The room layout is excellent if you have kids that go to sleep before you do and the 2nd room in the suite is very large. The room itself did have a musty odor though. They didn't enforce the 'quiet time' of 10pm in the hallways which woke me up at 11:30pm when I needed to be up at 4:30am to run the 1/2 marathon! And there was a lack of data at the front desk about the shuttle to Disneyland, which is, let's face it, the main reason people would stay here. A plus was the pool - in good shape and not too crowded. Also the breakfast buffet was a good option since it was included in the room rate.

Me And my girlfriend absolutely love this hotel. This is our favorite cheap getaway spot. The rooms are always clean, the lobby is polished and the service is very friendly. We checked in late in the afternoon, and the guy at the front desk informed us that all king bed rooms were booked, and that he was happy to upgrade us to a king sized suite instead. The room was great just as we expected and the pillows and sheets were comfy. My favorite part: the complimentary breakfast has a waffle maker machine! I highly recommend this place if you want a really good location, clean atmosphere, and you don't need any super fancy amenities, this is the place for you.

I thought because of the rate I got from Hotels.com, I though the place was going to be less than good but the place was very elegant and the Staff was very nice.

The room always felt real clammy and stuffy. No matter how I adjusted the air I was never able to get the room to feel fresh. It was an uncomfortable feeling like the air was sticky.

The stay at Cortona Inn & Suites was great. At the front desk the help was wonderful. I would recommend the hotel. Overall services was great.

This was an okay hotel we had booked a bunk bed and instead they gave me a normal room then they had the nerve to tell me they were out of the suites ohter than that it was okay.

This was an ok hotel until you want to sleep. When people in neighboring rooms use the shower it sounds like someone in your room is taking the shower. Either the pipes are loud or the walls are thin, or maybe its a combination of both.

All of the hotel staff was extremely nice and hospitable, including housekeeping. Housekeeping cleaned and provided us with fresh towels every day, despite a sign saying they'd leave towels if they were hanging to save water. The breakfast was decent, but you really needed to be there by 7:30 to beat the crowd and still be able to sample their biscuits and gravy. Our Air Conditioner started producing water at one point, making the floor around it wet, but the hotel sent maintenance as soon as we notified them and they fixed it while we went to eat dinner. The one thing I did not like about the hotel was that the beds were very hard. The water temperature display on the shower was backwards. While not horrible, it was a little frustrating at first, thinking cold water was as hot as it got.

Great location and big room. The pool was ok with an undersized hot tub. Overell good experience.

This hotel is located in a good spot for local restaurants and Disneyland, but is a bit of a rough location for getting back to the 5 FWY. I didn't realize that the traffic from Disneyland and the surrounding areas on the weekend would be so tough. Despite it's close proximity to the freeway, it took much longer than expected to get through all of the lights and thus took twice as long to get to my desination. Great otherwise, just something to consider.

This hotel was great! every thing you needed they helped you with. The guys at the front desk were very nice in helping me find different food places to eat near by. It was Very CLean and comfy too! If i go back to Disneyland im going to stay there again for sure.

When we got to the Cortona Inn and got to the front desk, the person ignored us while he was on the phone with another customer for about 10 minutes. Finally he got off the phone and helped us, and told us our room wasn't ready even though we got there at check in time. Finally it was ready and he gave us the keys to our room. It was supposed to be non smoking, but we got in the room and it reaked of cigarettes. Breakfast was continental, hard boiled eggs, pastries, donuts, toast and waffles. They did not keep the food area very clean and there was cereal and waffle batter everywhere. Every night we got back to our room from Disneyland, our TV was turned on, even though we had the "do not disturb" sign on our door the entire stay. They could not explain why. The air conditioner did not work as well. It blew luke warm air even on cold. We requested a wake up call at 9 and they called at 9:10. The bed was as hard as a rock. Over all we were not satisfied with our stay, and would not reccomend, nor stay there a second time, although we got a good price through hotels.com.

We checked in super late (3am) and were told he was just about to put us as a no-show (but he didn't! Super nice guy!) so get there before that. About a 3/4 mile walk with convenience stores close--fine for adults, but it could be a really tough walk with kids (especially with that midday nap added in.) My friend loved the pool. The area and room seemed altogether clean and quiet but there were a few small issues: the sink drain had a slight sewage smell but you only smelled it brushing your teeth, there was a light banging noise in the morning in the bathroom from inside the wall but wasn't heard by anyone in the room, and the carpet felt damp--probably from leaving the a/c on all day, which, by the way, you can control yourself and was blasting when we arrived and worked the entire time! One bed was fine for two adults, but not so great with 2 adults with a kid in between. Continental breakfast stuff was fresh and tasty--nothing extreme but totally sufficient! Will return on the next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

The staff was great especially the maid christina that took care of the breakfast room she was very friendly and helpful She was a great asset for the hotel. Overall the hotel was a great place to stay

Great price, location, and looks really pretty. I thought finally I found a deal for a great room. Customer service is awesome. The only problem which is a huge problem is that at night my whole family couldn't sleep because they were itching. When we woke up in the morning, my Mom found a cockroach on the wall. We won't ne staying here anytime soon.

Hotel was located close to disneyland and many restaurants within walking distance. Room could have been a bit cleaner and light switch in bathroom had to be toggled a few times to get light to turn on. Continental breakfast was ok, mostly pastries and cereal.

Very nice, personnel were very hospitable. The only downside was that the beds were hard as a rock. OK I guess if you like them hard. Both my daughter and I slept terrible because we couldn't get comfortable. Pool area was also very nice.

Great rates. This was my second trip in which I stayed at the Cortona. Room was great. Beds were long enough for myself and also my brother. We're both over 6' tall. The breakfast was good. The biscuits and gravy were wondrful. The only thing I dislike about this hotel is the distance from the park. After a long day, walking back to the hotel can seem like an eternity. If you intend to drive or take a tram then you shouldn't have a problem. Overall the stay was wondeful and I will definitely look into this hotel on my next trip.

The room was clean and good size. The breakfast could be much better but there are lots of places to eat in the area. Overall not bad for the price just make sure you are not put in rooms 112, 115 or 116. They are very close the the room the maids come out of in the morning and the maids are not quiet. I was woken up every morning at 8 AM by them yelling back and forth to each other.

We had good time in this hotel, our children enjoyed the free breakfast and jump in pool. Thanks Chamkaur Dhaliwal

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night before going to disneyland, and it was very enjoyable. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the breakfast was limited and there was not enough seating. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Knowing that you have options is great. This hotel was well worth the money. Close to many conviences, helpful staff, nice rooms. I would definately book here again.

Rooms, although clean, are dank and not comfortable. Walls are extremely thin-can hear the shower running in next room, people talking, etc.

The room we had was huge and the regridgerator was larger than normal. The staff was very helpful and acted as if they wanted to help, not like it was just their job. It was close to everything and the worst thing was the light in the bathroom flickered but that was it. It was better than I thought and for what we paid, it was great. We had a one bedroom suite with a couch area and it was big enough to fit the 5 of us who where there.

This is a best of breed/concept of taking a former 1-star hotel and fixing the place up to be a 3-star hotel. Great for families or groups traveling to Disneyland. You will be happy you stayed here. Breakfast options are a bit limited, but hey, it's continental breakfast.

We stayed in the Tuscan Kids' Suite and it was an extremely good choice for my family of 6. Enough room for everyone and a door between our room and the kids. The carpet was old and kind of yucky and the mattress wasn't as comfy as I would have liked, but it was a great stay overall. The staff was very helpfull as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as long as they book early. I noticed the prices rocketed in the weeks after I booked.

Overall very satisfied with the hotel. It took us about 30 minutes to the front entrance to both parks. The only drawback I saw is that they have a fee for internet connection. Continental breakfast was sufficient and what you would expect for this type and price of hotel. It gets pretty busy during peak times. I would stay in this hotel again very satisfied.
