Silken Cigarral El Bosque - Toledas

Although not conveniently located inside the city walls, we chose this hotel for the promised views. They kept their promise! It was beautiful.

This hotel was NOT in the city center, but it was very close and a great hotel. We did NOT like the loud air conditioner! But, it was a beautiful place!

The Hotel is beautiful, with a fabulous view of Toledo, and an easy 15 minute walk to the old city. The star restaurant is overpriced; and although the presentation is lovely, the portions are small and the menu, too exotic for my tastes.

This hotel was eerily quiet when we visited between Christmas and New Year's. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms with a view of Toledo are grand. But the distance is not convenient to walk into town. Taxis are available, but you should phone ahead to order to assure that you have transportation back to the hotel late. For a "five star" hotel, the towels were not so good and the food is good but very expensive compared to prices in town.

Excellent hotel with top-notch accomodations. Lovely location, but on outskirts of Toledo, therefore cab rides into city are necessary at night, but a 1 mile walk during day. Room size is large.

The view from the hotel of old Toledo is incredible. I'm not one to sit and watch sunset's but I sat for an hour and a half watched as the dusk settled on Toledo. I had located the hotel on Google Maps to make finding the hotel easier. Don't trust Googles location. They were off by over 3 kilometers and it took an hour and a half to find the hotel.

This hotel is awesome. Huge rooms decorated very nicely, great ammenities, large private patio. The hotel is not far from Toledo, and from looking at a map, it appears to be a short walk into the heart of the city. However, there are only a few access points into the "walled" city, so it was further than we anticipated. It was a good 15-20 min walk at a moderate pace. Driving into the city can be difficult. The hotel was a good place to park the car (free) and walk into the city or take a taxi.

Très belle vue sur Tolède et bon rapport qualité /prix par rapport aux Hotel de Madrid. Un service et équipement de qualité, la piscine bien qu'un peu petite est suffisante pour se raffraichir après la journée de visite. Voiture nécessaire pour aller dans la ville.
