Great room for the money. Excellent and courteous staff. Located within 2 metro stops of Center City and the Duomo, Very conveniently located within blocks of the Central Train Station, for independent day trip travel.

We had a suite: Perfecto!

We only had one night in Milan but this was a great hotel. The room was very spacious and after traveling for a week in Europe, the luxury was really nice. The concierge was very helpful. We were traveling with a one year old and ran out of diapers on a Sunday. There was not a store open anywhere but the concierge managed to come up with some for us.

Great location in Milan - right by public transportation. You can walk to central train station. Staff was great. Hotel room was the largest I ever stayed in in Europe. More like a suite. They actually upgraded us. 5 minutes from Gallaria and main shopping district. Would stay again and rates were good for Milan

I stayed at the Westin Palace for a five day vacation to Milan. The hotel is geared towards people traveling on business, as opposed to people on vacation travel. The neighborhood is in a commercial area, and is close to the Milano Centrale train station, with a metro stop right outside (7min ride to Duomo). However, there is only a limited number of restaurants in the area, and given it is a commercial area, it is completely dead at night. There is no one around the area at night. The restaurants in the area close around 10pm. In addition, there are no supermarkets in proximity to the hotel, so getting little things was difficult. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with a marble lobby and nice facilities. The gym is very nice, and there is a business center on the first floor. I booked a classic room and was given accommodations on the 2nd floor, facing the front of the hotel. The room is relatively small, but the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The bath had three shower heads with no problem getting high pressure and hot water. The downside to the room is that there are no 110 volt outlets in the bathroom for shavers. Also, there are no irons in the rooms, due to some fire code. There were no power converters available to us, and there were no facilities to charge 110 volt batteries anywhere in the hotel. This is not something I would expect from a five star hotel. The hotel has a minibar, but with the most exorbitant prices I have ever seen! A bottle of water will cost you 9 euro. There are no vending machines or ice machines in the hotel, so your only option for getting water at a decent price would be to buy one at a newsstand outside the hotel. However, these newsstands close around 9pm. The room service menu is as equally as exorbitant. A mixed salad, with no meat, will cost you 19 euro. The concierge at this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced at a five star hotel. They were not knowledgeable about restaurants or lounges out

Great hotel. Rooms arent the largest, but very clean. Concierge wasnt too friendly, but maybe because we spoke English not Italian. Would recommend for those looking for a nice get away. Received free chocolate and pastries the first couple nights of our stay. Nice gym downstairs open 24 hours (didnt use but looked inside).

The Westin Palace is truly a Palace. Perhaps the best room I have stayed in Europe ( I travel there monthly).

This hotel was perfect for our needs since we just flew in and out of Milan; however there wasn't a lot of restaurants or nightlife directly near the hotel.

Nice, but not worth the astronomical prices.

food and drink very expensive even for Europe

As mentioned in the title, this hotel was truly outstanding from the viewpoint of room and hotel amenities, friendliness and responsiveness of hotel and hotel restaurant staff, and the relative elegance of the surroundings. The only possible drawback was the somewhat excessive costs for small items from the mini-bar and other various sundries. On the whole, however, an extremely pleasant place to stay.

Hotellet levede til fulde op til forventningerne til et 5-stjernet luksushotel. Ifølge andre skulle hotellet ikke have den bedste beliggenhed, men der var ingen problemer da vi var der. 10-15 minutters gåtur fra Milanos bedste shoppingområder og seværdigheder er perfekt, især da prisen var yderst rimelig. Hvis man endelig skal sige noget negativt, så er det at roomservicen og minibaren er ekstremt dyr, men man kan jo bare købe noget med på vej til og fra hotellet, hvis det er et problem. Skal med garanti bo her næste gang turen går til Milano.

kom graag in Starwood hotels -waar the Westin onder valt- vanwege royale kamers, uitstekende (amerikaanse) bedden, perfecte service etc. In dit geval sliepen we in het niet-gerestaureerde deel. kamer ook zeer royaal maar wel ietwat gedateerd. bedlampje deed t niet, minibar was niet gekoeld en tissues in badkamer waren op. hoort niet bij 5sterren status. bij uitchecken hierop gewezen en als compensatie zijn onze 3 drankjes uit de minibar door t hotel vergoed. let op,deze 3 drankjes (water,sapje en tonic) kostten samen 27,-! in mijn ogen abnormaal. verder een prima verblijf want veel comfort en service.

L'abergo ha delle camere che dovrebbero essere rimodernate, porte vecchie, la spa è molto piccola. Ho preso l'acensore riservato al personale mi sono trovato nelle cantine, dovrebbe avere la chiave di sicurezza

Flott hotel. Dyre priser på minibar, men det var vel å forvente mtp 5* hotel. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale og resepsjon.

Μεγάλα και καθαρά δωμάτια.Αντίστοιχο ξενοδοχείο στην Ελλάδα στοιχίζει τα διπλάσια χρήματα.. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό πρωσοπικό.
