We visit Chicago about twice a year and have stayed in most of the big hotels....I think this one is already the best choice. When they get a little more practice it won't even be a contest.

This was an outstanding hotel. I would highly recommend it. The staff anticipated our every need. Donald Trump himself would be impressed.
