Sheraton Diana Majestic, Milan - Milanas

Fabulous Hotel. Outstanding customer service, very approachable staff who delivered customer service to the highest standard during our stay. Very polite and curtious. We were greeted upon arrival by a very warm and friendly Concierge: Checked in quicky and greeted to a room that made our stay in Milan incredibley comfortable, great air conditioning system, large flat screen telly, large and very comfortable bed with soft fluffy pillows. Cleanliness was faultless. I had the maid come to the room the first day to welcome us to the Hotel, she then gave me complimentary chocolates which was a lovely gesture. Later on that day someone came with a Spa CD also complimentary, which we played on the stereo system (very relaxing). I could not fault this Hotel. For those of you who are staying for leisure the Doumo took about 20 mins (in heels) which is great proximity for Milan. Also 20- 25 mins walk to the Brearer Gallery and 20 mins walk again to the shopping district. Very central location. I will in future be staying at this hotel for shopping. Hotel Sheraton Diana Majestic made Milan 2009 a trip to remember, thankyou for the outstanding customer service!

I love this place. Real happening hip bar filled with locals. Excellent restaurant, super close to the center of town. Rooms are old art deco with enough electrical outlets and working appliances (wireless works) It is generaly my first choice when staying in Milan, for the right price. A very cool option.

For the price I paid the hotel really was outstanding. But I think if I'd paid full price I would have been disappointed by some of the age that is showing, especially in the bathroom. Very comfortable though. The concerieges could be a bit more helpful to foreign visitors, with better, more specific recommendations.

Diana had a convenient location (few minutes from the Domo), nice clean rooms and a very nice garden restaurant.

the redecoration of the lobby in gold is dreadfull, everything else was very nice as always. Please make the lobby as before it was so cchic. now it looks like a bad hotel in las vegas!

great stay, superb bar, good restaurant

the best thing about this hotel is the lounge area with outdoor garden as its real cool and trendy and many people from outside the hotel come aqnd meet here for drinks before heading out for the evening. The concierge and reception staff couldnt be more helpfull and recommended good restaraunts etc.

Vi beställde ett rumm för två vuxna och en tonåring och det fick vi värkligen. Dubbel sängen för oss vuxna var i jätte format utan skarv och med ett lika stort täcke, precis som jag vill ha det. Extra sängen var också stor och min dotter var helt nöjd med den. Hela rummet var rymmligt. Kommer jag tillbaka ska jag be om ett rumm med fönste inåt gården, så jag slipper höra trafiken så tydligt. Frukosten var konstigt dyr över 30 euro per person? Men reseptionisten tyckte troligen samma som vi om det priset och rekomenderade oss både frukost o middags ställen med priser som tilltalade mig mer.
