elevators out of order, rooms ok decent, distant from everything only bus no subway close, breakfast good if taking the full one.

Older hotel. Old, soft beds. Expensive breakfest.

Nice to find a room with two double beds so we could all stay in the same room. Close to St Pancras for eurostar- under 5 minute taxi ride- less than £4.00

Great hotel for the money.

This hotel was conviniently located in a nice area of london. Our room was clean and confortable. Took a while to check in at reception but staff were friendly and efficient enough. Pool was closed which was a bit of a shame (although apparently there were some alternative arrangements). Would stay here again.

A nice atmosphere very helpful staff. Vrey handy for taxi, beside underground and with a leisure centre on site (this was closed for renovations when i stayed but would be a huge asset to enhance your stay)

although the accommodations were adequate, the room was small and the bathroom dated. Having stayed in many hotels throughout Europe, I would say that its rating should be about 2 1/2 stars, certainly not 4. There was no provision for luggage storage (they left it in the lobby, chained up!). The breakfast was 4 times more than what the local restaurants charged. We constantly had to call the concierge out of hiding. And the overall appearance was one of slow deterioration.

No complaints really. Expensive (particularly if your rate doesn't include breakfast) but an ok hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. Everything worked out great and was walking distance to the station. The only complaint I have is the comforters on the bed were really really dirty. Atleast they were in our room. I didn't even want to touch them. Other than that though it was nice.

Average accomodation nothing special. Expensive for what you get and location not as suggested 800m more like mile and a half. Food very basic and un interesting. I'd look else where next time.

I booked this hotel as it is within a 15 min walk to the Farrington station (which is where my company's UK office is located). After arriving at the hotel, a young man tells me he can't find our reservation. Thankfully I have a print out of the confirmation with me and give it to him. Its not enough. He asks my husband and I to wait in the bar while he calls Hotels.com. They are not able to get in touch with anyone at the 800 # listed (you can not call certain 800# from the UK). I asked him if I could use his computer and was able to find a number that I could dial from the UK. I had to call Hotels.com and ask them to fax/email a copy of my itinerary to the hotel. Granted, this is after a 10 hour flight and lots of travel to/from the airport. So I am able to track down the manager and convince her to check us into a room as we are exhausted after the flight. We get into our room and she shortly calls us later to inform us that they got the booking from Hotels.com. IT ONLY GETS BETTER. I am working in the UK for a week and I have pre-paid the room for the week. My husband works from the room during the day (internet is an outrageous $90+ for the week!) - Housekeeping knocks on the door, and asks my husband why he is still in the room, as we should be checked out. If you can get over the incompetency of the staff, the room was clean and adequate.

standard familerom var bra. godt renhold og rikelig med håndklær. Litt lang avstand til undergrunn. Hadde sett frem til å bruke faciliteter som svømmebasseng og steambad osv. alt var stengt av. dette burde vært opplyst på forhånd. Hyggelig personale

Værelset var fint men meget lydt, og vi vågnede midt om natten ved at nogle gæster i et af naboværelserne kom hjem og startede en højlydt fest på værelset! Morgenmaden var absolut ikke pengene værd til trods for at vi valgte English breakfast - men udvalget var lille og restauranten meget larmende, så vi skyndte os at spise færdig. så vi kunne komme ud igen. Har prøvet mange trestjernede hoteller med meget bedre standard!

Vi valde det här hotellet endast för att det ligger nära King's Cross/St Pancras station, och vi skulle åka med Eurostar på morgonen. Läget är inte vare sig intressant eller nära till någonting speciellt. Hotellet, däremot, är förstås alldeles utmärkt.

Bra beliggenhet, busser til sentrum i nærheten. Et urvalg av restauranter finnes rett i nærheten av hotellet.

Fekk røykerom første natta. Det er for dårleg for oss. Enkel kontinental frukost.

Hotellet levde aboslutt opp til forventningene. Det var en hyggelig restaurant/pub gate ved siden av hotellet. T-banen ca 10-15 min. gange.

Hotellet er stort og svært lite personlig service. Vindu, på mitt rom, var låst og luftingen fungerte dårlig og med utrolig mye bråk. Ikke mulig å få hjelp til å sende en mail på lørdag. ikke en gang resepsjonen hadde nettilgang.

For dårligt at man ved afrejse bliver opkrævet for at benytte swimmingpoolen.At de forsøger at prakke os et ryger værelse på.

Hotellet var veldig fint og servicen var god! Ingen ting å utsette på hotellet! OK lokalisert i forhold til de mange serverdigheter man gjerne vil oppleve i London. Litt for langt å gå til undergrunnen på Kings Cross som var nærmeste. 10 - 15 min gange! (Det går buss i gaten rett utenfor hotellet hvis man ikke orker å gå!!)

Alt var bra på hotellet, da mener jeg maten i resturanten, komforten, gjestfriheten. Hotellet er kanskje litt malplassert i forhold til utelivet i London for unge. Det lukter røyk i noe av hotellet, dette trekker litt ned.

Helt ok, personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Det enda negativa är att det ligger lite långt i från shoppinggatorna. Men det är enkelt att åka med tunnelbanan o engelsmännen är helt otroligt hjälpsamma.

Hotellet var ok dock mycket besviken på poolen/gymet som inte tillhör hotellet....men ligger i botenvåningen. Personelen mycket otrevliga och jag som sällan blir arg blev mycket frustrerad av bemötandet...som jag kommer att meddela hotelet. Jag har redan sagt det muntligt men kommer också att skriva ett mail med mina kommentrer.

Det var längre till tunnelbanan än vad som utlovadeas i hotel beskrivningen och låg på en tråkig gata. När vi skulle checka in möttes vi av en otrevlig och arrogant receptionist, men det fanns därimot annan personal på hotellet som var trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummen var rena och frächa och sängarna stora och bekväma, det städades även fint varje dag. Det finns en pool och ett gym men man måste betala en daglig extra kostnad för att få använda dessa. Jag tycker överlag att hotellet var aningen för dyrt för vad det levde upp till. Det var inget utöver det vanliga och väldigt opersonligt. Tror man kan hitta liknande hotell för halva priset.
