We got there and we were told that the pool was not available and will be ready the next day (only we are checking out the next day?) we even saw some people in their swimming trunks walking toward the pool only to be told they can't use the pool and walked pass other guests in embarrassment with their heads bowed down. I would be too. We were given a non smoking room on the 2nd floor.When we got in it smelled like a bar! It smelled like cigarettes and I had kids with me! The lights in the kid's room weren't working and also the ac,it was stuck to 80. So we were given another room on the 7th floor. It was so much better but there was a towel on the ac (i think someone got too chilly but aren't the maids supposed to take it off when they cleaned) The mattress on the sofa bed was terrible,it was caving down and made a terrible squeeky noise even if you're still and just merely breathing. Curtains looked dirty. It just didn't feel like a hotel. It felt more like a motel,really. But Breakfast was good and really friendly person in charge there. That's the only thing we loved with our entire stay.

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at a Residence Inn, second time at this one, last year was at the other Residence Inn maingate on Clementine street. No complaints, breakfast buffet was excellent with good choices. Pool was never over crowded and hotel was pretty clean. Parking did get full friday night but at least it's free. The best part of hotel was the beds! So far the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed at and we've been to a few hotels. Felt like my bed at home. Shuttle to Disneyland came every 20-25 minutes and we never had to wait no longer than 15min for one.

We were very happy with our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was outstanding...waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, juice, etc! The room was great. Everyone had their own space, including a bathroom off of the kid's rooom. I would highly recommend the kid's suite!

In general, this hotel is worth to stay. Clean/comfortable/good breakfast But, they need to fix elavator problem.

outstanding hotel "AWSOME'

the room was nice and big. we had a room and the kids had another one to sleep in. the extra tv's were a nice touch. for the most part everything was clean except for the walls in the kids room. they were filthy!! bathrooms clean kitchen clean. etc. beds were pretty comfortable. the room we were in could use some new furniture. there were some tears and pretty ugly stains on the chair. we just put towels under us. the breakfast was great and everything was kept stocked and fresh. i love being able to get breakfast with wet hair and no make-up. my one major complaint is that people were up partying in the courtyard until after 3:oo am. I even opened and shut my window really loud a couple of times hoping they would get the hint but they didn't. so much for sleep. but that's okay we were on vacation. you aren't suppose to sleep

the check out time was too early - 11a. At 9a, the housekeeper was knocking on the door trying to clean our rooms.

We loved the hotel because of the family friendly atmosphere. The kids loved the 2 swimming pools. Breakfast buffet was a great bonus. The wait time on the shuttle service could have been better. We were waiting 25 to 30 minutes, 15 to 20 minutes would have been ideal.

Took the family to Disneyland and this was a great room. The kids had their own bunk bead room and we had a private master. 3 TV's (1 for each bedroom and 1 in the living area) meant we never had to fight over what channel to watch. Breakfast service was great, and made this a great deal since you did not have to pay to eat someplace else. Outdoor BBQ area made it a good place to have your own meal instead of another night in a restaurant Pool was clean

The kid's suite was a blessing of space and privacy. The hotel staff were attentive and prompt. The minor problems with the room (non-functioning TV remotes, and no crib) were fixed quickly. The breakfast buffet was very good and nicely stocked (although the apple juice seamed watered down); much better than a continental, and met expecations. The only genuine complaint is late night parking after the Park closed...no spaces left...but was able to park next door at the Hyatt for free, and the walk was short. I know other people have different opinions about this property, but maybe they just enjoy their "whine" too much. The hotel deserves its 3-stars. Will go again on our next trip to Disneyland.

For the most part our hotel stay was good. Our room had a few problems with maintenance issues. The shower was broken and the phone did not work in one of the rooms. We were given a handicap room without being told and the bathroom had a hand held shower head which was a pain to use. The overall look of the hotel was ok although it needed to be kept cleaner. The hallway walls needed new paint in certain areas and the elevator areas were dirty. The location and surrounding area was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Excellent location with excellent service and a great facility. Everything was clean and well kept and breakfast was nothing less than spectacular. Throw in the evening reception with excellent food and drinks and this is one of the best values in the Anaheim area.

This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Very clean, customer friendly personell, - it could use few extra washing machines (as 10 out of 14 were broken) This is the hotel that I will defenetely recommend to others and will come back to next years to follow. NP.

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend while we were in town to see the Anahiem Angels play. We had the King/Kitchen Suite and we liked it alot. The price was resonable because it had a full kitchen (except for an oven) and it saved us money on food. The room was a little small but the bed was big and that is all that matters. The people at the front desk were Very Friendly and very helpful. The only complaint I had was the small parking lot. If you show up at night or leave the parking lot at night like I did, then chances are you will need a parking pass to park in the neighboring Hyatt parking lot, which is only about a 2 minute walk and not bad at all.

Great Location for Disneyland and shuttle service outside your door for a small fee. Plenty of room !! we had 2 adults and 5 kids 7-15. everyone had a T.V and space!! 2 bedroom and 2 baths. The kitchen was a great for late night snacks after a long day at Disneyland. Clean and comfortable great! But bring you own Wine! No alcoholic sold on premises. We went on 3 day holiday weekend I would suggest not such a busy time. A little on the wild side with Kids!!!!!!!!!!!!! all over. Even in the hot tub, some parent can't read NO KIDS UNDER 14. Diaper babies galore. From two exhausted Mom's Would stay again not on a Holiday weekend.

The hotel room is pretty nice although a bit smaller than we thought. We previously stayed at the Residence Inn very close to Disney and the room we had was much bigger and had a better lay out. The beddings were nicer too. However, at this hotel, for what we paid for it, we were very satisfied with it. They should however maybe think of getting rollaway beds aside from the sofa beds because some people don't like having to share beds. They also should stock up on cleaning supplies for the kitchen.
