Very cozy no noise.

I requested a non-smoking room and ended up with a smoking room. I called customer service, however, they were unable to change me to another room or location.

This has to be the worst hotel that i have ever stayed at. First when we get there the front desk people are being very rude to us. We would ask a question and they would speak to each other in a another language that we could not understand. i also asked about wifi they just looked at me then i asked again and its like they did not want to talk to me. they just gave me my room key so i left. i tried talking to them but it was very hard to understand them, any of them. also i had asked for a "Do not disturb" sign and the completely ignored that and when into our room while we were out. that to me was the worst part of it all. the room its self was not that bad but the service was horrible. i hope no one has to go through this, it almost ruined our vacation.

The staff had miscomunications on how I paid for my room and tried to charge me twice!

The top of the list has to be how they require a deposit for the room key charge a deposit holding fee. It's only a few bucks, but the principle of the thing gets me.

I was extremely disappointed with the location, too far from disneyland. Located two doors down from an adult nude club, not very family oriented. Rooms old and musty. Mattress box spring in one of the rooms looked like it had a very large blood stain on the side of it, beds very hard. Paint in bathrooms molding and peeling. One bathroom had the towel rack falling off the wall. Room rates are too high for the quality you get.

The manager was very rude and NOT accomidating. The 2 rooms we booked were not available and we ended up spending an extra $20 because of it

This motel was extreemly overpriced for what the room looked like. The hot water did not work in the sink, the beds did not look clean nor the the towels. The front desk clerk was creepy, and did not know how to use the real credit card machine so he used an ancient carbon copy type which really bothers me for security reasons.

Maybe being from Vegas I expected more. Right from check in where I had to pay $3 (non-refundable) for a safe in the room I never used and $5 (refundable) for the single room key I received, I felt cheated. The room was decent size, but the beds very hard. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling off. The bath tub was very small. Several times I tried calling the front desk with questions and did not get an answer. When I found that I needed a late check out, I was given one more hour and told after that there would be a late charge. If I need to be in that area again, I will take my chances with one of the motels that line this road (Knott's Berry Farm is just up the street).

Es war für den Preis okay. Das Zimmer ist gut, jedoch fehlt es an Serviceleistungen wie z.B. Frühstück war nur von 6-9 Uhr, bestand ausnur sehr sehr dünner Kaffee und zwei Cornflakessorte. Man mußte für jede Serviceleistungen extra nachfragen z.B. es gab zwar kostenlosen W-Lan, jedoch wurde der Code mind. 1mal am Tag geändert, so dass man immer wieder nachfragen musste, der Zugang zum Pool wurde immer abgeschlossen.... Das Hotel ist aber sauber!
