Person at front desk was excemptionally friendly as well as professional. Room was very nice and updated and very clean, surrounding area as well as hotel grounds were nice and quite and well taken care of. would defintely stay here again.

I wanted a place that was "close to everything" this location was the perfect spot. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly!

The value exceeded the room rate. Efficient and friendly service, clean rooms with microwaves and refrigerators, plus easy freeway access. (10 minutes to Disney, 15 to Newport Beach.) Complimentary cooked to order breakfast was a nice touch. Nice pool area.

For the money we were expecting the usual little room with minimal amenities, but were pleasantly surprised. The room was large, and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the cook to order breakfast in the morning made this a really pleasant stay. We will stay herre again.

This hotel was very clean and well kept in the room as well as the exterior grounds. I was very satisfied with my stay and will consider staying at this location in the future.

not only this particular best western hotel, the other best western hotels throughout the California area have been serving my needs absolutely well. from now on, I will always stay at the best western hotels no matter where I go. they have the nicest staff, super clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and complete as well as tasty breakfast. Lets not forget the reasonable room rates. so, thank you best western for making my trips absolutely relaxing and enjoyable.

I was really impressed with the room considering the low price. Usually you get what you pay for but this was definitely a great bargain. The room where they served breakfast was a little small along with the portions but you can't beat the price(included in cost of room). The rooms were clean and it was very quiet. I would stay here again!!!!!

Location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go during our stay in Orange County. Room was good size (got a 2 queen room), hotel was well kept. Hot breakfast was a big plus. Recommend you not wait till the last minute to get down there, breakfast room gets crowded later on. Before 8, pretty empty, and you can eat out in the patio if you'd like. Free wired (& wireless) internet in the rooms, plus a business center (ask for a password at desk) where you can print info on places you're planning on hitting. Will stay here again if we ever return to the area. Good bang for the buck, expecially when you consider the $$$ saved by loading up on a good breakfast before you set out for the day.

This is good value for couples or single adults. I don't recommend it for a family of 4 since the space is too small for comfort.

The hotel was clean, however, the staff seems unprofessional and inexperienced. They forgot our wake-up call, which caused us to lose out on our breakfast. Beds were stiff and the pool was full of bugs. Jacuzzi was closed. Location is good and the grounds are clean.

We have stayed at this hotel for a total of 25 days over the past two years. Always a pleasure with a great staff, good breakfast, clean comfortable rooms (which have been updated since our last stay and made even nicer!). The pool and hot tub are great, easy access from the highway but quiet for it's location. Even though it's near the airport, I've only noticed plane sounds a couple of times when in our room, and have ever been disturbed by them. I travel with kids, and we do consider this our "place" in So. Cal., and look forward to it every time we return.

This hotel is extremely comfortable, relatively inexpensive, and close to the Orange County airport. The bed is great. we'd definitely stay there again.

Great room for the money. Soft comfortable beds, high showerhead, plenty of storage space. Convenient to have both mini fridge and microwave in the room. Friendly staff and free breakfast.

I'm an easy going person and I just need simple things. Check in was quick and lots of parking. I walked in my room and notice my top sheets were dirty. So I called they offered me a different room but I had unpacked already and just wanted to relax. I then went to the pool. The jacuzzi was kinda of small but there was no one there so that was good. One thing that was kind of bothering me was the planes flying by you can't hear them in the room but outside you can and it's like every 10 mins. when I was in the jacuzzi I could hear it. was I was only thre like 30 hour. I slept well and headed for my free breakfast which was great I had eggs, toast, bacon, and cerial. the kitchen staff was friendly. The front was people don't even wear uniforms lucky them !

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel property was well maintained. My daughter loved the pool which was cleaned every day. The hot breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel is conventiently located within 20 minutes to Disneyland and 30 minutes to the beaches. We had some minor plumbing issues in our room, however the staff corrected them immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed and was pleasantly pleased with the hotel. It was a great room for the price. The breakfast that is offered each morning is outstanding and the hotel staff is very helpful and freindly. I would and will recommend this hotel to others. I am going back and staying again in 3 weeks.

I stayed for 4 nights recently, on a business trip. The staff was helpful and courteous. The free hot breakfast was fine; the staff in the breakfast room extremely polite and friendly. The room was very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Free wireless internet, nice granite desk; basic, but functional and clean bathroom. I would stay there again; the price is the lowest of the numerous motels in the area.

Overall, excellent place to stay!!!

I was visiting my grandson at a college in the area. Motel met all of our needs for the two night stay. Morning breakfast is a definite plus. Rates are definitely competitive.

The location was reasonably close to John Wayne, but there was no decent restaurant or shopping center in the neighborhood. The building structure was that of a 3-story motel, but the room was clean and comfortable.

This was a last minute hotel stay for business purposes. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a micro and refrig. The hot breakfast was also a plus and it was convientanly located off the freeway and amongst other hotels. The overall hotel is a little run down and could use an update from the lobby to the rooms, however the staff was always nice. If there was better weather I would have tried the pool and spa. The laundry facilies were located outside by the pool. The mini business center was handy to print boarding passes, etc. and was complimentry.

This hotel surprised me for a budget chain, but I'm not all that familiar with how the discount hotel chains fare amongst each other. We stayed here while visiting the Disney resort, and it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Scrupulously clean, with very comfy bed linens (even a nice cotton covered comforter - very nice touch), a good coffee maker/microwave/refrigerator, sizeable TV with full cable, nice (if simple) bathroom with tub, and good quality amenities like a compact blow dryer at the separate sink, coffee/tea for the coffeemaker and free wireless that was very easy to access at the desk in the room. Good lighting, comfortable couch with coffee table to either eat en suite, or work. We even took a dip in the pool and used the small but nice jacuzzi on the grounds (we were the only ones to use the facilities! Guess we San Franciscans aren't bothered by the chill air ; ). Cooked to order complimentary breakfast in a nice breakfast room, plenty of parking, very personable and polite staff, and convenience to the highways leading to Disney (yet far enough away so there's peace and quiet ... except for the planes landing at the OC airport, but you couldn't hear a thing in the rooms, so good soundproofing, as well). Would definitely come back, especially because the price was HALF the price of the "budget" hotel we stayed at in Santa Monica (and that hotel was horrid). We should have just stayed here the whole time. Highly recommended!

He was not enough expert. They was asking for the credit card I paid with. They did charge the keys for one day insted of two dayd and the key wasn't working on second day. Thay was making an inprint from credit card with old type machine i wasn't happy with it.

This was a Great way for all my Kids and GrandKids to come be with me on New Years Eve. I got the room and they all came from different places. We had a Great New Years Eve. Best Western always does a good job. Friendly and Clean.

While basically a motel (doors open to the outside, not an interior hallway), the room was a decent size for a short stay. Bathroom amenities were minimal, and the fridge was a bit noisy (we turned it off when sleeping), but the bed was fine. Breakfast was cooked to order and quite satisfactory.

The bed had one thin blanket and a comforter. The comforter was too hot for the typical mild nights. It was annoying to have to deal with the bedding all night. It was either too hot or too cold with or without the comforter. I prefer blankets to comforters especially in Southern CA where the weather is always mild.

Free cooked to order breakfast was a plus...Clean and friendly staff...very comfortable..
