Ramada Vilnius - Vilnius

We were very happy with this hotel. Taking in consideration that it is located in "newly " shengen country which was under russian governing before - we were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the staff, clean room, excellent service provided. room was somewhat too small, but it did not bother us since we had absolutely marvelous service and every request we had was fullfilled immediately such as adapters, ice, extra ameneties, they had even provided us with a laptop for the whole duration of the stay. superb location and very fair price for such service. we are very experienced travelers, trotted around the globe many times, had been practically everywhere and this is great hotel, nothing more to say. definitely will stay there again if we go to Vilnius again in the future. Good things: fair price, great service, superb location in the center of the old city, good breakfast, cleaness of the room and whole hotel. Negative things: small room

Located in the heart of Vilnius, near everything of interest. Very friendly staff always helpful.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service was particularly good. The room was excellent and very modern. The breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely return.

The Ramada has a great location in Old Town Vilnius. We had a beautiful view of the Philharmonic outside our window. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choices. The room was quite small, which would have been okay but they tried to put too much furniture into it, making it hard to get to the second bed or television. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were told there was parking, but not the very high cost, so we were glad we didn't need it.

We found our stay in this hotel fantastic, it is right in the centre of town. The staff in the hotel had excellent customer service and made us feel very welcome. Only disappointing part for an Irish traveller was the breakfast, no full Irish was on offer. I would no hesitate in using this hotel again.

Stort sett fornøyd med hotellet, men visse ting trakk ned, som reparasjonsarbeider med dunking og hamring klokka åtte på morgenen, og en frokost som var både liten og ikke særlig fersk.

Hotellet ligger sentralt i gamlebyen rett overfor filharmonien. Et stilfult og koselig hotell. Pene rom og førsteklasses service og rengjøring. Kommer garantert tilbake neste gang vi er i Vilnius.
