The Trafalgar is a "Boutique" hotel...The location, ambience, staff, food and overall experience can't be beat.

Very Modern Hotel. Rooms were decent size for London. Very Clean. Recommend adding the breakfast plan as it is a good value and you can get English or American breakfast. The only complaint was that right outside our window was the recycle bottle bins were right outside our window so people from local establishments were dropping bottles in the bins at all hours of the night and morning. We didn't complain because we were only there two nights. I'm sure hotel would have remedied our complaint.

This is a Hilton delivering the cleanliness and service you expect. The room was large for London, it was quiet considering that it was in the heart of Trafalgar Square which is busy and noisy. I arrived in midafternoon at the end of the London Marathon and once in my room I never knew that were literally thousands of people outside in the street. The hotel and rooms are decorated in a trendy minimalist style, my only complaint is that they could use just a little bit of art, any art even if it was also minimalist. Also beware of the shower, even with those little dam things on the tub rim water does run over the side onto the floor. And if you're looking for the hairdryer, it's in the desk drawer, British electrical codes do not allow their use in bathrooms so there are no correct electrical outlets installed. Breakfast is expensive and not worth it, seek food elsewhere. The restaurant is also expensive and the food is unmemorable.

Stayed at the hotel for one night with my husband. Found staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a superb location, close to all main attractions. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. The bed was also comfortable and considering there was quite a lot of noise outside, this could not be heard inside the room. We will definately return.

Almost everything about this place is great: food, location, rooms, service. Only problems: I could hear the music from the bar until about 2am from three full stories above. Also, the beds aren't great. Overall, I would recommend the place if you get a good discount from rack rates, which I did.

no exterior signage of the hotel,had to ask next pub to for help.room was cleaned and bed change only at 2.30 pm.Not explaination about breakfeast and room facilities.Very cold atmosphere and did not like the bar facilities,it was looking like a wine bar. noise and music too loud when entering .

Location in Trafalgar Square was ideal for seeing the city. The lobby and bar were trendy and appealing. The staff and concierges were simply outstanding. I was there on a short vacation, but would stay as a business traveler, as well.

This hotel was ultra-modern and ultra clean. Large rooms with modern appliances, comfortable beds, and very hip decor. It is located in downtown London, right on Trafalgar Square. Very convenient to many of the sights, restaurants, bars, etc. The lobby entrance is through a very trendy bar that offers some 150 different varieties of bourbon. Checking in next to the DJ booth is neat if you are single, but not cool with the family. You will feel underdressed if you wear sneakers and a sweatshirt here. Overall a great place single folks or the younger set. Very trendy.

Awesome hotel room and location in the heart of Trafalgar Square. Hotel room exceeded expecations for the money in London (as i've been there many times).

I was very dissatisfied at first with the room service and a few other situations, but the hotel went out of their way to make it up to me and for that reason and how nice the hotel is - and the location - I would definitely stay again.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, super centralt, lækker morgenbuffet og dejligt værelse. Hvis du vil være tæt på det meste i London, så er dette hotel perfekt. Her vil vi bo igen!

Min flickvän & jag har bott på en hel del fyrstjärniga hotell, och upplever ofta att service och rum inte når ända fram till våra önskemål. Så var inte fallet här. Personalen på The Trafalgar var den bästa vi stött på hittills, och var klanderfria i sin inställning och hjälpsamhet. Vi fick mycket bra tips på restauranger och hjälp med att boka dessa (trots kort varsel). Jag är vanligtvis väldigt kritisk och önskar oftast något mer, men i detta fallet måste jag ge hotell och framförallt personal (speciellt Tom) all cred för en fantastisk vistelse. De var klockrena!
