I have asked to give the TV remote to hotel staf they did not give the remote and did not give proper explaination why they dont have remote for room TV. Aircondition did not work properly. Breakfast is also not good. However hotel staff was helpful.

There were roaches in tub,drains full of hair, water damage on walls, AC cranked high room still very warm, it was just really a horrible hotel and wish I had never booked that room.

Hotel is old and in desperate need of repair. Shower tiles were cracked and falling off the shower wall, which was swollen from moisture damage and ridden with mold. Shower door and tiles were covered in black mold. Wallpaper was peeling from the wall and was stained and very dated. Towel softness is that of sandpaper, and pillows were flat and left you with a stiff neck. The good about the hotel is that it is near Disney and the price is affordable.

Get one of the newly remodeled rooms in the north section of the complex, you are getting a fantastic deal for your money there. I've stayed here five times so far, the price and location can't be beat - and once you know what section to request, you have it made. Staff is excellent.

at first i was amazed with how cheap i got the hotel for, so i wasn't expecting it to be glamorous, but i really don't think I've seen anything this bad before. The carpets would make our feet black, the walls were brown and cracked, and the bathroom shower was extremely small. I was more worried about the cost during my trip, but next time around, I'll make sure to worry about the quality as well.

As many have said in their own reviews that I looked at before picking this hotel to stay at; this was the cheapest I was able to find in the area around the Anaheim Convention center. Upon check in, the clerk was quite cheerful and informed us of places to eat and gave us a map of the area (albeit, it was not to scale *cries*). The room was clean and tidy. My only complaint is that the bathroom didn't have a fan (for #2) and only a small window. Pretty nice with a small fridge and microwave. Also the wireless,I heard was old (router), it constantly dropped me from the net. But that isn't important if all you need is a place to sleep.

This hotel was a classic 50s-era Disneyland hotel, but today's it just an old hotel that's had enough remodeling to keep it from being a dive. The rooms are rough around the edges so consider it more along the lines of a Motel 6 or Super 8 type stay rather than a Holiday Inn or La Quinta. We found this place originally through Hotels.com and took a chance. The price here was much lower than what the front desk could directly offer us, and it's on the corner next to the Disneyland Hotel and Disney's California Adventure. A very short walk from the hotel, along the side of DCA, then in through the Grand Californian deposits you in Downtown Disney and then at the front park gates in about 10 minutes or so depending on how fast you walk. It was quicker and easier than driving and parkign, which I have previously done every trip since 1995. Future visits I plan to not get a rental car (unless planning to visit Knotts, Universal, etc.) and stay at a place like Eden Roc and just walk each day (with a poncho in case of rain or take the shuttle service that is available). I cannot stress how nice the staff is. Morning coffee and some pre-packaged pastries are available, but that's about all the bonuses you get here. Wifi works, and so did the bed and shower, and we saw no bugs. For the money, it's a great value.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door and the room was very big. It had two separate bedrooms with a total of 3 beds, a kitchen area with a sink, microwave and refrigerator. The shower was great, the pressure of the water was excelent, it felt like a massage. The only negative was the condition of the kitchen floor, and the fact that the hotel didn't have a laundry area. But other than that, we spent a very nice 3 days in the hotel.

I was told different things about the wireless internet. I called and they said that they had wireless, but I was later told that they only had wireless "in the public areas" (which means the small lobby)and that only some rooms were close enough for wireless. When I got there, the wireless didn't work in my room or in the lobby. They did fix the wireless and it worked fine after that, but make sure to request a room near the office if you want wireless. It was a good value to stay there as it is just around the corner from the Anaheim Convention Center and the Marriott Convention Center and much cheaper.

A lot of reviews will claim a hotel is dirty and when you get there it's hardly noticable. That is not the case here. This place is -DIRTY-. black mildew on the shower curtain liner, mold growing up the furniture, linoleum floors grey with dirt. It's dirty. The towels are like sandpaper. It is cheap though, and the employees are incredibly nice. So if you can get past the grime, this place will do if you want a cheap hotel for a night or two.

The hotel was very comfortable after 12 hours of walking at disney. the kids LOVED the pool. the staff was very nice we even stayed an extra day!

The room was very tiny and hot. Air conditioning did not cool the room down. Bathroom was so small it was hard to turn around in it and the shower was terrible. Water pressure was a dribble and the towels were at least 15 years old, and one could see through them. I would never go here again.

The Good: It was very, very cheap, had an excellent location, and was clean considering it was an ols hotel in desperate need of maintenance. The Bad: No remote control in room, the electricity went out in our room so they had to move us (to a worse room,) they forgot to give us clean towels on the second day, the 'continental' breakfast was the worse excuse for breakfast I have ever seen, and the neighboring room was yelling and partying all night but the management refused to kick them out despite numerous complaints. The bootom line: Even for the cheap price I would never stay there again.

The hotel was in a great location and I guess you get what you pay for. The room was very small and the towels were small and old. The room was clean but you could tell that the carpet had not been washed in years. It was convenient because of the location and the hotel staff was very nice, but if you're looking for fancy, this is not the place to go

Yes, it was a good price but it could really use a major remodel. The staff was friendly just that the hotel was a little run down.

Very handy to Disneyland and the convention center. Very old and run down.. needs new paint and carpet and drapes. Maids did a fine job with what they had to work with but they needed a carpet shampooer. Walls and space around connecting room doors allows sound to travel so you have no question what your neighbors are doing. Towels were small and rough. No vanity space to put personal items on while getting dressed etc. Excellent Location... no clue why the owners don't spruce it up a bit.

The room was fine, great being so close to Disneyland, which is why we stayed there. Nice staff. The only thing was the shower. It was about four feet tall and uncomfortable. No remote in the the room, or clock, which was weird. But good for what we needed it for.

very dirty

Could not get WiFi in my room (315); only in the hotel's office (even though my room was practically adjacent to the office). No closet or hangers to hang clothes. The worst shower I've ever used in a hotel with no water pressure. Towels felt like sandpaper. No clock in the room.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and helpful.

My family and I stayed at this hotel last year when it was Parkside Inn and Suites. Last year it was a little ran down, but cheap and close to Disneyland. This year, still cheap and close, but the new managment has updated a lot!!! Remodeled the bathrooms and rooms, updated to outside. I was very happy and comfortable, ad was my husband and 2 children. We are going back in October and will be staying again!

Bath towels were not returned to room on two different days of a 4 day stay. Mildew on the shower curtain. Too few maids working to take care of all of the rooms.

nice for the price and close to disneyland.the hotel staff was nice.Oscar was the gentlemans name and when we got there it was still a little early so he told us to come back in two hours to check into the room.We came back and everything was ready.Nice and pleasant stay with friendly staff.

It's been almost a week, and they said they refunded a 75.00 dollar deposit they took out of my credit card, but it hasn't reappeared yet, and I need the money. Other than that the hotel was great.

They are trying to keep this place going. The door going to the next room had a small hole in the bottom. The door molding was was pieced back together. The staff were very pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The noisy air conditioner block the noise outside the room. The location was great. Only a short walk to Disneyland. It would of been better if the price was lower.

Here are some of the issues with my room: The towels were thin and scratchy, the head board on the bed was not attached, there were black stains in the corners of the shower, the outside of the bathroom windows were very dirty, the vanity next to the shower had water damage, the paint on the bathroom walls was so thin you could see the repair jobs underneath. I had to laugh everytime I found something else wrong. My room needed a lot of work. The pictures of the rooms on the hotel website was not indicative of the room I got. Needless to say I won't be staying here again.

i love that it had microwave and refridgerator and a kitchen. it looks old inside but it didn't really matter because we spent most of the time in disneyland so all we did was sleep in it. it was spacey as far as rooms go but the bathroom didn't have much space for toiletries. room service was poor. we cleaned up our mess but they forgot to give us towels the next day, they don't refill the soap or shampoo everyday. they did not vacuum the floor

Great location, long pool hours, walk to Disney. There was a problem with my reservation, but the manager made it right. Totally a budget operation, but it met my needs. If you need to stay at a luxery hotel, go pay for one.

It was ok near i alot of the places i want to be. the ac didnt work very well and it dripped water. and shower was not made for poeple taler then 4 foot.

The stay was great, considering we spent most of the time at Disneyland. We only needed a room to spend the night. The staff were very kind., especially with directions. Only 1 slight problem, the towels are very thin and small, but I always take my own when traveling, so it wasn't a inconvenience to us. I would recommend this hotel to other people. Not bad!

Apparently, this location used to be an apartment complex and now they are converting it in an Inn or Motel. So, is very spacious but needs lots of improvements. Is ok for one or two nights. It was very difficult to locate, even with 2 GPSs, yet, very closed to Disneyland...once you find it!

We were thrilled with the location, the price, and the service from the front desk. However, the room was in terrible shape. The carpet was in poor shape and felt moist, the door was missing that separated the rooms, the air conditioner didn't work, the beds were very uncomfortable, and there were no counters in the bathroom to put anything. While the room looked like it had been cleaned, we felt afraid to touch things. Also, they still use keys rather than the electronic cards, and the security latch was broken from our door, so we didn't feel as secure as we would have liked. We won't be staying here again until they remodel the rooms.

The hotel is not the newest hotel or the most updated hotel. It is however a great hotel for what you pay for it. We had a few issues but the hotel staff took care of it quickly and made the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend for any one going to this area and does not have a lot of money to spend on a hotel.

Here is the deal, if you are looking for a luxury hotel this place is not for you. On the other hand if you need a comfortable room walking distance to disneyland this is your place. The walk takes about ten minutes and it sure beats paying to park. The room itself is nothing to brag about but has all the things you need. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful, if we needed something we got it. The breakfast consisted of packaged pastries and coffee so you're probably gonna want to eat out, other than that I would not mind staying there again to have more money to spend at the park.

this hotel is very close to disneyland our room was large with some extras, fridge, micro, desk big tv. beds were comfortable enough, they have a pastrie or muffin and coffee, tea or cocca in the morning for us was great and the price is the best part! pool was heated also.

Me and 3 others stayed in the 3 bedroom unit. The room was a nice size but it had so many issues, I am surprised they are still in business. First the air conditioner was in the second bed room and none in the many room so it was way hot most of the time and it wasn't properly sealed. There was a 1 inch gap around the whole thing. The towels were very thin, the tub would drain so slow there was 3 inches of water in it, when showering. There were missing tiles in the kitchen. They were using velco to hold some of the kitchen doors closed. There was no remotes in the room. The microwave was missing the glass inside and wasn't clean. I will be calling the customer service line for this hotel and talking with the General Manager about my stay. I would not waste my money here.

Great location. Do not get a room on the ground floor, you will not get any sleep you can hear every step that is taken from the room above. no breakfast most mornings.

The staff is extremly helpful in all maner of things; locations of services, street dirctions, food choices with a thought for your pocketbook and in our case. [ the older/tireder ones ] we were very greatfull for the help in furnishing us with the electric carts to travel the Disney grounds!
