The hotel and our room were clean and nicely decorated. The pool area was well kept and the towels nicely stocked. The beds were comfortable (except the sofa bed). Six of us stayed in one suite and we would do it again. It worked out well for our family.

The short version: I've commonly paid the same amount of money for hotel rooms that weren't nearly as nice. It's easy walking distance to the convention center and a bit farther to Disneyland, and the Disney resort shuttle pulls up right out front. There are plenty of good dining options nearby. My only quibble is with the daily charge for internet access. What hotel charges extra for internet? Isn't that like charging for air?

I thought it was a great room for the price. Very clean, nice, comfortable. I will absolutely stay there again.

This hotel was centrally located, located near Disneyland at a great rate.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel for at least four times. It's safe, very, clean, well located (by Disneyland, gas stations, restaurants, convenient stores,Convention Center, malls, etc), great staff, good service. It should be classified as a 4 stars, at least.

Our family really enjoyed our recent stay. All of our expectations were met. Our room was very neat and comfortable and loved that fact that you couldn't hear much noise. The pool was kid/family friendly. My only recommendation would be to have larger wastebaskets and have the coffee shop open longer hours.

Our family stayed at the Doubletree Guest Suites during our first trip to Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were all friendly. The only criticism I would make is that the quality of food from the restaurant was mediocre. We ordered room service the first night, and the pizzas tasted like supermarket fare, the kind that come in shrink-wrap with cardboard backing. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

We had a great time on our vacation. The room was comfortable. Yes, it's right down the street from Disneyland but you would only know it from the fireworks that happen nightly. The only downfall is that the pool area is not that big for the amount of people that are there. They need more lounge chairs to accommodate everyone. The arcade was a big disappointment...it only had 3 games and one of them was broken. Overall, it was a great location and hotel for the activities and places we wanted to see.

We booked at Doubletree based on several positive reviews and were not disappointed. The new decor is elegant and the rooms were very clean and stocked with quality Neutrogena toiletries. We were able to afford a one bedroom suite --2 Q beds and a separate living room with small fridge and microwave. Very comfortable beds and crisp linens. It was perfect for our family of 4. Although the hotel is on the route for the Anaheim resort bus,we decided to take our car and park at Disney, b/c the charge for parking was only a couple $ more than four transit fares.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean & quiet. There was excellent customer service, and we got fresh, warm chocolate chip cookies each evening! What more could I ask for? Unfortunately, we did have to pay $11 to park our car in the parking lot, but the well priced room more than made up for having to pay for parking. The hotel was conveniently located near Disneyland, and has Disney Tram pick up right in front of the hotel. We chose to drive to Disneyland instead. (With two young girls, I know they wouldn't want to wait for the tram). Overall, an excellent value, and a wonderful hotel!

Although a drive/shuttle away from the park, the room is an excellent value, especially compared to the hotels within walking distance. We had a large, clean room (suite), the staff was friendly, and the price was most reasonable. For us, it was well worth paying extra for Disneyland parking each day as opposed to a closer and lesser hotel where we could walk...

Beautiful place to stay. Room was great, location easy to get around in Anaheim, comfortable pillows but a bit soft on the bed, but great.

Great room for the money.

Hotel was in a great location for Disneyland. Room was outstanding with extra width and a wet bar. Plus a dressing room with separate water closet and shower. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Pool and jaccuzi was just right. Disney fireworks could be seen from the hot tub. Room service was extremely reasonable in price and the selection of food was outstanding. The warm cookies at check in were great. I will stay her again on any Disneyland future trips.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and the customer services seems to get better every time. Thank you

Room was comfortable. Especially the beds. Pool was a bit disappointing to my older children... it got very crowded with little kids. A hotel shuttle to Disneyland would have been nice.

After hours at Disneyland, this hotel was like a dream. Check-in around 1 a.m. went smoothly. The room was so comfortable and quite sound-proofed. We were on the road side, but traffic sound was not a problem. My family slept in and we were allowed to extend our check-out to 1 p.m. instead of noon so we could enjoy the lovely outdoor pool. Great experience!

My children enjoyed the hotel's swimming pool. We loved the beds. The room was wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful, great location, great price, very friendly staff. Only issue was that when I booked a room at a "Suites" hotel, I expected a suite. It was a longer walk to the convention center than I thought it would be, but it was great weather, and I like to walk. 15 minutes isn't a big deal.

Doubletree always delivers. The only thing this time is that we were woken up at 7:30am because our sink was leaking to the room below. This was a royal pain. Otherwise, it worked out very nicely.

Loved the hotel. It was only 4 blocks from Disneyland. There was a pickup right outside for the bus to Disneyland. Restaurants and stores just down the street withing walking distance. Couldn't have ask for more for my money.

The hotel is a fairly long, but manageable, walk (not for little ones) from Disneyland. The room was clean, tastefully furnished, and a good size and quality for the price. The only major downside is that you have to pay to park overnight, so that is important to keep in mind when considering the price.

We liked the location because of the proximity to Disneyland parks. Small disappointment was that a big hotel like this doesn't provide a shuttle to the parks - we had to pay for the city shuttle which was fairly priced for a all-day ride. But we still went with that option rather than dealing with the parking issues. Another additional fee you will have to pay is parking at the hotel - per day charge. Other than that - nice clean pool, clean rooms, great beds, quality toiletries and plenty of towels. The suite offers plenty of space for a family of 4.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Doubletree in Anaheim. The rooms were very comfortable. I found the shuttle service to Disneyland very convenient. My family purchased the "2fer" Disneyland tickets and we will definitely be booking our next hotel stay with Doubletree when we go up next month to go to California Adventure. The warm cookie we received was the "icing on a wonderful weekend". Thank you

The staff, beds, ambiance was all really great. We even slept more than we planned due to how dark the heavy curtains were. We thought the night just kept going, so we kept sleeping. But it was a great thing to catch up on sleep! The food was really not great at all though. The breakfast potatoes were dry and obviously previously frozen. But everything else in the whole hotel was very nice.

From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were in Awe of this 3 year old Hotel nestled in the mainstream area of Disneyland, Anaheim California. The property was immaculate and inviting. We were greeted by the desk clerk. Her name was Alice. I am a call center director for AT&T and I have to tell you, I would hire her in a moment. She was warm, entusiastic and valued the customer. She asked why we came to the DoubleTree, if this was our first visit and if we were celebrating anything during our stay. Well it was our 2 year anniversary and without hesitation, Alice picked up on that and ran with it. She congratulated us, gave us a few extra cookies and secretly plotted with my husband to make our stay extra special. As she suggested something sent to our room. Surprise! chocolate strawberries and fresh fruit was delivered to our room later that evening. Doubletree, you need to keep your eye on Alice, she contains great sales skills and fantastic customer care abilities. We used the pool/jacuzzi facilites and enjoyed them immensely. And last but not least the continental breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was clean, the staff exceptional and the food yummy! Kudos to you DoubleTree,,I will make ALL my reservations with you from now on.

Nice room. I didn't have much interaction with the staff but what I had was fine. Location was convenient. I would stay there again.

I decided to book the doubletree after reading several good reviews online. The room, the staff, the hotel was GREAT! Everything we expected and more. We will definitely stay here next time we travel to Disneyland.

Excellent value and a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. The cookies they give you at check in are delicious. We will go back.

This was a great hotel and was very clean. The hotel is fairly close enough to walk to disneyland, but for smaller children may be a bit far. They do have a shuttle available to take you to and from Disneyland for a small fee. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
