Sercotel Casona de la Reyna - Toledas

I have stayed in this hotel before and it didn't disappoint on my return. Room with lovely view over the river to the Parador. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast choice good for this class of hotel. 10 min walk to centre.

This has to be the friendliest hotel anywhere, the reception staff were so very pleasant and helpful, their recommendations on where to eat and drink were spot on. It is a 10 minute walk (uphill, but not too arduous) into the heart of this lovely old walled city. Good parking in the basement level, which is a bonus. We left too early for breakfast, but we shall definately stay there again

The staff of the hotel could not have been nicer. The hotel is a small, quaintly decorated gem. The rooms are rather small, as is the bathroom, but all modern appointments are included. Besides, you will not be spending a lot of time in your room in this amazing town! The bed was comfortable and the black-out shades made for great sleeping! The breakfast was wonderful, the location was nice, although it is a steep uphill beginning to any point in the city. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent position to explore this wonderful city on foot, with a quiet outlook over the river valley. Underground secure parking. Very friendly and helpful staff, well appointed rooms, kept in good condition and cleanliness. Nice buffet breakfast, no other meals but plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, just ask the receptionist. Free internet access. Only concern was that my wife found the bed too hard. Very good value for money

The room was small but comfortable and charming. We had a great view of the river. The staff was very helpful, especially Miguel and Luis. The hotel is at the bottom of the hill. It is an easy, uphill climb to the town. I noticed buses parked in the front of the hotel, but we enjoyed the walk. They also have parking.

Casona de la Reyna is a great little hotel in Toledo. It's a short walk - maybe 5-10 minutes - uphill to get into the main part of town, but I actually liked the stroll. It forced us to wander more and discover more hidden spots than we normally would had we stayed in a more central spot. Toledo is pretty teeny so nothing is far. The room was exceptionally clean. It's small but not unbearably so, and if you are looking for quaint and quiet, you can feel confident this is your pick. We were next door to the housekeeping closet, and even then, we never heard a peep. This isn't a "luxury" spot. The beds weren't fabulously comfortable, and your toiletries come in packets, not bottles. But if you are looking not to spend a lot of money and have a nice, very clean, quiet place to stay in Toledo, book here.

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. It's in a quiet neighborhood (a plus to us, though some people might prefer to be in the center of the commercial part of town), but within easy walking distance to all the sights. The quality of the hotel was amazing given the very reasonable room rate.

Needs some updates and general maintenance in rooms. Location for our needs was very good. Free breakfast at IHOP was very good.

Outstanding staff. They bend over backwards to make sure your needs are taken care of. The rooms were nice and clean. They could use some minor touch ups, but no big deal. The hotel is very inviting. The IHOP breakfast is a great deal, considering the price of the hotel. Overall, we loved it.

This hotel was more than we expected. The only downside is that it is definitely a challenge to find, and the ease of parking others had indicated simply was not true. The room was excellent and the staff bent over backward to make our stay enjoyable. I really enjoyed the excellent exercise we got in walking into the main part of Toledo. No exercise room is required at this hotel. I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone who is in adequate physical condition.

Wer einfach nur ein schönes, ruhiges Hotelzimmer sucht, um Toledo zu Fuß zu erkunden, ist mit dem Hotel sehr gut bedient. Dem Service habe ich nur 4 Punkte gegeben, da wir außer der Rezeption keine weiteren Eindrücke sammeln konnten. Das Zimmer erhält keine 5 Punkte, da es zwar sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber, allerdings von der Größe her nur Standard war. Alles in allem halte ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieses Hotels für sehr gut. Geparkt haben wir übrigens problemlos in Hotelnähe auf der Straße.

Ruhig trotz Lage an der Straße, schöne Zimmer u gutes Frühstück
