having stayed in an Embassy Suites hotel in New York, we were disappointed with the quality of accommodation here. The master bedroom was fine, but the pull-out sofabed was small (NOT the queen described) and the mattress was terrible. Breakfast was mass produced, often cold and noisy - except the omelette king who was the usual star.

It was what I was expecting and more. I wanted to stay in a clean confortable place that I would not have to worry regarding having hot water, and working toilets. Being able to have breakfast prior to leaving for Disneyland was the best, and the refrig how great was that!having a fresh cup of coffee in the morning I was in heaven. thank you.

OK.... This was the only night we stayed at the Embassy Suites during our stay in the Disney area, because our timeshare stay was over. Since we had one day left on our park-hopper tickets, we booked the room at Embassy. We got back to the room at 1AM, and fell asleep around 2AM. All was fine...until 3:55AM, when the fire alarms went off and the accompanying voice told us to evacuate. With 4 kids ages 9,8,4,and 3...it was tough to get them up and running down the stairs. With the noticible smell of fire and visable smoke, we were happy to evacuate. All of the hotel guests were wandering around the parking lot with no idea what was going on for an hour. Then they told us we could all return to our rooms at 5AM-with no explanation of what had happened. I finally fell asleep at 6AM. And, woke up at 9:30AM so we could hit the free breakfast-which is great, there was a note they had slid under the door that had apologized for any inconvenience and said they had extended breakfast for 30 mins. REALLY! THATS IT? Extending breakfast for 30 mins? Crazy! We had to drive home 10 hours the same morning, and I must say we didn't sleep very comfortably that night. I am sure Embassy is a nice place to stay on ordinary nights...but that night was awful! They just need better customer service on nights when the worst happens.

The Embassy Suites displays itself as a very comfortable hotel with two room suites, however the Sofa bed is very thin and uncomfortable and would cause back problems for anyone. The beds in the room are very hard and uncomfortable. They are very small queen size beds even smaller than most full size beds. The breakfast are average at best with runny eggs, long lines to order omelettes and make sure you get all of your food by 9:30 because they board it up at 9:30 and 5 seconds. Overall it is a below average Embassy Suites would not recommend.

Breakfast buffet was powdered eggs and instant coffee. Cooked-to-order line for eggs was long.

This hotel was nice but it was very populated. There are two other hotels that share the parking lot. The accommodations and convenience of the hotel to Disneyland was great.

Excellent! 2 minutes from Disneyland, Excellent Buffett including French Toast & Omletts! Beautiful, Comfortable, Quiet and Safe!

The hotel is close enough to Disneyland to catch a shuttle which tickets are sold at the hotel. The morning breakfast was great....cooked to order omlets and pancacks, sausage, bacon, cereal, etc. Don't wait until breakfast is ready to close because it becomes very, very busy. The pool is nothing special and I would not recommend this hotel if you just want a day to hang out at the hotel. If you are going to Disneyland and need a good breakfast, comfortable rooms and a nice sitting area seperate from the bedroom this is your hotel. The bathroom floor and ceiling were not as clean they should be.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Ahaheim. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast buffet and seating area. The staff was very curteous and attentive.

You get charged $6.00 per day for parking. Some of the check in staff is rude and inconsiderate. Cant check in while breakfast is being served(front staff will not wait on you). Check in is NO earlier than 3pm! Passes for the bus to disnyland park are $10 for 3 days. Calculate all that in and might get a better hotel closer to disneyland.

The suite was a good size for the money. Everything in the room worked and everything you would expect to find in a suite at the price we paid was in the room. In other words, there were no suprises, except a postive one--we did not expect to get a free buffett breakfast. Additionally, the staff brought up the crib we requested before we got to the room. Finally, the pool was clean and well stocked with clean towels. The only two negatives we experienced, which is only the indirect fault of the hotel, was the gift shop was out of the two things we went to purchase (laundry soap and the daily newspaper) and the number of people who went up the elevators with trays of food from the buffett breakfast. We were quite pleased with the Embassy Suites and would recommend it without any reservation.

We totally enjoyed this hotel, from the room to the friendliness of the staff. We'll be back.

We enjoyed this hotel. It is pricey so we did expect good service and a nice hotel. We love the interior corridors, very safe. I think we stayed right before the summer rush. It was busy, but manageable. The Anaheim Resort Transit system was very convenient and we never waited over 15 mins. for a shuttle. There are very few stops on the route so we didn't feel like a lot of time was wasted waiting or transporting. We have a 3 year old so we went back and forth between Disneyland and the hotel a couple of times each day. I read some comments about the crowds at breakfast. We stayed 4 mornings. There was a convention in town and a lot of people stayed at this hotel. One morning we had breakfast right at the same time as the convention people. Had to wait a while for food, but seating was plentiful. We adjusted our other breakfast times around the convention staff and it worked out great. We'd definitely consider this hotel for our next Disneyland trip.

The room had some cleanliness issues, like hair on the ceiling in the bathroom and something looking like shaving cream or used toothpaste running down the door, but dried. There was also some gooey brown substance on the toilet paper holder that we had to clean and sanitize before use. The rest of the room was fresh and clean including the carpets and linens. The breakfast was good and the service was always friendly and helpful.

This was a perfect location for a trip to Disneyland. Shuttle comes right to the front of the Embassy Suites Hotel every 20 mins. Hadlong day at Disneyland, then back to the hotel for their afternoon "happy hour" (kid friendly) and later went back to Disneyland at night (having had our hands stamped at D.L. earlier). Don't forget the fantastic breakfast that's incl. in price too! Omelets, bacon, pancakes, everything! For the price, we were extremely pleased. Hotel is beautiful inside and out. Kids will love the lion that's perched ontop of the rocks in the atrium. It "wakes up" every now and then.

We love Embassy Suites. The breakfast is always nice, the staff is helpful, and I think it's worth every penny. It's also nice to have the larger room with the kids. The one in Anaheim isn't super close to Disneyland- we always drive- but it's worth it. Plus, I believe the bus stops right out front. It's a nice hotel for a reasonable price, fairly close to Disneyland. It's perfect!

Our suite was very clean and nicely decorated. I was super impressed with the full breakfasts (omelettes made to order) and also 2 hours of free drinks at happy hour all included in the price. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well kept. Service and hospitatlity was excellent.

The free breakfast was good with alot to choose from and the staff was on top of cleanin the tables quick. I just wish we didnt have to pay for parking while staying at the hotel i think it should be included.

We came in the evening before our day of Disneyland, and we had a very nice stay. I had forgotten how great Embassy Suites are... free drinks at happy hour, free decent breakfast, all suite rooms and a pretty rotunda. We took the shuttle from the hotel to the park, and it was much more convenient than parking at Disneyland. The bathroom was spacious and nice.

Hotel was great..breakfast was superb.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Our first day we were treated to the Manager's Special which is a happy hour for adults and they also provide snacks for the kids. The Embassy is clean with a friendly family ambience and the staff were helpful and attentive. The next morning we had the free breakfast buffet which was so yummy and delicious. The room was spacious and clean. The only downfall was that we had a view of an ugly golf court.The hotel provides a shuttle to the theme parks. Overall, we would definitely stay at the Embassy again.

The suites were roomy, clean and neat. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary drinks and breakfast were excellent!!!

Very kid friendly

Room was great we were able to see the Fireworks at Disney every nite from our room. Shuttle Bus to Disney leaves right outside hotel. Compl. Breakfast and Managers reception were great. We would stay there again.

Our family stayed her for a trip to Disneyland. It was very convinient to the park. (drive or shuttle) The staff was very friendly. The room clean. Great room service too!

We will definitely stay here when we visit Disneyland again. The hotel was beautiful, close to Disneyland, and shuttle service made it convenient to get to and from the park. The breakfast included in the room rate was very nice with good food. We recommend going early, as it got really crowded about 8 am. We found a chunk of food on the floor from the prior guests, otherwise the room was clean and roomy. We traveled with kids and had plenty of room in the two doubles suite. Great price, considering we would usually have to get two rooms, and breakfast was included! Fitness room was also nice; small but sufficient.

We love this hotel and will return. The free breakfast and two hour managers reception are great especially after being at Disneyland all day.

This is the second stay at this Embassy Suites. We like the convenience of having a full breakfast included. The service in the hotel is awesome. A shuttle bus takes you to Disney in about 10 minutes, and it is easy to hop back on shuttle and get back to hotel. Thank you.

Easy to get to Disneyland, and the breakfast was good.

Much better than our original choice of Ramanda Maingate. Especially if you are traveling with a big family by car to Disneyland. You must stay here! Paid alittle more and the room were clean and safe.

The staff was very helpful, rooms were great. We usually stay at a hotel across from Disneyland when we visit, but we decided to stay at Embassy Suites because of the great breakfasts. (we stayed at an Embassy Suites Hotel in San Francisco recently and loved it). The money we saved by feeding 4 kids breakfast at the hotel more than made up for the money we spent riding the city shuttle to Disneyland. We went back to the hotel for the managers reception one evening. The adults in our group totally enjoyed it!!

Employees were exceptional. I loved happy hour and room service was great. We relaxed after having a long day at Disneyland and had great Pizza in are suite. It was so convient when you have a child that you dont have to go out to eat. You can enjoy great food in your suite.
