We were very pleased with this simple hotel. For the price it is excellent value. The room was clean and quiet (avoid the freeway-facing rooms). Unlike most hotels, the AC was great: wall-controlled thermostat and not noisy (a big plus!). The location (walking distance to Knotts, and freeway close) was perfect for us. Rachel, the day front desk clerk, was very helpful. One caveat: the pet policy is muddled. On hotel.com it says pets are allowed, but when I phoned the night clerk before arriving he said definitely no pets. I phoned Rachel the next day and she said pets ARE allowed, for a $25 extra fee. Anyway we brought in our guinea pig (in a cage) and it was no trouble. If you have a pet don't let the night clerk know.

Good hotel for the price-clean and the front office was extremely pleasant and helpful. Restaurants and attractions are close but hotel was quiet.

the service was great. i was late to check in but that did not effect the price of the room plus i got to pick the location of the room that i stayed in. if i had any question i just called the front desk and they took answered it right away.

I loved the hotel. The price was great. This has got to be the best 2 star hotel that I have ever stayed in. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back, because it is near a lot of places. Knotts Berry Farm is like 2 blocks away. It was probably even in walking distance. It is near some great food places. I am going to plan a trip to go back there to that area just because there is so much to do around the hotel. The customer service was great as well. Nice pool and hot tub. Great cont. Breakfast. I never stay in 2 star hotels because they are usually terrible. This hotel is great and it exceeded my 2 star expectations.

The hotel was good for the money. The only complaint was that you could hear everything going on outside (we were by the pool) and the room was stifling hot when we arrived. Other than that, the price was decent and the room was good.

We came to see the Medieval Times show. The location of the hotel to the show was great, just across street and down about a block. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall. The towels were dingy. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the normal complimentory stuff. Cereal, juice, muffins, bread for toasting and toaster waffles. The oven-toaster was not in good shape, there was only one, and it took forever for the toast or the waffle to cook.

Not a bad 2 night stay for us. Nothing fancy, but all was adequate. It was also close enough to Knotts Berry farm that we walked to the park.

It's an ok place. Perfect location for Medieval Times or Knotts Berry Farm. The hotel is old and covers the minimums.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It has a family enviroment to it in which we felt at home and it was very friendly. It was convenient to stores and food places. It was great they let you use the computer for a few minutes to search information or even book hotel for more days.

A/C condensor full of dirt and takes a long time to cool room.

The room is very comfortable, I had two queen size beds. It was a little noisy at night with kids running around, but It didn't bother me, because I am a teacher and a very cheerful person I expected people to be happy even this late at night...actually I never seen people this happy in hotels. It seemed like we were among family.

Beds are hard and to many families with kids running around and yelling.

This hotel was better than the first hotel I stayed at for my homelessness. It was a short drive to Knotts Berry Farm... heck I could have walked it... though I didn't get to enjoy the park, it was still pretty close to it. And it was right across from the Pirates Restuarant and short walk to the Medieval Times. It was close to a bit of shopping and seemed to have a nice room. The free breakfast was toast, waffles, two kinds of cereal, Coffee, Milk and juice, if you wanted it. Over all it was great place to stay for the price. But it was all out doors and I really like the hotels with all their rooms inside their building where you just have to walk down to the elevators in the lobby. You don't have to brave the weather, which was sunny my entire stay but if it had been in a cold place like New York or somewhere I would not have liked that part.

i will never stay at this hotel again. the cops were there the rooms were really dirty, and there were bugs in the bathroom. i will never recommend this hotel to any one!! i will recommend that no one stay there.

Friendly staff, good service, hotel location is wonderful if your traveling with kids. Lots of attraction within walking distance. Definitly stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is nice close to everything but the only thing I dont like is too close to freeway and very noisy. Breakfast is good too.

we only stayed the night but it was comfortable,safe and cute. and it was pretty close to disneyland and the freeways.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. Very affordable! The room was clean, the staff was nice and it's location is in the center of everything you could need or want. One suggestion though is to get a room away from the offramp. All night all we heard were big rigs and motorcycles passing by but overall we enjoyed our stay. The most important thing to remenber is that the privacy drapes are BEHIND the sheers...lol. We were very upset when we thought we were not going to have any privacy but we found them eventually and much to our surprise the paper they give you at check in also lets you know where the drapes are...lol.

The hotel was kind of ridiculous... the toilet was clogged upon arrival... after being flushed it overflowed all over the bathroom floor... I went to the front desk and the guy said not one word, only handed me a plunger and a bunch of towels... Some not too friendly looking people always hanging around as well... It also got very loud at times through the thin walls

The Inn is conveniently located near many attractions. The bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast okay. The walls are fairly thin, so if noise bothers you, this is not the hotel for you. It was also obvious that the room had smokers in it before, despite the fact that it was a non-smoking room. For the internet price I paid, I was satisfied, but I wouldn't pay "full price", or stay in this hotel for long term comfort.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable. It was more than I expected considering it's a "2 Star". I really liked it. The only thing that was kind of bothering me, if anything at all, was the lighting. Without the curtains open, even with all the lights one, it is pretty dim inside. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here.

This hotel is in a poor location for sleeping, great for food. Hotel needs remodeling or demo. We asked for a non-smoking room and it stank horriably of smoke-I hated to take my 2 children in there to sleep for a night. It was also aa bit creepy. Pay the extra 10 bucks for a nicer hotel.

Price is good and is close to most attractions. The beds are very hard and the a/c heat is loud. TV was less then impressive, but most people don't travel to watch TV. Breakfast was on the lower half of most places I'v stayed with breakfast service. Staff was nice a willing to help with questions and directions. Overall you get what you pay for I guess.

For the money, it's a great deal. The staff is very friendly. They even called after I arrived in my room to make sure everything was OK. The jacuzzi was out of service, which was disappointing, but I easily upgraded to a private jacuzzi suite for a reasonable rate. There are several good restaurants nearby and Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland are both real close.

We chose this hotel based on reviews. It seemed like it would be good for the money. The price was great as was the location. But the hotel is not one I would ever stay in again nor recommend. The rooms were very old and smelled like it. There was a sign on the toilet to remove the rubber band from the tank prior to use....disgusting! There floors in the bathroom were very, very dirty as was the tub. The walls are very thin adn although they say no pets allowed, the neighbors had a dog that barked all night long. There breakfast consisted of watered down orange and apple juice, toast and muffins that were gone halfway through breakfast time and never refilled. The lobby closes from like 10pm-6am which really makes me wonder about the safety of the area. And it's not a hotel...it's a motel.

The Inn & Suites Buena Park was a good deal for the price. It is an older facility but clean & convinently located. The breakfast is typical continental style: cereal, bread, muffins & canned fruit.

GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE. STAFF RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO A SLIGHT REPAIR IN OUR ROOM. LOVED THE LOBBY THAT WAS ALREADY DECORATED FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

I travel to Buena Park frequently and this is the best of the low priced hotels where I have stayed. Even though it is reasonable priced, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel is quiet so it may be better structurally than other bargain hotels. They have a coffee maker, microwave, cable TV, Internet access WIFI and w/ ethernet and offer a decent continental breakfast.

It's an old hotel and was full of noisy occupants. We were actually sad to be returning to our room even though were were exhausted. If you're going to Knotts Berry Farm then it's great cause it's right down the street, but if you're headed to Disneyland it's not very convenient.

This hotel is great it is close to everything a visitor needs to see in the OC and LA and further as it's situated on the IS5 which is great to get about on. The hotel is clean the staff are friendly and really the proce could not be argued with. Breakfast s pleantiful got everything a continental breakfast should have. really good budget hotel.

The place is a little older, but SUPER clean. Free high speed internet (not wireless so bring a cat5/6 cable!) Great price, great location. I was there for Blizzcon 2008 at the Anaheim convention center...and it was only about 7 miles away on the freeway. Lots of places to eat nearby too!

I stayed here for a vist to The Haunt and Uninversal Studios. Checkin quick even tho I arrived at 1230pm, no problem. Very comfortable bed in quiet area of the hotel and for a great price thru this site. Carpet could use some updating but it was clean. Did not ultize breakfast because it ended at 9am and I am a late sleeper. Helpful staff, I was even allowed a late checkout on a Sat. Nice sized pool and hot tube. All in all a great stay for a great price. Would stay again if I am in the area.

I was impressed with the room, we had a family suite with two bathrooms. It was a very good place to stay, excellent location for visiting Knotts & Disneyland. They also had a good conitinental breakfast. I will definately stay at the hotel again.

The desk staff was very helpful!!! Watch out for the LA drivers we were hit at the stop light in front of the hotel by a driver not paying attention the accident was near fatal

this was a great hotel for the money. it's 1 block from knotts and across the street from pirates and right off the 91 freeway. the room was clean. only thing was the air was off when we arrived and it took a long time for the room to get cool. but that was minor since we turned it on and just went out. i will deffinatly stay there again!!

It is a low price hotel and was OK if you don't expect more. the staff was helpful, polite and good. the walls are thin, there was no pillow case on one othe 2 pillows, the hot water was scarce and the washbasin drain was very slow. It was convenient for where i needed to go, felt relatively safe, included breakfast so all in all I might stay there again if it continues it's low price point.
