Hotel Heidelberg - Heidelbergas

When we went to check in they did not have the room type that we reserved but substituted 2 single rooms for a double. Also found out although they advertised air conditiong, only some of the rooms are air conditioned. Needless to say ours were not air conditioned. We also found out that the resteraunt was closed for summer vacation so we could not eat there. We also found out that their "laundry facilites" consisted of one washer and dryer that did not work properly. The hotel was clean, in good condition and the staff tried to please.

I had a great 3-day stay at this hotel. While it's not directly in downtown Heidelberg, it's a quick ride from the hotel's quiet Kircheim neighborhood by streetcar or bus and about 30 minutes by bike. The hotel's restaurant wasn't open for the days I was there but there was still a great breakfast every day. I stayed in a petite single room which was very comfortable and still had plenty of room. The room itself was very clean and had some unique touches that you wouldn't find a big chain hotel - rustic solid wood wardrobe and bed, old framed photos, etc. Overall a great stay for a great price.

The Hotel and staff were all very nice. My only complaint was that our room had a very musty smell to it. The room was clean but that smell was very noticable. Otherwise, I thought for the money the Hotel was worth it.

This was a great find and a great deal. very clean and spacious room. great breakfast was included. most importantly its location was excellent. it was outside Heidelberg in the countryside but was across the street from the trainstop that ended at bismark platz (which is the begining of the Alstadt). the bus stop to same location was there as well. only downside was that bathroom door was see-through glass. otherwise this hotel is a steal!!!

This was a lovely hotel, private and well situated. The staff spoke English very well and were courteous and friendly. I highly recommen this hotel for your stay in the area.

Super placering i forstadskvarter - der kører sporvogn direkte fra hotellet til Haupt Strass. i Heiddelbergs Altstadt. Gode parkeringsforhold Værelserne m.m. er rene og velholdte. Venlig, høflig og kompetent betjening - man mærker at det er ejerne som deltager i driften af hotel og restaurant. Hyggelig restaurant med et fint udbud af mad og drikke. God morgenmadsbuffet.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) haben, anlässlich unseres Kurzurlaubs in Heidelberg, 2 Übernachtungen gebucht. Das gewünschte Nichtraucher-3-Bettzimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Ansonsten guter Service, ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet und Restaurant. Sauna möglich gegen 8,- Euro Gebühr. Grosser Parkplatz. Das Hotel liegt zwar außerhalb, die Altstadt ist aber problemlos mit der Strassenbahn oder dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Stadt.

Un peu loin du centre ville mais prestations correctes.

Dit hotel heeft een nette kamer en ontbijtzaal. Het is makkelijk te bereiken vanaf de grote weg en daarmee een goede stopover (5 uur van Amsterdam). Verder is het niet charmant en ook niet mooi gelegen (in een buitenwijkje van Heidelberg, dat wat aardige plekjes in de binnenstad cq aan de rivier en bij het slot op de heuvel heeft).
