Congress Hotel - Vilnius

hotel is very central-staff very friendly and helpful. restaurant food is good but no atmosphere-needs a seoerate bar. breakfast ok

Arrived on v.hot day and room was almost unbearable, had fan on wall but only works when you're in room so can't cool it down when you're out. Upgraded to double room on understanding of balcony but all rooms on 6th floor and above don't have a balcony - I was on 6th floor and just had a sky-light which couldn't see out of. Room is probably much nicer when weather is cooler. Location is pretty good near to bus stops and main shops and about 1km from main attractions.

This is a good solid hotel. It's not offering amazing luxury. The bar closes at exactly 11pm. The gym is almost non-existent (you probably have better equipment at home), however it is clean, has a decent restaurant, and is in an amazing location just minutes away on foot from all the action in Vilnius. I would certainly go back there again.

noisy room at busy traffic corner. spacious rooms. higher level quieter rooms are more expensive but hotels.com not noted. byo toiletries. excellent breakfast included in price. internet varies with network broadcast.

The Congress Hotel is in a beautiful, convenient location.Unfortunately, during the recent heat wave, we had to leave the windows open at night as there is no air conditioning. The noise from the busy intersection kept me up all night.

Otelin konumu iyi, kahvalti cok iyi ama aksamin 10 unda sicak su bulamamak tam bir hayal kirikligi..birde duvar izalasyonlari iyi degil..yan odadaki insanlar sizin odanizdaymis gibi...

qaolity - price- value for money balance was ok

Vi var litt skeptisk siden det var en del dårlige anmeldelser av dette hotellet, men vi ble veldig positivt overrasket. Vi var tre par som reiste og alle syns dette hotellet var meget bra. Servicen var meget bra. Hyggelige folk som jobbet her og maten på hotellet var god. Frokosten var standard, men man fikk spist seg mett og det er jo det viktigste. Fin beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen og alle severdigheter. Dette hotellet vil jeg anbefale på det varmeste.

Hotellet hadde svært bra beliggenhet, og det var ikke noe problem å komme dit med buss direkte fra flyplassen. Bussen stoppet like ved hotellet, og det lå svært nær gamlebyens severdigheter.

Hotell med klass. Fungerande gym om man improviserar lite. Litet, men fint rum. Högt i tak och fin utsikt. Mycket bra frukost. Bra trådlöst bredband. En mycket positiv upplevelse! Enjoy!

Grei beliggenhet, elendig service og elendig frokost.

Vi var alle fornøyd med hotellet. Gode rom. Dessverre få med balkong, men vi var heldige og fikk. Ikke alltid like blide folk i resepsjon, men det handler kanskje mer om lynnet i Litauen... Kun ca 500 m fra gamlebyen.

Vänligt mottagande i receptionen, hjälpsam coh trevlig personal. Det fanns alltid någon att fråga och hjälpen var aldrig långt borta. Rummet helt OK och frukostbuffén. mmmm!

Being an old hotel the hotel has rather recently been renovated. Especially the bathroom was very new and modern, but the design of the rest of room was more of old style Soviet, in other words dark. The TV was tiny but did have CNN, BBC etc. And the WiFi worked fine so you can always get the news that way. For those who like soft beds they should probably pick another hotel. But for us others it's a good bed though. The location is good just inbetween the old and new parts of the city. Everything is within walking distance. And despite it's situated just by a busy street the noise won't get into the room thanks to good windows.

Fin hotel

Mi sono trovato benissimo all'Hotel Congress. E' situato in una zona centrale, l'edifico è molto bello, e sopratutto il personale è straordinario. Gentili, premurosi, educati, ti fanno sentire come a casa. Le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli, nella hall, c'è un computer connesso 24 ore su 24 a disposizione degli ospiti, e la colazione è abbondante e di ottima qualità. Davvero il migliore hotel di cui sono stato ospite fino ad oggi. Lo consiglierei a chiunque.
