Superb hotel - the room is amazing - everything geared towards a very intimate time together-walled rooms fancy lighting large wall mounted LCDtv - bathroom brilliant deep bath lovely power full shower attached- rooms like nothing i had ever seen before - will def be back - fantastic-location superb for meals in town with in 10 mins walk or even less-loved it

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, decoration may not be to everyones taste but I liked it. The included breakfast had a large variety of food to suit mostly everyones taste. The hotel is in a great loation, quiet but central, within walking distance of the main attractions and has a large supermarket and shops located two mins from the hotel. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the main train station and back at many times each day which brings you very close to the main attractions and the sightseeing bus routes (If you were to get a taxi this would cost just over €10) In all I would really recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

A gem; easy one mile commute to the center of Florence. You can use the hotel shuttle or walk. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; fantastic breakfast. For this price, this was a steal. No negatives at all.

A great, spacious hotel with fantastic service in the outskirts of the Oltrarno district. It's the perfect location for anyone who would enjoy the real, everyday Florence, away from the tourist drones around Il Duomo. There are 20+ fantastic neighborhood restaurants within a 5-10 minute walking distance and the hotel is a quick 15-minute walk from the train station. It's very quite, has a beautiful yard and a super-friendly staff. Really the perfect affordable city hide-away. We stayed 8 nights.

I really enjoyed the hotel - room was clean, funky, newish, great size for Europe, etc. Air conditioning didn't want to stay on, but weather was nice enough to open windows. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My major complaint was location. I was there for a wedding and had to be in and out of center of city everyday for events. Since the hotel is a 20-35min walk to most things, it made it tough to site see, run back to Hotel and then out to dinner in the center. I had to cab it several times and that ran about 8-12 euros a trip. Overall, if you can plan a trip into the center, stay all day/night and then return to hotel, it is a great option. Otherwise, I would stay closer to the center.

We were pleased with our one night stay and enjoyed the complete breakfast.

With a peaceful location out of the touristic crowd, the hotel makes you feel like a Fiorentino not like a tourist. Staff is so friendly and polite. Breakfast is rich but could be better. Having your espresso in the garden is a good start to the day. The bed was really comfortable. Everything you can ask for a goog trip.

We booked online the same day we where on the way to Florence and we where happily suprised. The hotel was modern, different, very cool rooms with high standard. And the staff, I didnt see a sad or displeasant smile during our stay. The service was the best and the carpark with car wash was the icing on the cake. You would expect a hotel like this to cost a whole lot more so therefore it's a highly recommended hotel!

it was great to stay in such a modern hotel that was away from the craze of the main attractions in florence. we had a better time going to santo spirito and exploring the shops and restaurants near the pitti palace rather than fighting the crowds, as we have been to florence before. only a 10 minute walk to the train station or there is a shuttle so that was great too. kind of dark in that area at night...but never felt unsafe. the room was awesome with the lights around the bed and a very nice sized bathroom and shower. great breakfast too!! a very romantic retreat

this is a very sexy hotel. the design of the hotel is very stylish, forward,and with a little whimsy. it is only a 15-20 minute walk to the ponte vecchio. the hotel is just on the opposite side of the Arno River from the city center. but, don't think you only need to be in the city center to see anything of interest. just walking around, especially at night, you see a variety of local resturants, shops, and boutiques. make sure to visit the piazza Santo Spirito & Pitti Palace. make sure to atleast start out at the hotel bar for a few cocktails, before, exploring the city at night.

Situated quite well 500yards from the river, the grounds of the hotel are ok with comfortable surroundings. Upon arriving we were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff. The porter showed us to our room without fuss or effort. We had booked a twin room with two twin beds but were faced with a small romm containing two single beds joined together. We asked for this matter to be resolved which it was immediatly by the maids who seperated the beds by two inches! Fortunatly we were too busy so we just got on with it although clearly not what we had asked for or paid for! Nonetheless, a nice comfortable room albeit very small.

i picked this hotel because we wanted good quality but not in florence centre. we were not disappointed. the hotel is a 20 minute stroll into the centre and because we were prepared for lots of walking it didn't bother us. the location is quiet (unlike the centre which is noisy until the early hours!) and feels very safe. it is as funky as the photos suggest. if you dont like the lighting(i wasn't too keen) there are simple controls to use. the room could be larger as there is not much space. only one comfy chair.. bathroom is excellent. storage space is limited. bar is nice but very expensive...(like florence centre!!) breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. never used restaurant...too expensive.

Nice to experience staying in this hotel. Unique interior design. Rooms are a bit smaller than expected. Location is ok, walkable to the train station and city center. Service is great.

Really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel's strong design features attracted my attention on the website and I was disappointed. It's a 15 minute walk to the town centre, but along the river so no great hardship.

The hotel for the money is a great deal. The breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful. My only qualm was with the location. If you take a taxi, then no big deal.

This hotel was ultra-chic but with a funky twist - the reception staff were friendly and helpful and the Pillowow menu was a fun extra. Although off the tourist track in terms of location, it is still relatively easy to get to the Ponte Vecchio on foot - just make sure you get the right bus back at night since it is on a one-way street! There is a free shuttle bus which is useful for the station (email hotel for timetable) and the breakfast was a nice range of healthy & organic foods suitable for most tastes. Highly recommended.

Modern decor, friendly staff, and great service. The UNA Vittoria is conveniently located on the other side of the Arno River from the Duomo, so it's quiet. Great courtyard. Public transportation is nearby (the #6 bus,located a block from the hotel takes you directly to the Duomo). The hotel also has a bus shuttle service that goes to the Central Station (and it's free). From the Central Station you can walk to the Duomo and other sights.

Una Vittoria was fabulous. The rooms are not huge, but we still had the grid pattern wall with lights, and a great bathroom. I would recommend this hotel to people who want very good service at a 3star rate, and for those who want to experience something different.

Very friendly staff and an excellent place to eat. Internet was a bit of a dissapointment due to system/cost but this didnt change our mind about what a great place to stay. A good walk into city centre but lots to look at on the journey.

This UNA is a great hotel - fun architecture, great interiors - love the glass showers in the bedroom! It is a bit of a walk from the more popuar areas of Florence - but the neighbor is up and coming and has some great wine bars and a wonderful restaurant - Quatro Lyionnes (4 Lions).

The facilities are beautiful.. the showers are great, the beds are really comfortable and clean. Breakfast is really complete, location is ok also. The only thing I really didn't like is that although I guess it's normal to pay in a European hotel 5 euros for half an hour of internet, here you had to buy a voucher, and I bought the last one, and there were none available for the next two days. So if you stay here, consider using the internet cafes in central Florence. Oh and I ordered a pizza from room service, it came in one hour late which is not too bad, and they didn't charge me for the pizza, good 'cause it was burned! but.. besides that, I think it's ok.

Funky interior, a fresh breath in hotel industry. Try this if you want something else than your normal hotel. But only if seeing yourself naked in the mirror doesn't embarrass you.

Hotellet var fint. Fräscht. Bra rum och frukost. ´Lite ocentralt. Fanns dock mkt bra resturanger i närhet.

Hôtel original très proche du centre historique à pied, de plus il dispose d'une navette gratuite allant à la gare. Personnel accueillant et très chaleureux. Chambres, réception, bar originaux mais très agréable à vivre, on se sent comme à la maison !

Das Hotel liegt in einem großen, von Häuserblocks umgebenen Innenhof (dort auch Parkmöglichkeit für 20 € / Nacht). Der Straßenlärm der Umgebung wird jedoch nur bedingt gefiltert. Der Bau macht von außen einen gediegenen, eher unscheinbaren Eindruck, umso überraschter ist man, wenn man das Hotel betritt: Hier hat sich ein Designer mal richtig toll austoben können. Ob es einem gefällt, ist natürlich Geschmacksache, aber auf jeden Fall ist es eine interessante Abwechslung zu sonstigen 08/15-Hotels. Das gebuchte Zimmer war allerdings auf Grund der geringen Größe weniger komfortabel. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, allerdings konnte der Kaffee gar nicht überzeugen.

Ottimo hotel a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Difficile arrivarci in auto a causa delle limitazioni d'accesso nel centro di Firenze. La mia camera non era grande ed il bagno aveva la doccia con scarico al pavimento. Per il resto presentava un arredamento piacevole con singolare gioco di luci alle pareti. Colazione a buffet molto ricco in una sala dal design modernissimo. Nel complesso giudizio positivo.

Das Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem per Fuß erreichen und hat trotzdem eine ruhige Lage. Leckere Restaurants sind in der Nähe, so macht Ausgehen Spaß. Das Ambiente ist stylisch und ein klasse Kontrast zur Geschichte der Sttadt......Frühstück ist reichlich und gut.

Heel fijn hotel om een paar dagen met je vrouw door te brengen.

Peut-etre un peu "too much" diront certains, mais cet hotel change du classique. Douche originale, jeu de lumière étonnant, chambre plutot design. Le bar est très accueillant. On ne manque de rien. Même le petit déjeuner est à volonté, varié et servi dans une salle inconventionnelle.

E' un hotel semplicemente meraviglioso. Colazione stupenda e camere veramente pulite. A pochiminuti dal centro storico e con servizio navetta a disposizione.

L'albergo è ospitale e anche se le stanze non sono eccessivamente grandi, sono confortevoli ed attrezzate. Colazione ottima e servizio buono
