Ramada Limited San Francisco Airport - South San Francisco

we were comfortable in staying this hotel, calm, quiet and no disturbance from outside. we enjoyed the two days stay.

Ample space, ok bed, noisy bathroom, not much service at front desk.

This hotel was not very easy to find. The rooms are not to clean, and the carpets are old. The room had a musty smell. Also dont trust the front desk clerk. He told me they never directly charge your credit card only hotels.com does. The only time i would get charged by them is if i use the phone, or buy food or movie. I did niether i was hardly in the room. In the morning before checking out I happen to check my credit card balance and notice the balance was lower than it was supposed to be. I had ask the clek about any charges upon check out and he insisted they charge nothing. He wouldnt show me if any charges to the room he was very rude. Never again stay there.

Good place to stay, a little on the rude side, slow to replenish breakfast items, no eggs or sausage as the free breakfast is stated on the web site, all in all a very comfortable stay.

Hotel was completely sold out so there were a lot of people eating breakfast that morning. There was only one person working the front desk that morning...he was responsible for checking people out and restocking breakfast. Things ran out fast and the service to restock was extrememly slow. I had to tell the clerk we needed more milk, orange juice, apple juice, waffle batter and muffins...first I had to find him hidden in a back room. ..he got on it right away but as he was the only one working it was very slow.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. Our room was very nice. For the economical price we paid, we are very pleased.

The room was very roomy and very clean. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very adequate. The waffles were a nice addition. Small area for families to eat, but if you get there early, you'll beat the crowd.

Our room was ok, other than the toilet didn't flush well. They wanted you to think green, but needing to flush a toilet 6-7 times really isn't sufficient to me. Our repair didn't get there until the next day. One sheet was stained, and our blanket had a hole in it. The complimentary breakfast area was extremely small. 5 small round tables and 10 chair, no wheres near big enough to serve more than two families at a time. The desk manager was very nice, but our overall experience left much to be desired. This was the worst place we stayed on our trip to the San Francisco area.

This hotel holds true to "you get what you pay for". Not only was the hotel in bad condition (bugs, dirty bathrooms, etc.) but the the customer relations were severaly lacking. In addition to their outright refusal to accomodate our early check-out (refund/proration), the hotel took it upon themselves to CHARGE our CREDIT CARD AGAIN without our authorization. We did not receive any receipt or supporting docs for this transaction. We highly recommend that you DON'T book with this hotel - it was a total waste of time!

sketchy neighborhood

I wouldn't send someone here to experience the grandeur of San Francisco, but for a quick overnight near the airport for little $$, it fit the bill. Free wireless and a good cable selection: nice. Slighly ugly, outmoded decor: not as nice. Clean enough, totally adequate and free shuttle to the airport.

Location is in a tough neighborhood. Hotel is very difficult to find due to confusing address.

Rooms are clean and it is close to the airport. Shuttle service is a plus.

This hotel was a nice surprise. I had a room in the back, away from the street and it was very quiet. Clean and roomy. A good value for the businessman on a budget. Not a great neighborhood but it seemed safe. If you don't need a lot of amenities and/or asthetics, give it a try.

I recommend this hotel because it's clean, roomy, and has good service for the price paid. The beds are comfortable. I like the vanity and sink outside the bathroom which was a nice size. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Just don't open the window if you are facing the side towards the freeway (even numbers. For those who would like more amenities such as a gym or a full breakfast this may not be your hotel. Even still, I would still consider this hotel given my long travel experience in this area. The breakfast consist of cereal, toast, bagels, and various breakfast beverages.

I was very surprised by the size of the room for the money I paid. It was pretty big. Only drawback was that there were no towels in my room but the front desk was quick to help.

when i go to san fran for a quick visit .. which is about 2 times a year.. i stay at the Ramada limited by the airport. yeah.. it's not close to the bay .. but it is worth the stay.. it's about 10mins away from the bay by car. It's clean, comfortable, and easy to find (right off the freeway).. and best of all.. there is a nice little breakfast for free!! I stayed there twice.. and will be back there again in May.. LOVE IT!!

WENT TO CHECK IN AT THERE CHECK IN TIME OF 4PM AND ROOM WASNT READY TILL AFTER 5PM. THAT WAS ABOUT THE ONLY THING THAT WENT WRONG DURING MY 3 NIGHT STAY THERE.

Great service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay there again.

we were looking for a good priced hotel that we could be comfortable in on our trip that was also close to the airport. this hotel was just what we wanted - the staff was very friendly and helpful, proximity to the airport was minutes away and we were still within 15 minutes of all the fun San Francisco attractions we were looking for.

The jacuzzi tub was smaller than I thought for the money and took forever to fill up for the jets.

Good clean rooms, ample parking and good price for the location.

We had trouble locating the hotel with the directions that we were given from hotels.com but the operator was able to forward us to the hotel for better directions. The hotel was clean and close to the airport. The day manager was very helpful with directions to downtown and to the airport.

This Hotel appears to be brand new. The rooms are VERY CLEAN and the bed was very comfortable indeed. The only issue I could possible see with this place is the parking but overall an exceptional Hotel I would stay in again.

Very easy to get there & back. Nice big King Sized bed & tons of fluffy pillows! Fairly quiet & we were even on the freeway side! Will definitely stay here again.

Booked 5 nights ended up staying just one night for the following reasons. Room dirty carpet had crumbs/not vaccumed, mold in the bathroom tiles, melted ice cream in the refrigerator, leftover opened bag of chips inside drawers, room smells, blankets have holes, chair way too soft (bad back support. The hallway lights were out from the time we checked in until we checked out (had to use flashlight to see)very unsafe. Continental breakfast not enough tables/chairs and food, there were about 25 people standing waiting for food but hotel staff not refilling the empty food containers. Bad customer service, no greetings and no smile from all staff.

The staff was very friedly from the start and let us check in a little early. The hotel has been upgraded and is very nice for the price with a very nice lobby. The rooms were clean and had central H&A, fridge, iron, board, desk. The breakfast was also great as they had 4 cereals, fruit, juice, coffee, muffins, fresh waffles and toast. The only thing I would say is that the chair by the bed was dirty and not to use the stairs because they are dirty also, use the elevator. Overall a good experience.

Need to provide a way for guest to print out their boarding passes. The hotel did have a computer to check messages, but no printing was available.

I was travelling with my 15 months daughter who still need milk at night, with no mini fridge in the room is pretty inconvinence. Esp this is a hotel featuring DisneyLand where most of the family will bring kids along.

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada Limited when we flew into San Francisco at 11:55pm. The purpose of our trip was to explore Napa Valley, so we simply rented a room the night we arrived to avoid having a long drive at 1:00am to our other hotel. After waiting for our luggage and then standing in a REALLY long line at Budget Car Rental for a car, we were simply glad to have a quiet room to shut the shades and sleep comfortably. That is exactly what we did! The front desk worker was pleasant and checked us in very quickly at 1:30am and we were pleasantly surprised by the nice room and VERY happy with the blackout shades since we planned on sleeping in a little. The continental breakfast was very basic, coffee, juice milk, cereal, a couple apples and oranges, and bread. The location is right on Hwy 101 which was very convenient to go towards Napa.

It is a very good hotel for family travelers.
