Pension Miami - Barselona

The hotel was perfect.It had 2 beds and an ensuite bathroom,which is exactly what we wanted,no frills or clutter like trousers presses and ironboards etc. And the staff was brilliant.They couldnt of been more helpful

When booking our hotel, the picture on the website showed a plewasnat looking place with restaurant outside and nice windows to the front. The reality was very different. The pension was down a smelly back alley and the room had no window, it was small, dull and opressive! The staff were friendly and spoke excellent english and it was close to all attractions.

Although not the height of luxury, you pay for what you get at pension miami. The staff were very nice and very helpful, the rooms were clean and a reasonable size. We were very pleased with the pension and would definitely consider staying there in future!

The staff was courteous and helpful. This is a bare bones pension. The rooms are unattractive but clean. The location is within walking distance of Las Ramblas.

The room was clean. Wooden shutters coverd the window instead of a screen, but we latched the inside window. Our bedspread was shabby. The bathroom was clean and looked like it was recently redone, but there was no shower curtain, The shower head was mounted on the ceiling. We had 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels but no wash cloths and no cups in the bathroom. We had to pay a deposit of 20 euros if we wanted a remote for the TV. We opted out of that since it was only in Spanish and no cable. I had to pay a 20 euro deposit to use a hairdryer. It was refunded when I returned the dryer. It was by no means a fancy hotel like we are used to staying in. It was on a little side street close to the Las Ramblas area, but we were a little hesitant to walk around. We were there on the Feast of St. John the Baptist and did not get a good nights sleep because everyone was shooting off fireworks til 4am right outside our window. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and the place was clean. All 38 rooms were full though. Pension did not meet our expectations.

This hotel was situated in a location within a 5-7 minute walk to La Rambla which made it a fairly convenient to get to shopping, restaurants, etc. My husband and I were travelling with our 15 year old daughter. Our room had 3 single beds which were fairly confortable, and air-conditioning which was controlled from the front desk. The room and bath are very basic, but it was really all we needed since we just went there to sleep. The hotel also offers a luggage storage service if you need them to hold your luggage before/after checkout. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke english. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel.

Verwacht geen luxe, geen service, geen ramen, en het valt dan allemaal mee. De Airco wordt aan de balie per kamer bediend en per vergissing ging die in de nacht 2 keer uit. Op verzoek, (in nachtkleding naar beneden, 2x ) ging de airco weer aan. Wel heel dicht bij de Ramblas en metrostation Universitat.

Pension sans prétention offrant l'essentiel aux touristes: des chambres propres et un accueil très sympa. A 5min à pied de la rue principale de Barcelone. Petit bémol: pas de parking proposé par l'hotel. Le plus proche (carrer dels tallers) nous est revenu à 82€ pour 3 jours.

Svårt att hitta till hotellet. Rummet var väldigt litet och utsikten var rakt in i en stenvägg. Det var även väldigt lyhört. Dock var läget väldigt bra, nära till stora affärsgator, La Rambla och Metron. Personalen var jättetrevlig!

Très bien situé, et très bon accueil, calme et propre.

Mitt i händelsernas centrum och nära till allt - ett stenkast från tunnelbanan, nära Barri Gótic, hamnen och La Rambla. Receptionen var öppen dygnet runt och personalen var alltid hjälpsam och trevlig under vårt besök. Rummen var oklanderligt välstädade - varje dag. Allt funkar som det ska. Rummen är små och badrummen likaså, men åker man till Barcelona för att uppleva Barcelona så spelar ju det ingen som helst roll. För att ligga så bra till är det här hotellet extremt prisvärt. Jag kommer med stor sannolikhet bo här igen.

Hôtel tres agreable et bien place auprès de las Ramblas meme si parfois le soir les rues voisines sont un peu mal frequentées mais cela reste sans risque aucun. Tres bon rapport qualité prix et personnel tres agreable et serviable

Il y avait des problèmes de chauffage (il faisait froid à l'intérieur de la chambre même qd celui-ci était allumé). En plus; il faut à chaque fois que l'on rentre demander l'allumage du chauffage (celui-ci est dc éteint en notre absence) Point positif: Position très centrale dans la ville

Het hotel ligt zeer centraal en is relatief goedkoop. Nette badkamer. Maar het bed was helaas niet al te schoon, klein, hard en scheef.

Günstig, zentral, schönes Multikulti-Viertel, das Zimmer war nicht so komfortabel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Mitten im Zentrum, mit normalem Geräuschpegel. Waren zu dritt in einem kleinen Zimmer. Für Barcelona ist das Hotel sehr billig. Fleißiges Personal.

Etwas schmuddelig, nicht sehr sauber, sehr ringhörig und das Bett war richtig durchgelegen und unbequem. Aber das Hotel ist gut gelegen und relativ günstig.

Zimmer schlicht , trotzdem OK . Wir legen allerdings kein wert auf Luxus.

Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen in einer eher verlassenen Gegend, obwohl es sich in der Naehe der La Rambla befindet. Aussen ist das Hotel in einem schlechten Zustand, doch im Innern ist es besser. Unser Zimmer war im sechsten Stock, obwohl der Aufzug nur bis in den fuenften ging...also hiess es Koffer schleppen. Das Zimmer selbst war frisch gestrichen und sowohl Bad als auch Zimmer waren sauber. Was uns etwas schockierte, war die Tatsache, dass wir am naechsten Morgen eine Kakerlake entdeckt hatten.....

Gute Lage (Zentrum) allerdings kein Hingucker von Hotel, spartanisch eingerichtete Zimmer mit sehr dünnen Wänden.
