We stayed there for 10 nights and the service was excellent. There was just one little incident when a guest splash water in front of the elevator doors and the only action taken by the hotel was place towels to absorv the water but did not leave a wet floor sign to advice outgoing elevator guest the floor was wet. Other than that my stay was great for the time we stayed there. May be more options at the hot breakfast menu would be great, the same you have at the Austin Hamton Inn and Suites.

We spent two nights. Everything was very good. The only let down was the breakfast. We stayed here again because last time the breakfast was very good. This time not so much. Eggs were cold and rubbery. We were down there around 7:00, so it wasn't late. All in all we would probably stay again.

The Hampton Inn in Garden Grove was a wonderful place to stey. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and competent. I have no reservations about recommending this hotel to friends and co-workers.

Perfect price, very nice rooms, had tv room for kids with disney channels. Had breakfast (dont pay extra for the breakfast, all rooms come with breakfast) and movie night with popcorn for the kids. Perfect place if you dont mind riding ART or walking less than 1 mile to disneyland! Best trip ever!

The hotel staff was friendly & professional, room big and clean smoke free. Hotel location was perfect, as my husband and I was on a business trip. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Bus ride to Disney World was just a stones throw away. I would recommend this hotel.

We are very satisfied in our two nights stayed. The beds; comforters, pillows and linens are very comfy that makes my family doesn't wanna get up. Complementary breakfast was great, we don't have to worry where we going to eat. Very good service.

The Hampton now charges $12./day. It seems they redid the parking spaces. I was unable to open my car doors on either side. The cars on each side of me were 2 inches apart. I was lucky the morning I left that the car on my left had already vacated. Parking was the only problem but it was a major one. I couldn't even put the parking ticket in the car. My 7 year old daughter was barely able to squeeze it in.

We spent a night at this hotel, but found it diffiult to sleep due to the buses that repeatedly went by outside and the room staying extremely cool during the night despite the heater being turned on. Only to discover in the morning that the window have been left open marginally enough to allow sound and cold air in, but not be obvious that it was still open.

It was better than I expected they need to post more pictures in hotel.com to see how nice this hotel is. All you can eat breakfast was great, didn't have to pay for parking and staff were very helpful the rooms were very clean everything is brand new and is nice to have a fridge an microwave. The beds were soo comfy. It's like a 10min max drive to Disneyland. I would totally come again

I took my daughter with her family to Disneyland and stayed in two rooms. Both rooms were comfortable however the A/C should be ckecked and cleaned after every rental. Ours, when turned on, gave an ordor of urine but was immediately cleaned when reported to the front desk. The hotel is in need of new comforters. The beds appeared to be lumpy but soon found out the comforters were the cause. All and all the beds and our rooms were comfortable. Was not impressed with the breakfast so we went to Co Co's down the street. Target is in the same shopping center so we purchased milk, cokes and chips to keep in our room. The frig froze everything...

I had a really good stay at the hotel. The room was nicer than I expected for the price and the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. It had 6 pillows of 3 different firmnesses on each bed and the water pressure was adequate to take a decent shower. Even on a friday night with what seemed like hundreds of teenage cheerleaders staying in the hotel it was quiet. My only complaint is the breakfast. The eggs were either fake or extremely overcooked (powdery, dry, bad taste) and the fresh fruit seemed like it was cut by a blind person who had never eaten fruit before. Pieces of melon had hard rind and pieces of pineapple had core. I tried to eat about a dozen pieces but gave up and had yogurt. I would have liked to have seen a waffle machine, too. The staff was very friendly without being overbearing and really everything was great except for the breakfast.

This hotel is perfect if your planning on going to Disneyland. It's about a 5-10 minute drive to the theme park and to the freeways. Although they do charge money to do the shuttle to the park and its not even their hotel shuttle, its another hotels shuttle. Customer service was outstanding. Fast check in, and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. We could see the Disney fireworks from our room too! Also, if you have kids, the nice thing is they have movie nights in the lobby and give free snacks (like popcorn, pizza or cookies) and let the kids watch movies. The only thing that was upsetting was the breakfast. The eggs are horrible, they are perfectly round (which was weird) and microwaved and everything else always seemed cold. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room though, so you can bring your own food. Apparently there's a pool table, jacuzzi and pool but I never had the chance to visit those. Overall it was worth the money and I am definitely coming back.!

Very nice hotel in a very nice area close to Disney, so be prepared for a flock of families with kids, but otherwise a great choice.

Great area, close to Disneyland but still not totally overrun with young children. Very clean well maintained.

I stayed at the hotel for business purposes, I attended a seminar at a neighboring hotel that was next door and shared the parking lot with the Hampton Inn. The Hampton Inn was extremely clean from the lobby to my room. The staff was very friendly and polite. It is a nice place for families to stay. On Fri and Sat nights, they show movies ( for families ) and serve popcorn and pizza. A decent hot breakfast is complimentary with your stay and coffee and hot beverages are available all day, no charge.

We made reservations online. The online description described a room with a separate area for kids with bunk beds. When we got in the room we found 2 small black blocks on the floor of the kids area. After trying to figure out where the bunk beds were and what these blocks were there was a knock at our door at the same time it was being opened. At first we thought another guest had accidentally been given our room. Instead it was an employee who asked my husband and I if everything was okay in the room. We told her about the missing bunk beds and then she explained that due to safety reasons the Hilton had taken out bunk beds and put in "futons." She explained they were the two blocks on the floor. They were not made up and the employee informed us there should be sheets in the closet to make up the futons. When we looked in the closet all we found was one pillow in a bag with a blanket, no sheets. Our two kids were to sleep on these things which were no longer than 3 feet wide. After this employee left we called down to the front desk who said they would have the maid make up the beds for us. We also realized after the employee left that we could have been undressed when she walked into the room as she was knocking! We were meeting relatives to go to Disney Land and left and did not return until after midnight. When we returned the sheets were there for the "futons" but they had not been made up. We had to make them up ourselves. Our 11 1/2 year old son had a miserable night sleeping on the "futon." He was way too big to be sleeping in something that small. My husband and I also tried them the next morning and found out how hard they were. Firm was not the right word, hard is how to describe them. I did complain to an employee at the front desk the next morning on our way out and that employee was very friendly and helpful. She said she wondered about the "futons" when they first remodeled the hotel. I told her we were going to try to pu

This hotel was exceptional, we enjoyed our stay and had all the comforts of home (actually better since it was in the teens here and in the 70's there!)

My friends and I enjoyed are stay at this hotel, thus it was only for one night. Its a great hotel to stay at if your going to disneyland and california adventure. The beds are very comfortable and clean, the staff is really nice. Def. going to stay here again...

The beds were fantastic, as they had upgraded them. the continental breakfast was also outstanding. they had the usual pastries and cereals, but also had biscuits and gravy as well as eggs.
