well i beleive you get what you pay for, but they didnt have shampoo for you thats was disappionting but they have some shampoo that you can buy, and no radio, and they were not truefull on how many cable channel that they had they said 14 but it was more like 6, i asked for extra pillows and they said they didnt have any.but it was a clean room, heater worked and for the price it was that bad. so once you get over the little things its ok i guess

This hotel is a very convenient location if you are going to a 49er game. I was very satisfied with the location. But, the check-in attendant was not very nice. She seemed to take her time while checking me in and couldn't even find housekeeping to see if a room was available. The rooms were decent and once again location was great.

the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and we all had a hard time sleeping because we were so itchy on the beds. when we first entered the room it stunk and the tub looked dirty. although, i guess you can't expect much from a motel. you get what you paid for, and we only needed a place a to stay for one night and a low price.

After reading other reviews on this motel I was a little hesitant to book. But at the price I was offered I couldn't pass it up. Bottom line is it was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood was fine. I was worried it was going to be in the hood, but it wasn't. If you're a fan of Motel 6s this is no different than any other Motel 6. Location in proximity to San Francisco couldn't be beat. If you're looking for a place just to sleep and shower than this is the place. Drawbacks is it's right next to the freeway so if you can get a room on the opposite side that would be good. Also giant power line running through property, so if the snap, crackle, and popping of power lines bothers you then you might not want to stay. There is a Denny's and a gas station about a block away.

I won't stay there again. I have stayed in the area previously but when I finally decided to stay there I was shocked. The hotel is run down. I was in a room on the second floor that was supposed to be non-smoking. I could smell the smoke in the hallway. The room was not fully cleaned. There was a used cup in the bathroom wast basket. The upper part of the shower room was dirty. I used a hotel towel to wipe the rim down and the towel became black. The room was cold and drafty. I checked out around 4AM. When I went to the office the clerk in the office directed me to a walk up window outside of the hotel lobby. I wouldn't go out into the cold to check out. I hollered out to the clerk that I was checking out and dropped my key in the lobby. The old saying that you get what you pay for if corect in this instance. I've learned my lesson. Ice and vending machines only on the first floor. The room was cold and smelled damp.

It's an airport Motel 6. As such, it needs to be reasonably priced, convenient, and clean. Fine on all counts. Sure it's a neighborhood with nothing in it, but no one stays at an airport motel for the ambiance. There is a Starbucks less than .5 mile away, which is handy.

The staff seemed overworked and stressed out and for that was not friendly. We actually had 3 rooms for the one night stay. In the 1st room we had to ask for electricity and they sent housekeeping to turn on the circuit breaker, even with that there was no heat, they moved us to another room. In the 2nd room it ended up having people in there, smoking up a storm in a non smoking room, and they were not in the system. IMPORTANT NOTE: rooms that are not rented are left with the doors ajar, so this may be the way the non checked in guests got in. In the 3rd room it ended up having cigerette ash on the towel rack, and when I woke duing the night I found a bug on me.. and in the morning we found ants all around the sink and doorway. When I went to talk to the staff, the desk clerk did tell me they knew about the problem as they have five rooms with ants. When I asked for the corporation number, I was informed corporation did not need to know about this.. and refused to give me this information. I would highly recommend you avoid this hotel.

They're pretty much the same wherever you go. Fairly priced for what you get. They need to get better towels and provide shampoo. Maybe if they'd turn off the lights maybe they could afford to do that.

Not really a great place to stay. The location is good, however, the room was so bad and noisy. The bathroom was moldy and it was a non-smoking room/section but the halls and room smelled like smoke. The window would not close and the TV barely worked. The parking lot literally has two major electric towers in it that buzz constantly. The one elevator is old and horrible and I did not feel safe walking around at night. There were barely any outlets in the room to charge anything, no internet access, and people were running around the halls in the middle of the night banging on doors.

One of the bedside lamps didn't work, the toilet barely flushed, the shower head was only about 5' high, there was an alarm going off outside in about 60 seconds intervals the entire time we were there, I could go on. It was a place to sleep and we were exhausted, that's about all we can give it.

Everything was good and as expected. Only suggestion would be to supply an iron for the room.

When the staff was there, they were very helpful. They gave us flatware when the food delivery company failed to do so. But, when I had to leave for the airport to catch a 6am flight, I went down to the lobby to ask for help in calling a cab, and even when I rang the bell, nobody appeared... I couldn't get a hold of a cab company who would pick me up at the hotel (they all said it was out of their jurisdiction). I had to wander around with my luggage to a nearby hotel and basically beg them for a ride in their airport shuttle. I almost missed my flight!

Generally the hotel was OK. They did not have enough face towels. We received 2 the entire 5 days we were there. Even after requesting at least 1 per person we were told that they ran out. The ice machine didn't work for two of the 5 days and on the hottest days. The room was smoke free, but the other areas like the hall and stairwell smelled like an ashtray (gross).

I was not comfortable in the motel room. I did not feel safe being outdoors of the hotel room and everything was not to my satisfaction.

Condition of hotel is on the shabby side however for the price paid and the convenience it's adequate.

The carpets in the room were very dirty. One of the beds was so broken down that it should never have been in use, as we needed the use of both beds.

It's a Motel 6! Sheets and towels were clean but no real amenities. The tissue holder was empty. Shower was standard small and curtain installed improperly so I was standing on the bottom 8" of it. No clock in the room. I was looking for someplace cheap and I got what I paid for.

Mushismelling, broken sink. broken shower head. nonworking Ac could see outside light from it. open dangling electrical wires. rough blankets. You name a problem, they have it.I even had doubts the towels were washed. I don't know the last time they cleaned the room.

I expect a normal stay at Motel 6 and thats what I got. Room was quiet, clean, and roomy. Front desk was efficent, polite and helpful. I would come here again.

Convenient, but area was more industrious so not alot of restaurants and sites to see. A good value for the money.

it was nice because we just needed a place to sleep, the bathroom door was broken and they didn't clean our room when we left for the day but over all it was a good place to stay and good location.

It's a Motel 6 so what do you expect. room was clean. I liked the fact that it was only 10 miles from downtown SF. Two minor things: 1. They forgot to give us new towels when they cleaned the room 2. The toilet had an obstruction that caused it to clog twice. Other than that, for the price it was worth it.

IT IS ABOUT 15 MILES FROM DOWNTOWN. IF YOUR BUDGET IS TIGHT AND YOUR LOOKING FOE A PLACE TO STAY.

The service at this hotel was the worst service I have ever had. The first thing was the service, I felt I was inconviencing the attendant when I asked him to help me open the door to my room after wrestling with it for 10 minutes. The room was cold so my daughter and I thought we turned on the heater, then we came to discover that in the morning the heater did not work at all and blew cold air all night. When I went to take a shower there was no shower head and had a strem of water for a shower. When I checked out of my room I told the lady behind the desk the problems with the room, she then accused me of not knowing how to work the heater and that none of the rooms have shower heads. The attendants are rude and I will never stay there or refer any family or friends to stay there.

I wouldnt recoomend this hotel to anyone. First of all the beds are hard and squeeky the door didnt close all the way unless you shut it really hard. Maid didnt come and clean the room we asked for towels and we didnt get them until 3hrs later after we called them 3 times. Location was good. No wireless internet in hotel and the hotel needs to be updated along time ago.

While the staff was awesome and very considerate, the rooms were very minimal. No fridge, no microwave, not even an iron. Bed was uncomfortable and the cleaning staff, although very thorough, left the room smelling like 409. I could never stay there again! Had to move to another hotel after the second night. Sorry! I'm usually very satisfied with Motel 6 hotels.

My bathroom was full of ants so my husband called the front desk and they said "what do you want me to do?" Then someone came and sprayed the ants and just lefted didn't even bother to clean the spray or the ants. So i had two small children that couldn't bathe the whole weekend. One was four and the other six weeks.

great location,near airport for rest between flights,friendly staff,clean simple hotel

My fiancee had an allergic reaction and when we got to our room, and he needed to take his meds. There were no cups left by roomservice, so I ran down to receptionist (flirting with two boys) and she informed me she was too busy. I explained it was a life or death situation, and she said she couldn't help, to come back tomorrow.

- ac/heater is very old and hard to adjust the temperature - no internet connection

Although the front desk staff was friendly, the hotel room was less than desirable Although we requested a smoking room, even the "fresh" towels left in our bathroom reeked of smoke The room had ants (and i'm pretty sure cockroaches) when we returned a few hours after checking in

The room was fine for the reason it was used for. My boyfriend and I were visiting for the weekend and all we needed was a place to sleep and shower in since we were sight-seeing. It was a regular room with basic needs and cable for a great price. I would go again if for the same reasons.

I've stayed at cheap hotels before and it met my expectations according to that very low standard. My biggest complaint had to do with the poor bedding. The bottom sheet was not fitted for the matress. There was a plain sheet instead of a fitted sheet. The matress pad was not big enough and was not securely fit to the bed, so it bunched in the middle. Throughout the night, both my boyfriend and I woke up laying on the plain matress, which was really gross. We woke up 3-4 times throughout the night to fix the sheet to provide a barrier between us and the matress. This was very uncomfortable and raised issues of cleanliness in my mind.

no phone in room. no clock in room. heater was very noisy and inefficient. no coffee in am.
