excellent reception from staff,they were so helpfull with everything. i would stay there again but would like a bigger bedroom

great hotel, fantastic roof terrace, rooms clean, great location, staff friendly, breakfast good.

The hotel desk persons were very friendly and helpful. The location was near Metro, adn getting to the Centro was easy. The hotel room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The bathroom was a little tight, but all was fine with us.

Lovely hotel, well situated with easy access to the city (Metro just in front of the hotel). Lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff and the buffet breakfast was great.

Location is good: easy access to subway & shopping districts. Quality of service is good.

Great location, comfortable and roomy... service was above average, but the bathroom wasn't super clean.

Very nice hotel. Good service. Front desk failed to tell us our breakfast was not included, in fact, we ask and they said it was included. At check out they wanted 22 Euros for breakfast!

The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The lobby and lounge were lovely, with happy hour each day. The buffet breakfast was pleasant. The twin bedded room was spacious, the double room was like a suite and nicely appointed. Location was excellent, with an underground station right outside our door.

The room we had was very nice. The set up of the bathroom was not so great. Otherwise, very good.

Hotel location is good right on the main subway line. However, one member of the staff in particular was very rude - borderline agressive - on multiple occasions dealing with him. My spouse and I felt quite uncomfortable. It also appears he deliberately put us in a smoking room, although we'd requested non-smoking. On the bright side, other members of the staff were polite and the (included) breakfast was quite good.

Close to the Metro, Close to the Central Train Station, Walking distance to city center, lots of shopping and restaurants

The hotel is very well located, just next to Lima metro station on Red line and 20 minutes walk to Doumo. The rooms, however, are small and AC works (?) with a disturbing sound. Breakfast and service is good.

Hotellet har meget bra beliggenhet med gangavstand til sentralstajonen og med metro rett utenfor døren som tar deg til sentrum på 5 min. God service og hyggelig personale. Rommene er litt små, men det funker. Pluss for takterrasse!

Have been in Milan several times, but this has been the best price/quality stay so far. Location is excellent: right above the Lima metrostation on shopping street Corsi Buenos Aires. Would recommend!

Hotel bien situé, déco de la chambre à l'ancienne, moisissure dans la salle de bain, tarif prohibitif des "petits plus" (location film 15 euros, bouteille d'eau 25cl 3.50 euros...), restaurant très cher, petit déjeuner complet mais qualité moyenne des viennoiseries. Pour un premier séjour en hotel****, je m'attendais à mieux.

Hotellet ligger sentralt i Milano, med 5minutter taxi til Sentrum. Det ligger midt i en handlegate med kjente merker. Hotellet var mye bedre enn forventet, med ypperlige hotellverter. Vil gjerne tilbake!!

Ældre hotel med smalle gange og små værelser. Morgenmadsbuffet over gennemsnittet for Milano. Metro-stationen Lima ligger bogstaveligt talt i kælderen, hvilket er et stort plus for hotellet.
