Club Quarters, Central Loop - Čikaga

Room was OK and clean. Good view of the street in front. We parked the car when we checked in and then walked or took a taxi going everywhere. So convenient to walk to a lot of attractions in Chicago without worrying to find a parking spot.

Our first room we had was very small, but we up-graded the next day to a suite. We had a wonderful stay! Your hotel is clean, classy and quiet. Thanks for the great escape!

The hotel was great for the money and conveniently located to the main downtown area. I could quickly walk to the park as well as to state street for shopping.

The Club Quarters Central Loop was a great find! The staff were great, location was very convenient, and the room was neat and clean. My only caution is that the rooms are VERY small. I ended up upgrading for $25/night to a "suite" which was more the size of a traditional hotel room, which was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

I've stayed at the other Club Quarters Hotel in downtown Chicago. This one is comparable in room quality and service -- very good on all counts. I doubt that I'd return though if I had to spend two nights again in a room situated between big ducts of the ventilation system. No natural light of any kind. Couldn't even tell if it was raining or not.

I loved staying at the Club Quarters on the Central Loop. It was incredibly cheap (for Chicago) - yet still felt like I had paid big money for the hotel. The staff was beyond helpful and courteous, amazing! The room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. If I needed anything, the staff seemed to jump at the first syllable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I have had!!

Check in/out was very easy and user friendly-electronic option. Location was near my meeting site and the train station. Food in connecting restrurant was very appealing, appropriately priced for the area and serving size generous. Hotel lounge area in lower level was conducive to the business traveler. Technology access in my room as well as in the lower lever club member lounge area was outstanding.

The location can't be beat. The room was a bit small for the price but they have free internet access and even public computers if you didn't bring your laptop.

Really nice hotel. No bad responses other than the parking garage not very close to hotel. Did not matter though because you can walk or take the el train anywhere. As others said the rooms are small but very comfortable. Helps with cost as well.

Room was clean & very comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Chicago.

The place is nice and secure with a great location in the Loop. Good value, but a very small room. About 4" between the bed corner and the desk.

Rooms are small but clean and are perfectly adequate for a short stay. Located just a step away from Michigan Ave at Wacker Drive, the hotel is within easy walking distance of loads of restaurants, the Michigan Ave. 'Miracle Mile' shops, Grant Park and Downtown. The free Wi-Fi sometimes was hard to connect to and the TV wasn't the greatest. However, all in all, a great value. The staff was especially helpful when I arrived with reservations for the other Club Quarters in town and asked them to switch me to the Loop hotel. I'll stay there again when I'm in Chicago.

This was a excellent hotel in a very convenient location in the Loop. The hotel staff was professional. The rooms were small, but very clean. One thing that separates this hotel from others is a number of value-added items. Wired/wireless internet was free. The laundry room had free detergent for guest use.

Excellent if you are traveling alone as the room was small. Room didn't have washcloths but they happily delivered some. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the decor was lovely and the room was clean. The front desk staff was very helpful. I would recommend.

The hotel was overbooked and the only room available was internal room without any windows. It was like staying in a closet - very disappointing.

We got there early and they held our bags till we could check in. The air conditioning wasn't working so they promptly put us in another room. The desk staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Right in the middle of the loop downtown, it was hard to find a better location. Since I don't drive, a centrally located hotel is important. There was no extraordinary service, and it's not a truly fancy place, but it was more than enough for a short stay in Chicago, and at a very reasonable price.

The property was great. The room was well appointed with an ultra modern decor, granite/marble in the bathroom, light and airy, and great linen and towels. However the room I was given had no bathtub, but it had a well appointed shower. The wonderful feature at this hotel was the check in process. There are kiosks in the lobby just like the airport check-in kiosks. You insert your credit card and you are checked-in and receive your room keys. Wow, just a couple of seconds. There was still hotel personel behind the counter to help, if necessary.

For the money it was way over price. Nice hotel. Do not get the room that's smaller than the studio. Very small room.

The room was very tiny, poorly lit, and worst of all, very dingy. It was gross. We ended up just eating the cost and going somewhere else. Plus the neighborhood isn't the greatest and it isn't really convenient to anything.

Was a very central location and only a couple of blocks from Union Station (my mode of transportation to Chicago) A smaller room which did not bother me since I was alone. Good staff and nice restaurant attached (if you like English food) Room was clean and nicely appointed. Highly recommend.

This was the lowest price room I could find in the Loop on that particular weekend and the hotel was wonderful. Rooms are small, but well appointed. Room was extremely quiet with no street or hall noise. Loved the refillable water bottles available in the hall. They were having some difficulty with the wifi when we arrived, but the desk staff assured us the IT person was working on it and that it would be up within the hour... this proved true and connection was great. Safe, secure and enjoyable.

The hotel is in the heart of downtown Chicago. We were just blocks from the Sears Tower, blocks from the El, four or five blocks from Michigan Avenue and Millennium and Lake Michigan. The room was quite small, but we spent very little time there, we were too busy enjoying Chicago and the surrounding areas. If you intend to spend a lot of time in the room, hopefully you like the person you're with. All in all, it was the perfect hotel for what we needed to enjoy our time in Chicago.
