hotel was very nice, but quite a ways away form Duomo/touristy areas

Only problem with the hotel is location. Taxi is just under 10 euro to nearest metro stop (Garibaldi), don't know about bus stops. Hotel is what I expected for what I paid. Very good first impression, continuing into the room. Very clean, hot shower, hair dryer, no conditioner or lotion though. Free internet with color printer. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had; small sausages, crispy bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, croissants and other breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and more...very delicious and nice presentation. Coffee, tea, orange juice.

It was very convenient for the airport and the room was comfortable and clean, but a bit too far from the center of town.

Not the most convenient location, and some of the staff were a bit disnterested, but the rooms are large and clean.

Most the the staff were very friendly and helpfull and spoke good english. Hotel was very clean but the room was a bit small and for a 4* they didnt provide

we chose this hotel as we wanted to visit san siro stadium. It was in a good location only about 30 mins walk. The hotel was very clean, but the english breakfast was not up to much, sloppy scrambled eggs, streaky bacon and some sort of sausage, tea and coffee was cold ! Overall though we enjoyed our trip and found it easy to travel into central milan via the trams and buses which only cost a euro each.

Front desk staff wasn't any help at all. They didn't know what trolley to take to Duomo and didn't even know the cross street that the hotel was located. If it weren't for my husband being Italian, we wouldn't have gotten anywhere because of the lack of help from the staff. The hotel breakfast was pretty good. It was buffet style and had something for everyone. The location itself is perfect because it is only one trolley ride away from the center of downtown Milan. It was a lot cheaper for us to hop on the train instead of pay for parking every where we went. Overall good hotel. They just need to train the staff on customer service.

Where can you have a beautiful room in a safe and quiet business/residential area of Milan, leave your hotel after a complete breakfast, walk a short two blocks and hop on a historic yellow trolley (No. 1 line) and hop off 10 minutes later at the Castle, La Scala, the Galleria, and the Duomo (for basically free, a 48 hour metro, train, and trolley pass). You can't, unless you're at this hotel! Book It!

Hotel Poliziano was in a semi-convenient location approx. 20 minutes walk for the main centre of Milan. The walk took you down corso sempione and through Parco Sempione, a gorgeous park with a castle at one end. The hotel itself if clean and tidy, and the rooms were a very good size. I had the benefit of staying on the 7th floor which appeared to have an extension to make the rooms bigger from floor 6 - 8. There is not much in the way of "good" restaurants near the hotel, so I would definately recommend strolling into the centre to eat. Really good hotel for the price, so don't overlook it.

Good clean hotel with very good breakfast. Tram stop just 200 metres or so from the hotel. Number 1 tram right into the centre took about 15-20 mins. Hotel staff very helpful and answered all our questions. Booked taxi for anywhere we asked for and we were not ripped off by drivers. Close to San Siro for fans...great. Id stay here again. Only down side is the Hotel is not near the metro but once you work out the trams its no problem really.

The reception was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Nice quiet bar. Not a 4* by UK standards but more like 3* - still very good though. My wife and 3 friends spend an autumn weekend there and I must say that was one of my best weekend excursions ever and I don't often say that. The fact that I'm writing this positive review should speak for itself as the only time when I write them is when I want to complain.

Fantastic in every regard other than a bit of a trip to get to from the main Stazione in Milan central. A number of trams and buses unless you can afford to be ripped of by the local taxis.

Bra hotell med god standard og ok beliggenhet. Ikke midt i sentrum, men i nærheten av trikk som går hele tiden og som er billig å bruke. Spør i resepsjonen om dette med en gang så slipper du å lure. Rommene var helt ok, men badet var litt lite. Siden vi var på feriereise var det litt plagsomt at rengjørings personell begynte å banke på døren litt over 8, så husk å henge ut "Ikke forstyrr" skiltet. Det var også en heis som i enkelte etasjer det sto ikke i drift på, men som virket i andre??? Den fungerte stort sett, men det kom noen rare lyder fra den, så vi unngikk den hvis vi kunne. Baren stengte også litt tidlig (kl. 24, vi var jo fremdeles på feriereise). Alt i alt et greit hotell.

Het is een net 4 sterren hotel en de kamers zien er netjes uit. Prima gelegen bij de tram en binnen 10 minuten zit je midden in het centrum. Het hotel ligt vlakbij een mooi groot park en een gezellige straat met restaurantjes en barretjes. Het personeel spreekt goed engels wat erg prettig is. Erg attent zijn ze niet. Er werd niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was en tijdens het ontbijt heeft het personeel ook nauwelijks contact met de gasten.

Altid mødt af et venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmadsbuffeten var fantastisk.

God service i receptionen. Fräscha rum. Mycket bra städning. Bra AC anläggning i rummen. Något hårda sängar. Bra frukost. Bra läge.

Exemplariskt skött hotell med högsta servicegrad. Kändes mycket bra när man sent trasslat sig igenom Milanos trafik och hittat fram. Room service var härligt att åtnjuta i det läget.

Insgesamt war alles rund um gut, nur das Frühstück ist teilweise etwas mager ausgefallen, da es z.B. kein frisches Obst gab. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren sehr sehr sauber und es gab recht gute Anbindungen zu Bus und Starßenbahn.

Tutte le camere sono ben attrezzate e pulite ma alcune sono veramente piccole per un hotel di questo calibro. Personale in media professionale e cordiale. Alcune defaillances: danno solo 1 chiave per camera (e se si è in due?); ascensori piccoli e lenti (nelle ore di punta i tempi sono lunghi; colazione in camera abbondante ma arriva fredda!

hotellet levede bestemt ikke op til de 4 stjerner. hotel værelset var beskidt og den daglige rengøring var ikke tilfredsstillende. morgenmaden var meget kedelig og levede igen ikke op til de 4 stjerner. hotellet minede mere om et 2 stjernet hotel

Fint værelse, tæt på centrum, billigt i vinterperioden, god morgenmad, fin service generelt, rigtig gode spisesteder meget tæt på hotellet.

salve, mi sono trovato molto bene in questa struttura,ottima pulizia,buona posizione e persnale molto accogliente. sicuramente quando dovrò tornare a milano ritornerò!

A reggeli személyzet kedvetlen, udvariatlan. Utazás napján /mivel 7 előtt indultunk/ csak hideg! kávét és előre csomagolt croissant-t kaptunk a más szállodákban adott reggeli box helyett. A hotel többi szolgáltatása valóban 4*-os.

Perfekt hotell för dig som gör en nöjesresa till Milano. Gillar du att strosa omkring är det gångavstånd till Il Doumo och även till San Siro. Gott om trevliga restauranger runt hotellet. Trevligt inslag var också gatumarknaden, nästan en kilometer stånd på en tvärgata.

Αν εξαιρέσεις το γεγονός της δυσκολίας επικοινωνίας, καθώς η γνώση των αγγλικών των υπαλλήλων ήταν κάπως περιορισμένη η διαμονή στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο ήταν ικανοποιητική και απολαυστική.

Hotellet är fräscht och är väldigt trevligt med soffgrupper i lobbyn. Frukosten är otroligt bra och du tar dig lätt ner till centrum med något kommunikationsmedel eller med egen muskelkraft. Runt hotellet ligger en rad trevliga restauranger samt en bra klubb som har öppnat i en gammal kyrka.

Rommene er små, og uten mulighet til å sitte ned i en god stol eller sofa for 2 personer. Trange bad. Mye støv på rommet. Det er info når enn bestiller rom om fri internett, dette gjaldt da bare nede i lobby. Det kostet da 5 euro for 4 timer på rom. Noe enkel frokost.

Ottima accoglienza, personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Camera curata nei minimi particolari, perfettamente pulita e molto confortevole. Eccellente prima colazione, sia a livello di servizio (personale attento alle esigente degli ospiti) che di quantita' e qualita' del cibo.

Spesso utilizzato per meeting d'affari. STruttura non eccelsa ma pulita, ben tenuta e personale professionale. Non un soggiorno indimenticabile, ma sicuramente di buon livello. .

Bonne chambre, spacieuse. Emplacement correct (tram à 3min à pieds) Par contre, bien que dans le prix de la chambre, le petit-déjeûner n'est de loin pas à la hauteur des attentes d'un 4*

La mia Carta di credito (VISA) e due bancomat non funzionavano presso il pos dell'Hotel, non ho capito se per responsabilità dell'operatore o del pos, mentre erano perfettamente funzionanti fuori dall'Hotel

Buon albergo, con buoni servizi e buona prima colazione! Non troppo accurato il bagno, con il pavimento rovinato.

Het hotel ligt buiten het centrum. Het is even zoeken naar de juiste tram/metro verbindingen om het centrum te bereiken.

Sauber bis auf Kleinigkeiten, Essen reichhaltig und gut, ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. 200m bis zur Straßenbahn. Uns hat es gefallen.

Das Hotel liegt recht ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße, 3-4 Minuten von einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Der Dom ist z.B. per Straßenbahn in 10 min. zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist gut geführt, als Familie hatten wir zwei Zimmer gebucht, welche beide einwandfrei und komfortabel waren. Das Hotel bietet unserer Meinung nach ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungs-verhältnis für Mailand.
