Hi, In our recent visit we experienced an issue. We were 5 into the room. Room smelled realy bad. The first issue was when we came back from the whole day we tried to takea shower and the shower was broken. Also the air conditioning was not able to regulate the temperature. They move us to a different room was better. The second issue was every day we need to go to the office asking for towels because they made the room with only 3 sets and we were 5. If they know the room is being occupied by 5 why they don't fill the room for 5 people? Tanks

I was very disappointed with the hotel. Should of listen to the rating it had, but I try to keep an open mind of how strict people can be. The hotel was fine if it had been an off name company but I was going on the Ramada and it didn't live up to that name. The upkeep on the hotel looked like they were doing what they could with the budget they were given(not much of a budget)but the staff was always on top of helping us. The room boasted of a refrig and microwave. The only thing was you could not plug both in and have the tv on. I know hotel rooms tend to be short on outlets but they could have been placed better to optimize use. The cardkeys never worked when we came back to the hotel. And I don't knwow why you need a bidet just sitting outside your watercloset. Hope you don't have guests in your room when you shimmy over to it with your pants around your ankles. Sorry. If you don't need much for a room it wasn't too bad just a little weird and unuser friendly. But if you believe Ramada standards should be there, don't go.

The hotel wasnt as bad as i thought it would be but it could have had better customer service. When we checked in the front desk clerck but when we checked out the other clerck seemed a little "absent" he had a weird vibe.

Room was not very clean. Fire Alarm went off at 4:25 a.m.

You get what you pay for.

The room we received didn't have hot water. So we had to take showers with luke warm water. Also the fire alarm went off and their was electrical fire two rooms down were our room was. No one notified us to get our of rooms or just letting us know what was going on.

Bathroom toilet was dirty under the rim. You could see this from in hte bath tub. Hot water in the bath room was not really hot. Fire Alarm went off in building at 4:45 a.m.. It was a false alarm, but all the same hard to get the kids back to sleep. Breakfast was good.

We showed up at the hotel @3pm one hour later than checkin time. To my surprise, someone at the reception infromed me that the room is not ready. we waited there for few minitues, got the room access card and went to room. We were very disappointed to see that room is not even ready. We had to go back to receiption again to get the another room. the AC unit is connected to the hallway side, the water is passing across the carridor. Looks like AC units are very old and makes lot of noise like diesel engine which is very distrubing during night. This hotel relatively very old, except the reception which looks good as shown in the picture. Only one thing that we liked is the bathrooms which are kept very clean. However, do not expect hot water but only with normal temparature. We complained this to hotel staff but no use. We are quite satisfied with breakfast provided. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, it is definately not the quality of RamadaInn hotels.

I like this hotel and recommend to other, just check out you getting hot water in bathroom or not because take bath with cold water in the morning is so breve thing :)

Room was ok. However there were spiders in So I can imagine what the other floors had. Housekeeping did not leave fresh clean towels. Had to go to front desk to ask & only received 2 towels! Breakfast was ok. Front desk clerks were nice though.

Nice but noisy, very hard beds and very soft pillows.

My husband and I went to Scal for a birthday party, his uncle's 80th. We were only going to sleep at the hotel and the location was great and the rooms were clean. We were impressed and said if we come back to this area again, we would stay here. The micro and refer were great too. We felt very comfortable in our room.

Upon first entrance, room reeked of bleach. Decided to turn on air conditioner, it reeked of piss. The curtains didn't close all the way, so in the morning the sun shines right into the room. Hotel was located near the street, so all night you hear cars passing by. My room was located near the ice machine, so i heard that all night. Listing said there is a shuttle to Disneyland when there wasn't. I would prefer to pay a little more for a better location.

Be wary of the day time manager. I was given a sub-par room as was told that no regular rooms were available to find out the next day that a few rooms were never checked into. My online reservation was not transferred to Ramada's system, but a quick phone call confirmed my pre-paid reservation. The single room in this hotel is horrible, no amenities and little maintenance in past 5 years. Daytime manager lied that the rooms were "under" maintenance or that they were checked out of early rather than allow me to move into a new room that next morning prior to leaving for my business day. Night time manager went out of his way to try to solve the issue. I would not stay here again as service personnel should not lie to the customer. Would it have been so hard to state--"I made a mistake let me try to rectify it?"

I had picked this hotel because it said it was a short walk to Disney Land and it was not. It was a 5 Min. drive to be exact. On the plus side we also visited Knott's Berry Farm on this trip and that was a short drive only 2 mins.

If you want a good room and clean room you have to choose a non-smoking room and make all your reservations in hotel.com to make sure that you have oredered a non-smoking room. If you make your reservations with hotel.com the room would be cheaper because they said you have book your room in advance. Search your hotel at hotel.com and the price of your hotel.

This hotel was located about 5 miles from Disney with an easy trip to and from. Good place to stay if you are just there to get a few hours sleep and not much more. The beds were hard as a rock.

The Hotel rooms need a lot opf updating. The room we stayed in have a funny smell to it. The breakfast they supplied was not enough and you had to wait in a line just to get a waffle made.

The room is great, but some of the guests stay there are very inconsider others. I was trying to sleep, but couldn't because of the noise. I don't think I will stay there again!

Okay, the price might be appealing if you only plan to stay one night but, the hotel stunk. The room had a terrible odor that we brought home with us. Save up or spend some extra money and find a good hotel.

Customer Service upon check in was great gave us directions right to the hotel. Rooms are roomy enough and clean great for the price.

Rooms were clean and adequate size, bathrooms in very good clean condition. Room had a microwave, refrigerator, and iron in it. It is easy to get to Disney and close, about 4 miles. The staff was very nice and accomodating, we needed a rollaway. We did not get charged for it although I do not know if this is normal policy as most hotels do charge for rollaways. There was a nice continental breakfast every morning however I suggest going before 8pm if you want the best selection. It included muffins, rolls, fruit, cereals and make your own waffles, coffee and juices.
