Park Vue Inn - Anahaimas

Can't beat the location, right across from the Disneyland entrance. We had stayed at a better known hotel last year (which wasn't very good) so we didn't expect too much from the Park Vue Inn either - figured they would banking on their location to pull people in. We were pleasantly surprised. Folks at the front desk were very friendly/helpful and the room was very nice. Lot's of extra's (free breakfast, free WiFi, free parking-yes some do charge, microwave, refrigerator). There was even a fruit/wine basket with a personalized note waiting in the room (sure, it was a form note, but it's the thought ...). All in all, this is definitely where we'll stay again - hands down! The only thing they could improve is their towels (paper thin) and sheets (didn't have a fresh smell).

We were able to watch the fireworks from our room on the 2nd floor. It's literally right accross the street from the entrance. I love being able to take naps in the afternoon and eating at several good restaurants in the area.

We have stayed at Park Vue Inn many times and have always been very happy with our stay. On this stay, when we got into the room, I noticed the refrigerator was not sealed and the leg/foot was missing. My husband called the front desk and within 5min someone from maintanence was there and replaced it. Wow! The only thing that we were not too happy about was the shorter breakfast time was. We are not always up by 7am and ready to eat by 9:30am when we are on vacation.The breakfast is great, just go back to ending at 10:00am.

This hotel is perfect for a family on a Disneyland trip. It is directly across from the main entrance.

This is the closest and most convenient hotel to disneyland. It had a good size fridge and microwave which is essential if you would like to avoid eating junkfood or overpriced disney food. The kid loved the pool. the room was quiet, cool, and comfortable especially in the afternoon when you want a break from the heat. We've stayed at the hotels in the area, but this one is best. We really just needed a place to rest, eat, shower, and relax, but we got more. The management their know that we come back annually and had left a gift basket and card. This was very nice. Coldstone creamery (excelent)in front of hotel with complementary $10 gift coupon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be returning.

We brought our Grandkids for the Disneyland experience, and it was wonderful to not have to deal with shuttles, etc. for transportation to/from the Parks. With two kids in tow, it was so easy to just walk across the street to the Disneyland entrance. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, as well!

This place is literally across the street from Disneyland. No driving or shuttles. Very convenient for family and at a great price.

If you are looking for a convenient place to stay while you visit Disneyland, the Park Vue Inn can't be beat! We have stayed here before, and we will be back again! The room was comfortable, cool, and well maintained. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful each time we needed assistance or had questions. If you are looking for a place to sleep, shower, and have a decent bite to eat in the mornings before you head out for a day at the Disneyland Resort- this is your place!

They need to update a few items in this hotel. It is very close to Disneyland, but we had a giant cockroach in our room, tv was broken, breakfast was poor, towels were rags, pillows were flat and old. Kids did enjoy the pool.

Loved the place with ample parking, nice pool and clean, confortable rooms at a reasonabale price.

The people at the front desk wewre very helpful and courteous. My particular room at a juccuzi in room. The continental breakfast as outstnding and was served in a dining room plus a spacious balcony outside, where incidentally, i was able to watch the fireworks each night minus the crowd. It was a very pleasent stay.

you can walk to the park from here, as opposed to getting on a tram, or driving. Not the cheapest, but Not the most expensive, but worth the additional price if you are looking for a no-frills place within walking distance.

We booked this hotel because of the location. This hotel turned out to be a great place to stay. The location to Disneyland was great at the crosswalk to the entrance.The operators of this hotel treated us with very well and were very responsive to our needs. We will stay here again.

This was our third stay at Park Vue Inn and are happy with the improvements we see each time we visit. The customer service staff is friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast is basic, which offers a little more than a regular continental, such as cereal and yogurt. It is plenty to start the morning. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room is a big plus. Next time we may try a room with a kitchenette. Although there were some improvements being made while we were there it was a nice stay. When I asked a maintenance worker about a good local beach, he printed out a map from the computer so we could easily find his recommendation. We have told friends about this hotel and we will stay again. You can't beat the 5 minute walk to the main gate.

We had a great stay! My first trip but not last to Disneyland. The staff was wonderful, from the front desk to the cleaning lady we met on the stairs. I would recommend staying here and plan on staying again in the future!

The rooms appeared clean however the pillows were probably 20 years old and chemically treated to sanitize which made me wonder how clean the mattresses were. We booked the room because of the convenience to walk to Disneyland. I didn't expect much with a continental breakfast but I didn't expect they would have an employee watching the cups people used. They had coffee size cups for coffee only and little tiny dixie cups for juice and milk which you could stand and refill but don't try to use a coffee cup because they will stop you. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is literally right across the street from the entrance to Disney. Several restaurants are convenient. We were not impressed with the continental breakfast provided! Our room was small with a queen bed and a bunk for my two children. I loved that the kids had their own bed. Since most of our time was spent at Disney, this room suited our needs perfectly!

This hotel was the perfect location for Disneyland, but was not the most comfortable. The beds were not comfortable, but after an entire day spent at the park, we were out like logs and would not have known the difference.

The rooms were clean, the was staff helpful and responded quickly to our requests. The breakfast had something for everyone. It was as close as you could get to the park, and close to many places to eat. I would definately stay here again.

It started off bumpy, but ended with satisfaction. We got two rooms and had requested that they be connected and on the first floor. When we arrived they were not connected, but within a reasonable distance. They also stated that we had not requested 1st floor rooms. I didn't feel very accomiodated by the front desk. We had made these requests multiple times in emails. Our rooms were on the 2nd/top floor and that meant I had to carry the double-stroller up and down the stairs everyday. Fortunately grandma and grandpa were there to help. The beds and pillows weren't horrible, but they weren't great. I have a bad lower back, but I slept fine. My parents in the other room had very noisy neighbors and the walls were pretty thin. The breakfast was just fine, but the primary reason why we would consider them again is the location. We didn't go on this trip for the hotel. It was so nice to simply walk across the street and be at our hotel. Things were clean and the housekeepers were freindly.

This hotel is as close as you can get without being inside Disneyland. It is an older hotel so you can hear some noises from the outside, but overall it is very clean and comfortable. The service is good and the people are nice. We stayed six nights and had a very enjoyable stay.

Literally right across the street from Disneyland. Best continental breakfast I've ever had. Apt and friendly service. Nice pool. Slight musty odor from airconditioning unit-- but considering the cost would definitely recommend to any and all of my friends.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here. The rooms with 2 queens were small for 2 adults & 2 children. The tub would not fill up to give the kids a bath & the a/c wasn't the best. The new 2 room suite with the kitchen, living room was much better. I felt the price was a little much for the room we had. I would stay again but I would definitely get the bigger room.

We would recommend this hotel. For the price you can not beat it. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast good. Can't beat the location to park and dining. Great for family budget.

Outstanding location. All you have to do is cross the street from Disneyland and you are home. It was well worth the money. It is not at all fancy but you definetly get what you paid for. Not a Ritz Carlton but if you are satisfied with a Super 8 or Motel 6 this is your place.

I really recommend this hotel if you are visiting Disneyland. When I arrived there in the early morning they allowed me to grab a parking pass and park there despite check in being at 3:00. I did not have to pay to park at Disneyland. Check-in took maybe 5 minutes and Check out took 2 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and could answer all of my questions. The room is extremely clean and the beds are comfy. It is so close to Disneyland, which is great because when your legs are tired you can walk about 5 minutes to get to your room and take a rest. This hotel was awesome and the first time I have stayed here. I have already recommended it to family and friends... I will never stay anywhere else.

Great location. Close to dining and across from Disneyland. Some light stains on the pillow shams and the sheets need to be replaced. (not white enought)

The location of the Park View Hotel was awesome. After a long day of walking through Disneyland it was perfect to walk directly across the street and be at your motel. The staff on site was very accomodating. This was the first motel that I have ever stayed in that within five minutes of checking into my room housekeeping called to see if I needed extra pillows or towels. I would definately stay here again.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and responds to needs promptly. The convenience to Disneyland can't be beat--5 min. walk from room to either of the parks' gates. Too bad the little convenience store closed, but there are a couple at nearby hotels. During all my stays I've been disappointed in the unreliability of the WiFi signal. It's great the Park Vue offers free WiFi, but the signal strength keeps waxing and waning, making work on my laptop challenging. In my room during this stay, the pipes were amazingly noisy when people in adjoining or upstairs rooms showered. And if they turned on the exhaust fan in a bathroom it was a little like a jet landing overhead. Overall, though, the price and convenience are right, and the accommodations suit me just fine.

Best location for the parks, so close we strolled back to room for a well earned break. The staff were more than helpful nothing to much trouble IE printing boarding passes printing directions, to extra coffee in room. Rooms were clean. Bare in mind It is a motel room and slightly dated but i would use this hotel again and have no issues recommending it

This Hotel was close to Disneyland. Right across the street. The room was OK the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room. We stayed in a double queen room and people next door had two tiny kids crying and screaming all the time. Called front desk for different room and they did not have anything. Would of upgraded. Next asked for bus pick up to airport and front desk said they would take care of it, gave them all the info, and called bus service with confirmation # to make sure they were gonna pick us up and they had the wrong day! It's a good thing I called. They did not give us a voucher like they said. The free breakfast is a joke too. Not worth the price for the location. This was our first time in Disneyland and we will not stay here again. We learned a lot about where to stay. Good Luck.

Hotel is putting in a new connivence store, new pool and hot tub. All should look very nice when done, overall a nice room for the money. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great location made it great to go back to the room to rest with small children!!

WE THINK HOTEL NEED BETTER TV MORE UPDATE WHICH WHAT HAPPEN OUTSIDE RIGHT NOW. TV DIDN'T HAVE AN OPTION IF CUSTOMER WANT TO WATCH DVD MOVIES AND WE GOT DVD PLAYER, BUT TV TOO OLD DIDN'T HAVE AN OPTION TO USED. AND TOILET CAN'T FLUSH AT ALL. THAT'S ALL OUR CONCERNED ABOUT THE HOTEL, BUT THE CONVENIENCE VERY GOOD, EVERYTHING RIGHT THERE.

We stayed Thursday, March 12 in a double queen room. Checked in around 5:00 and the process was quick and easy. The room was ready when we arrived. We found some metal pieces on the dresser and some plastic shavings on the ground from a repair that had just taken place. Within 15 minutes of being in the room, we got a call from the front desk asking if everything was okay and if we needed any additional towels. I asked for more towels and told them about our findings. Within 3 minutes a gentleman arrived with towels and took care of the repair mess. The room was generally worn down with older furnishings. One of the beds felt like a cardboard box with sheets and the other was comfortable. We could hear children's conversations through the adjoining wall. The continental breakfast was really pretty good. They had apples, oranges, bananas, 3 types of dry cereal (2 healthy, 1 sugar), oatmeal, waffles, wheat and white toast, croissants, mini muffins, 2 kinds of juice, milk, coffee and tea. Absolutely worth what we paid and would stay again at the same rate but would request a room with 2 good beds. Can't beat the location and breakfast was really good!
