Super 8 Motel at the Park/ Convention Center - Anahaimas

The location was great for my needs However the room had an odor when walked into I asked for the bottom floor and was put upstaires The continental breakfast should probably not even be mentioned I mean please in today's economy people I know I do chose this hotel because it was included, the seating was upstairs or by the pool and trays weren't even provides so you could carry your toast, plain donut and coffee or juice. If you fust need a place to sleep it isn't a bad deal I got a great rate and as the saying goes "YOU get what you pay for"

close to shopping at Gardenwalk, but many shops in that center have closed. Disney is down the street, but there are closer hotels than this.

We arrived at 4pm but still hot outside. We turned on the A/C but it did not work-not even the fan. We didn't call front desk b/c we were in a hurry to be somewhere and figured it would take too long to explain and take our stuff into another rm. Just upset to be all sticky while doing hair & makeup. Hopefully our rm. wasn't the only one w/out A/C. Noisy in the morning due to all the families leaving for nearby amusement parks. Good enough for just needing a place to sleep after concert.

For the cost, it was a great stay. I will definitely stay here again!

We were close to where we needed to be, and when we did not know how to drive to our destination, the lady at the front desk was very helpful, explaining the different highways we had to use. We had good restaurants around us. So far we were always happy with the choices we made with hotels.com

We were not expecting very much from a Super 8 Motel, but we were pleasantly surprised. Great Location, walking distance to many restaurants & the Mall next door. Great price, Very clean rooms, houskeeping was great! We would definitely return again and would recommend it to friends & family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our hotel was within walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure. It was also close to many good restaurants like Bubba Shrimp Co. The walls were super thin and you could hear everything, I don't recommend this hotel for very light sleepers. The shower head was too short and was a little uncomfortable to shower. Overall it was clean and convenient and in a great location. I would stay there again for the great price that we paid.

They didnt provide electric iron and board, microwave, refrigerator in the room. These things were available but at extremely high price.

The room service ordering provided excellent food.

Room and bathroom were clean and tidy, staff friendly, and just a few blocks from Disneyland. Booked with a 7-day-in-advance discount that made the price very reasonable.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Being a Super8, I did not expect much from the hotel. The room was a handicapped room that I requested. This is the first hotel I stayed at in the Disneyland area that truly was handicapped. The bathroom was the size of a room, with bars all around to grab. It had a roll in shower large enough for two to roll in. The room it's self had the dresser low enough for someone in a wheelchair to reach and a mirror low enough to look in if you are in a chair. The only complaint I had was they need some new mattresses. The bed sloped in the center, so you have togetherness if that is what you want.

This is a good hotel to stay in the Disneyland area. 15 - 20 minute walk to Disneyland entrance. A lot of good places to eat, just beside the Anaheim Garden Walk. Free wi-fi and breakfast. However the breakfast area is quite crammed. Overall, a good place to stay.

The hotel is good for the money you pay. It's not top notch, but is clean and has good ammenities.

I stayed here for a conference to save money from the more expensive hotels closer to the convention center. It was a 5-10 min walk away. As long as the weather is good, it is a great savings. Disneyland is a little further, maybe 10-15 min, just because the entrance is a little further down Harbor. Maybe a bit far if you are asking little ones to walk it, but for adults or older kids not bad. Rooms were clean, beds could have been a bit more comfortable but they were still good. My only complain was the continental breakfast. A week of donuts and toast in the morning gets old, but having it included in the price of the room was nice. Overall, I was pleased with this hotel!

Good budget hotel with strategic location. 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland Entrance. Breakfast area is crammed.

The hotel was very basic. It is close to Disneyland driving, walking is a bit longer if you don't mind the walk. We didn't mind the hotel since we only used it to sleep. Breakfast was a muffin, donut or cereal and a lady made you state your hotel room before you could get breakfast. No place to sit and eat, just grab your food and leave. Hotel is not the nicest, but it did the job.

sort of run down, but location was what we wanted and got. walking distance to Disney, 7-11, restaurants. only real complaint was the breakfast. it was continental (toast, but no jelly, 1 kind of donut, bad coffee, 1 kind of not very good bran muffin, juice, cereal, and that's it.) you got the feeling they were trying to meet super 8's minimum requirements in the cheapest way possible. no place to sit, no air con at breakfast.

Super 8 is in an excellent location becuase it is in walking distance to Disneyland. Also they have the relatively new Gardenwalk Mall that is next door to the motel. The motel was in excellent condition and has been well kept. The only down note is that it doesn't have ESPN on TV, Excellent for the price.

Hotel staff were pleasant enough. Room was very basic but adequate for sleeping in. Charge for fridge. Signs around room stated they liked to save water and only washed sheets and towels if we requested it but they changed our sheets and towels every day and we did not request it. What a waste of water!!! Breakfast was rather poor and was served in a tiny room where you had to queue out the door before getting the food and then had to stand outside to eat it, no chairs or tables.

Very quiet, comfortable and inexpesive for the area.

My granddaughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was extra nice! Great view of Disney fireworks from back balcony.

The hotel itself was average or a little above, but we were rarely there. My boyfriend and I especially liked the location because it is only about half a mile away from Disneyland, so we were able to walk there. We did not have to worry about parking for Disneyland, which was a huge plus for us, and saved us some money that we used for gifts! The room we stayed in was comfortable, and good thing the air conditioning worked quickly because it was warm in Anaheim!

It was a great location for attending a convention at the Anaheim Convention Center. It was a bit more of a walk than we expected from the map, but still saved us parking fees. Plenty of cheap places to eat if on a budget. Good housekeeping and the room was spacious for two people. Disneyland fireworks could be seen from the balcony every night. Highly recommended.

We stayed there for our trip to Disneyland. Fr this, the hotel was great. it was withing walking distance(though a little more of a walk than they lead us to believe. The rooms were pretty clean, but the bed was a little hard. We requested a microwave and fridge which they put directly in front of our sink. That was kind of inconvenient. The breakfast was kind of a joke. There were 2 kinds of cereal(which I couldn't eat due to being lactose intolerant), one kind of muffin, one kind of small doughnut, toast(with a broken toaster), and either orange or apple juice. That was it. We went to the park starving! I probably would stay there again, but I would bring more food with us!

I have stayed at a lot of hotels (both for personal and business travel), and I have to say that this location had the WORST breakfast that I have ever seen! One type of stale donut, stale bread for toast, and two kinds of unpopular cold cereal were it. And you practically had to beg for milk for the cereal from a rude employee who had the gall to ask for tips. The rest of the hotel staff was helpful and courteous though, especially the maintenance and cleaning crews. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Other than the floors, which really needed to be shampooed; our feet got dirty after showers just from walking around! The pool is nice and well tended, but small. When a large family of large and rude people went swimming, they literally and figuritively pushed out the rest of us. Hotel is very close to Disneyland, 2 very long blocks away, but definitely walkable.

Large room with comfortable beds. Shower pressure very good. Air Conditioning could have been a bit stronger but still OK. Great bargain if you can walk about 10mins to Disneyland. Breakfast is not worthy though. Internet access good.

the hotel was very clean and well-sized. the location is very convenient - right next door to the gardenwalk (new outdoor mall and restaurants) and about a 10 minute walk to disney. for the price, it is worth it. the only disadvantage with motels is that you can always hear the neighbors and noise outside. housekeeping does not knock either, so you would need to put the "do not disturb" sign up.

I Love the location, but there was a weird smell in the room.

what was really great about the hotel was the surroundings, your close to a lot of places which makes it easy to go places. the breakfast was alright, there should be more than just sweets for breakfast. maybe add more varieties of cereal, more coffee condiments....

for the money was more than worth it, great restaurants walkin distance to them and disney, and around the corner from the baseball field.

For four of our seven days stay, they did not replenish the coffee of coffee cups in our room. Other than that, there was no problem with our stay.

The location was great, and the price was excellent for the location. Very clean and friendly. Only problem was that you could hear your neighbors very well. A little noisy, but other than the sound it was a great place to rest your head while ate Disneyland.

I found the hotel to be very nice. The room was large enough to move into for the 7 days that we were there. The cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning the room everyday and not disturb the things that we left out in the room. The pillows were flat, but just ask for some more. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice as well. It is a 12 minute walk to the turn stiles of Disneyland, so no need to take the bus if you don't want to, just leave your car parked at the hotel. Getting breakfast was a little tricky since it was in a small room and everyone just filed in single file. We mostly took it back to our room, or sat at the pool or ate it on the walk to Disneyland...No wasting time. I would stay there again if the price was what I was looking for.

This is a no frills room with a great location. 7-12 minutes from the parking garage of Disneyland. Breakfast is provided but is walk through only. Saw people with ice buckets which were used as a carrier for coffee, juices, cereal bowls ...

it is at a walking distance to disneyland and you could save on the parking and it is next door to disney walk way, it is a good hotel.

We stayed at the Super 8 because it was close to the Convention Center. It was within walking distance, about 1/4 mile to the center, Disneyland and several restaurants. My only suggestion is for the Free breakfast items to vary slightly. Alternate the cereals, get some chocolate and glazed donuts to break up the routine would greatly compliment the hotel.

We got a good deal on Disneyland tickets and were looking for a good deal on the accomodations as well--we found it! We were not expecting much because we went for the cheapest rate, but we were pleasantly surprised. We have visited the area several times and stayed in other hotels, but this one was the best so far. The walk to Disneyland was pretty easy. My parents stayed nearby and had to pay for parking for each car! The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were quite comfortable. The showerhead was my only complaint . . . it was about at my shoulders instead of above my head, but I just turned it upward and it worked fine. Like I said, very impressed. We will definately look to stay here on our next Disney trip.

I would refer this hotel because it's beside the Anaheim Garden Walk and its just few miles away from Disneyland. Very Convenient.
