Wonderful staff, great rooms, delicious breakfasts, and comfy beds... I loved the hotel.

We loved this hotel! It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It's located just a few minutes from Disneyland, and there are several restaurants to choose from within a couple of miles of the hotel. Rooms were spotless, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Free parking, free WI-FI in room, and public computer and printer in lobby were icing on the cake. We'd definitely stay there again!

Really nice place, near to Honda Centre so really easy to find from Interstate (we drove up from San Diego). No free shuttle to Disney but bought tickets for a scheduled service which was cheap enough. Our room was great, all very comfy and clean, good maid service, and all the usual amenities. We were out most of the day so didn't really make a difference to us but it was nice. Breakfast was a bit of a squash if you left it late but staff in kitchen really nice & food of good quality (offered hot breakfast which not all hotels offer in the area from the research we did). Absolute bargain for the price - we orginally had 2 nights, and when we came to add a 3rd it came to the same price! Good tip is to kep checking back to see if the price does drop as you can cancel and re-book. Small but adequate pool outside, good for an afternoon dip and to cool down those aching feet (thanks Disney). A really nice touch was free wine/beer & nachos/chips in the afternoon - it wasn't an open bar (I wish!) but a nice gesture and provided a welcome cold drink when you get back in from the parks. Kids loved it (the nachos, not the beer obviously). Hotel manager was superb, really nice guy (he was from England so of course he was), very helpful & chatty - my long abiding memory will be when he sprinted out of the restaurant rear doors to flag down the shuttle bus we'd just missed! 5* service if you ask me....

As soon as we checked in they were just setting up for a happy hour/reception for hotel guests with wine, beer, juice and snacks. Great way to welcome traveling guests! The rooms were to our liking, comfortable beds and hotels with microwaves and refrigerators are not often found. Love the fact that they conserve energy by needing a key to turn the electricity on in each room. Hot breakfast each morning was such a treat especially considering it was one less thing we paid for doing the expensive Disney trip. Swimming pool was small, but did it matter, not really!

Great location next to Angel Stadium. Just 2 minutes from all the other Anaheim activities (Disney theme parks, Downtown Disney, Gardenwalk, etc.). Room was very nice and the staff was great!

basicly a perfect hotel, but its far away from everything that matters. you *have* to buy the bus pass thy sell there to get anywhere that's important (disneyland/food) unless u plan to drive everyday. The hotel and its staff is very good! free internet, free breakfast, huge clean rooms. its really nice!!! we paid for the cheapest room they had.. and that was for a king size bed with seperate room and living room with kitchen, and a bathroom with large tub. SO LUXURIOUS!!! best hotel value ever!! i'd recommend this place to couples or people without young kids who are eager to be "across the street" from disneyland. it's a more adult / refined hotel. :) enjoy!

This was our second stay at the Ayres. The staff is professional, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are larger than most hotels, nicely appointed in a traditional decor, and the fridge and micro are great. Breakfast can get very crowded, but is convenient and better than going to a restaurant for the same fare. One of the few hotels of its price to offer eiderdown duvets. Very comfortable; we would stay here again.

We got a tremendous deal from Hotels.com. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The decor in the hotel was just charming. The rooms are very very clean. The beds and the bedding were to die for. I have never slept any better. The hotel staff were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay there over and over. Such a jewel!

Lobby and hallways smelled funny. Like a hospital or dentists office - that clean but funky smell that I always wonder how the people who work there put up with. Breakfast was free, but pretty greasy. Construction and trim of hotel was less than what I expected from a hotel that charges as much as it says it does. The hotel's location is pretty good. It was a nice starting point for where we needed to get to.

after getting over the nice interior it is not much more than a glorified supper 8 don't get me wrong it was nice just a bit pricey. the gym was nice and so was the pool, breakfast not bad but the dining area was a bit crowded

My family and I loved the location, price and staff. Will most definately stay here again!

This hotel is perfect if you are going to a Honda Center event. The room is nice, although we did not get the 2 beds we reqested. Once we were in our room they offered to switch us, but we utilized the sofa bed instead. The free breakfast in the morning was great! We will stay again.

The Ayres Hotels always are comfortable and clean, but the location of this one was ideal. We walked just three blocks to the entrance gates for Angels Stadium. It was great not having to pay for parking or to fight traffic after the game.

Excellent Value. I'm not sure why it is not rated 4 stars? Easy access to Disneyland. Very informative and personable staff. A very satisfied return visitor.

We've stayed at the Ontario Ayres and was impressed with that location. The Anaheim location was also nice. The room very clean and the bed comfy. The staff professional and eager to please. My only disappointment was my husband and I wanted to sleep in on our last day and I went to get breakfast so we could eat in our room and was told that it was not allowed. So my husband had to get up and go downstairs to eat breakfast. We love the paintings and decor of the hotel. Highly recommended

We chose this hotel because of the high recommendations from other reviews. I liked it because it had complimentry breakfast. It was located right off the freeway which was good for us. Front desk personel were nice and courteous. The only thing i did not like was the smell in our room was a little musty? But as soon as the air conditioning kicked on the smell disapated. I would stay here again with my family.

Really Ayres was a perfect experience...from free Internet to, microwave/fridge/bar sink/cabinets. These conveniences were the options that swung our decision to stay there...the lobby is lovely, as well as the room. Really so comfortable,and attractive, exactly as pictured on the web site with the exception of the recliner(comfy), unusual in a hotel room. The breakfast was great, and had an enormous selection, and lobed off another expense...which factored in with DL; beach and the length of our stay!We ran into several people who were repeat returns and who's stays were lengthy. I believe that speaks volumes....We'll be back

Great hotel, would definitely come back again. The rooms were big and comfortable, the grounds were nice and clean, service was great, and rooms were very quite at night.

The best place i have every stayed at. Customer srevice was the greatest. breakfast was the best. Can't go on about how satisfied we were with every thing.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and very good. I especially liked the fresh fruit, yogurt and granola.

The room my family and I stayed in was great because it was very clean, very comfortable, roomy, and it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The staff were very professional, nice, and helpful. Best of all it felt like we were staying a ritzy hotel but without the big price tag of one so that was a big plus. The Ayers hotel was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Orange county. Near the Honda center and Angel stadium. They have a free shuttle to Disneyland and have a great on off access to the freeway. The hotel was staffed 24hrs and the hot breakfast was ready on time. I have recommended staying at this hotel to friends and have only been home for 4 days. I also did not have to pay for parking. Others wanted 10 to 12$ a day. I travel to Anahiem alot for family and will stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was awesome! Look no further if you are a family looking to stay near Disney! It was all that I'd expected - except it was right next to the highway. Even so, the room was well sound-proofed. Very comfy beds and quiet air conditioning. The pillows were a little big (high) though. The driving proximity to Disneyland was great. For our family of four, the room was a perfect size- it even had a little table with chairs, and micro plus fridge with a kitchenette-style sink. Very nice hotel breakfast, too, including some hot items (eggs, sausages) and fresh apples. The staff were all super friendly. We never tried the pool, but it looked like nice.

This hotel sells itself as a resort. Sure it is on the property of a resort, but it's just a little hotel. The amenities close when the front desk closes. We stay here as a stop over to cut a long drive in half, but decided to stay an extra day and relax and enjoy the pool. Didn't happen. It was a Sunday and 115 degrees, so we went to a movie and an early dinner to get out of the extreme heat. When we got back and got ready to go to the pool around 6pm ( when it's finally safe to stay out in the sun) we found a closed sign and a padlock on the pool gate. We should have kept traveling. The room was small and tha beds were hard and there was nothing to do.

Stayed here for 5 days in July. Access is very easy from the highway, just be advised events at the Honda center can cause a little traffic. Room was clean and tasteful. Toilet was clogged in 1st room, they switched us to another immediately. Pool was very nice after Disneyland, and the breakfast was great.

We were very impressed with this hotel. It is a short drive to Disney. The breakfast was outstanding and very convenient. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our family plans on staying here the next time we are in town.

I was very surprised that this hotel was rated just three stars. The hotel was very well designed and hotel staff was very good. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

The bed and furniture were very confortable and clean. The front desk personal is very helpful. I will definite come back.

One complaint we had was getting out of the hotel. There is a big barrier so you have to go across three lanes of traffic to make a U turn. Not very easy in the middle of the day.

The hotel, room and furnishings were beautiful and so comfortable. We loved this hotel. The breakfast was very good. The shuttle to Disneyland was convenient for $4.00. Our only complaint was that the hotel needed more furniture by the pool.

Friendly staff, huge room, comfortable beds, ridiculously low price for the night, given the quality of the hotel. Shuttle to Disneyland available but not cost effective with 3 adults compared to paying for parking there. With 2, it would have been worthwhile.

Ayres met the expecations of the majority of reviews on this and TripAdvisor. Although it is a very well done remodel of a Courtyard Marriott like floor plan, the rooms were clean and decorated nicely if you like that french look (my daughters loved it). I would stay again.

We chose to stay in this hotel after reading reading the many positive reviews that it had received. We were not disappointed. We arrived five hours early from the stated check in time and went in to see if the room would be available a little earlier. The manager, who was behind the counter said he would check to see if there was a room available there and then. Luckily for us there was and we were able to check in. The room, a double queen, was spacious and clean. The freeway is quite close but we did not hear the noise from this at all. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. It was an ideal location for us to stay at whilst visiting the parks, although you will need to drive to the parks as they are approx three miles away. The breakfast room can be a little cramped depending on when you arrive to eat. The breakfast is very basic, but as it is included in the price ( and effectively free ) then who am I to complain. We didn't leave the hotel hungry, and with two young kids, that's important to me. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and if ever in the area again woujld not hesitate to stay there again.

One of the best hotel we stayed during our recent visit to California. I was fan as soon as I stepped in this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly (even though we encountered some issue with our assigned and have to be moved to a different room). Only I issue I had with the hotel was the breakfast rush, some of the items were not re-stocked in timely manner, but it was a minor issue compare to the rest of our stay. I wish this hotel chain is expanded to other US states as well. We will definetely staying there for our next visit.

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone going to the Anaheim area- it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We were able to catch the shuttle at the front doors of the Hotel to take directly to Disneyland. I will definately look to stay at the Ayres Hotel next time I am in Anaheim

Very nice decor in lobby and in room. Very nice buffet-style breakfast served for free - eggs, bacon, etc. Very friendly staff. Only complaint is regarding shower - rather low-pressure and some delay in warming up. But that is a minor point. We'll definitely stay at Ayres again.

This was our first time staying at Ayers Hotel and it was pleasure staying at this hotel. Hotel staff was awesome,and very accomodating. Looks like we have found the hotel for our stays in Southern California. We wish those hotels existed in other states.

We were very happy with our stay at the Ayres Hotel in Anaheim and will definetly stay there again! The beds were a little uncomfortable, but the pillows were great! Overall...great place, great location and a great value for your money!

Much nicer than the price would lead you to expect. Very nice and quiet however I have never stayed here when any functions were occuring at the Honda Center or the stadium.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Ayres Hotel Anaheim. Our room was VERY clean...One thing I liked that the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom so my wife could take a shower, same time I could shave etc. Seems the quality of materials in the room OVERALL were above average. The lobby, though small, is gorgeous and clean. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was rather good with plenty of room to eat. I thought for it's overall location this hotel presents rather good value! If we ever go back to Anaheim we'd be sure to stay here again. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Very clean hotel, breakfast every morning was perfect before going to Disneyland, comfortable beds and pillows, very quiet during the night, front desk personal was very nice with a welcome smile every time we walked in. we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Disneyland.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, all expected amenities were present. The hot cooked to order breakfast was excellent and included in the price of the room.
