Upon arriving at hotel, there was no near parking and we had to carry luggage a very long way. There was sludge in the bathroom sink because "the pipes have been a little sluggish". There were water stains on the wall and the wallpaper was coming loose from the wall. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. In the morning while brushing teeth the bathroom sink stayed plugged with toothpaste and spit for 30 minutes before slowly draining. I was very disappointed with this hotel for the money I had to pay.

Our room number was #600, and it was the room closest to the Exit. Because of this, there was a lot of noise, and it was a little hard to fall asleep at night. The pillows on the bed were very hard, and rough. I suggest you get softer pillows and some blankets with the bed as well so your guests wont have to fall asleep cold in a conforter. Thank You.

Outstanding Staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Will recommend hotel to family and friends.

The Hilton Garden Inn was definitely worth the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and orderly. What a comfortable bed I slept in! I believe the mattress was a Tempurpedic, not sure, but it sure was comfortable. The sheets were crisp and clean. The room, and hotel for that matter, did not have any sort of funny odor. The fitness center is somewhat small but at least there is one. My only complaint was the bathroom: it did not have any counter space! There was nowhere to put toiletries or other items except for on a metal towel rack which did not have much space. Also, the shower was a bit higher than the floor so I almost fell stepping out. Otherwise it was clean, the towels were clean and everything was functional. The kids loved the pool too! Enjoy your stay at the Hilton!

The hotel was excellent with 1 tiny exception.... the tub was poorly maintained. It had some obvious chips on the tub. it was poorly covered up. made the place look less than what the name stands for.

I was extremely pleased with the amenities available, ie; computer hookups, microwave, refrigerator. I haven't needed hotel accomodations for some time and really appreciated the upbeat tones of your hotel. On the downside, I needed to stay an extra night and ended up paying more for that night than the total for the previous two nights. The reason, hotel.com made the first reservations and the hotel's rate had to be used for the extension. Oh well! Now I know how that works!

A very quite and sound hotel hidden beside larger hotels. Honestly, perfect for families on vacation and those who want a place to lay their head. Too Far from Disneyland to walk, and no obvious signs of a shuttle. Overall though, a very nice stay for the price.

Clean and comfortable room. The only complaint is that housekeeping was trying to open our door every morning at 0830. We were on vacation, sleeping in would of been nice!!

We thought the breakfast bar was included and found out that it cost $10 per person. The only disappointment we had.

great hotel, recomend it 1000%

the hotel was clean and well kempt, the price was well worth the stay. The only area that i felt was under par was the friendliness and helpfulness of the desk staff.

Front Desk called my room at 0230 am, didn't say anything, then hung up. This woke everyone in the room up from a dead sleep. Male at the front desk called again about 5 mins later and said there has been a complaint that our room was being too loud. The clerk didn't send anyone to the floor to actually discover which room was being a problem. Instead he called us, woke us up, and then didn't even apologize. We were not too happy about this.

The Day Staff were wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately the night desk clerk called our room twice at 2:30 am without saying anything, then called again to say there was a complaint about noise. We had an elderly relative with us who had gotten violently ill that morning. We did not appreciate the interruption of her sleep, constantly and for no reason.

Nice Hotel, We had a great time!!!!!

Lovely room. Ours had a fridge and a microwave. Disney walkable. Loads of restaurants nearby and very handy grocery store across traffic lights.

This hotel is very nice. Let me just say, this is a Hotel, and not a Motel. Most of the hotels across the street from disneyland are Motels. I hate motels and recommend you choose a marriott, embassy suites, hilton, and other major names in order to avoid the MOTEL experience. The hotel was pretty nice, only 6 floors so access to the elevators was good. I was able to get discounted, but not by much tickets to disneyland. I recommend you get your tickets from costco. They have better deals. overall I had a great experience at the hilton.

Clean comfortable room, sleep number bed, flat screen tv, nice towels and neutrogena bath products, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, blowdryer in room very convenient.The pool and jacuzzi were nice.Monique at the front desk was welcoming and poliet.Monique allowed us to check in early, thank you. Check in and out was a breeze.Buca di Beppo restaurant in the same parking lot was great for dinner and was convenient having shopping, pharmacy, and bank across the street and freeways and disneyland very close by.Would definetly recommend and stay again.Thank you!

Our only complaint was with the bed/mattress it was pretty solid. When laying there is no comfortable position with which to sleep, it was too hard.

I found the attitude of the hotel staff (front desk) arrogant, unfriendly and unhelpful. Although I'm referring to a particular person, he was the one person I had most of my interactions with while staying there so that greatly affects my own experience.

the room looked crispy clean and refreshing, with fluffy comforters.this is probably a newer hotel because the carpets still look new and unfaded.The toiletries(Neutrogena) was a pleasant surprise.The only problem was the faucet that leaked and gave an eerie,high pitched sound very early in the morning,otherwise it was an excellent value. Buca Di Beppo restaurant was just a stone's throw away.

I had a guest staying in the hotel. The place looks pretty decent. the common areas look in good condition. The room had a nice flat tv and the bed was comfortable. While I was settling my guest in to his room I checked the bathroom which had the towels nicely arranged. What really turned me off was that the toilet seat was dirty. the glass was very streaky and the coffee pot had old coffee grounds in it. I thought it was not a big deal for one night only. I took my Lysol, a towel and I started to clean the toilet and with hot water I had to rinse the coffee pot. I would recommend that whoever is in charge of the cleaning department really goes to every single room and inspect. Personally I rather not to see the toilet paper too fancy arranged but the vanities nicely clean.

Not only was this hotel wonderful and in a great location for Disneyland. The shuttle service was inexpensive and worth it. The breakfast was fantastic and exceeded our expectations as far as quality and price. Not one unfriendly face in the entire hotel and every question was answered and taken care of with the upmost respect and kindness. Not only was our stay here the best we have had in years, but after we left we had forgotten a few things in the room and with one short phone call they located our things and sent them to us super fast. That alone made me want to go back there and recommend them to everyone I can. It is so important to find good hotels like this one that care for more then just the money they are making especially with kids. Both of our kids said they loved the people at the hotel and didn't want to leave. Happy kids make for happy vacations so if you have kids you will definitely want to stay at this hotel.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden was great. We had a room that exceeded my expectations and had a great view of the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The only thing we didn't like was that they ran out of toothpaste in the whole hotel-- isn't that part of a hotel's BASIC service. Thanks...

The hotel was undergoing some renovations while I stayed there but the disruption was at a minimum. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is located reasonably close (about 3 blocks/20 minute gentle walk) to Disney and the Convention center. Would stay here again.

They were doing some construction. We could not get the air conditioner to turn off. We were freezing

the front desk was very courteous. room was great and had comfortable beds. would stay here again for sure. for the price....it was right on! :)

THE BED IS THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY THAT WAS GOOD. I HAD BOOKED A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND A KING BED. AT FIRST THEY GAVE ME A KING BED IN A SMOKING ROOM AND AFTER I COMPLAINED THEY THEN GAVE ME A NON-SMOKING ROOM WITH 2 QUEEN BEDS, IT'S NOT WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR. THEN IN THE MORNING WHEN I TOOK A SHOWER THE WATER WASN'T WARM AT ALL I HAD TO TURN THE KNOB ALL THE WAY UP TO HOT JUST TO GET "WARM" WATER. I WILL NOT BE BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Have stayed in this hotel twice now. Very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff. Spacious room, very clean and most of the expected comforts (microwave, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, fridge, desk with ethernet hook-up) available in room. Close enough to Disneyland for a short inexpensive cab ride or take the shuttle. Good restaurants within easy walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay again.

OUR STAY WAS RELAXING,COMFORTABLE AND MOST IMPORTANT OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. PARKING WAS CLOSE TO ENTRANCE AND STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR STAY AT THE GARDIN INN. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.
