We had a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. My nephew who is 6'3 slept very comfortably on the pull out bed, and I slept well on the king bed. I have severe sensativity to hard mattresses and didn't have any problems with the mattress at all! I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the fact that it had both a fridge and a microwave. I would definitely stay there again! The fitness room was a big dissapointment but that was the only thing!

During my short overnight stay, the hotel server "crashed" at least 10 times. The staff reset the points (other guests were experiencing the same problem) but it would crash in the middle of important reports and/or e-mails. The mattress was too soft and the pillows too hard. By sleeping corner to corner, I was finally able to get some sleep. The toilet flushed so slow, it took three times to completely fill the bowl with clean water.

We were pleasantly surprised that everything was in order, and we had nothing to complain about. I would recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable beds, good room wifi, good complimentary breakfast.

The staff was nice and friendly, but with only one person to help, we had to wait for phone calls. They recommended two resturants and gave us coupons. The restuarnt, Spoons, was great. When we got back to our room which we did not inspect as soon as we got there, it was a smoking room. We reserved a non-smoking room. We went down to the office and all the rooms were booked, but since the hotel was under some constrution, she found us a new room that was clean and very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very nice with lots of varity. The hostess of the food area was very kind and friendly. I would stay there again and feel good about recommend it to others.

Great place. No complaints. The staff was friendly especially the nice lady who made the waffles, yummmm.

This hotel is good considering the relatively low cost. It has a certain charm to it.

It was easy to find, & the room was quiet and nice. The free breakfast was good, & we were helped out there by a very nice woman, who was bi-lingual. I wish I had brought our bathing suits....the pool is very inviting. We stayed here because it was close to Laguna Beach, where we visited the Pageant of the Masters....We deceided to sleep over rather than drive back to L.A. in the evening.

I was frustrated with the fact that I requested two queens and I got one king. I enjoyed the fact the room had a microwave and frigerator. It also had wifi which was also awesome. The breakfast was not bad either. I would go back if I needed too.

The location is convenient and the hotel is inexpensive. I stayed on Hotel Terrace before. However, the bathroom floor wasn't clean. There is no bathtub; the bathroom floor serves as the shower. (There's a drain on the floor and a shower curtain.) The bathroom counter is very small, barely large enough to hold one person's toiletries. There is no toilet seat lid to place your clothes on while you take a shower. I had to bring a chair into the bathroom to lay my clothes on. The wireless internet didn't work so I had to call the tech. After 20 minutes they solved the problem. The walls are very thin. You could hear people outside or next door talking. Will not stay here next time.

This was a nicer hotel than I thought it might be given the price point. Clean, comfy, friendly staff, great breakfast... Hard to beat. The only knock is that the Wi-Fi was oversubscribed, but that's more to do with the ISP.

Had to change rooms three times. First room the bathroom fan sounded like a freight train and would not shut off. Second room smelled dirty and like a smokers convention had been held in the room (this was a non-smoking room). Third room the cushion on the sofa were torn (and this room was recently remodeled). We did not want to move a fourth time so we just notified the desk that the sofa was torn so that they would not try to charge us. Also, they advertise complimentary cocktails, but that is not true. Overall my recommendation would be to look elsewhere.

Loved this hotel for the comfort of the room and the gorgeous foliage all around outside. Front desk were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good and a decent selection... not all carbs like some places. Very convenient to freeways 5, 55, and 405. Nothing bad to really say about the place, just wish I could have stayed longer.

Great size room, perfect for a quick getaway, nice bathroom, four HBO channels, near the 55/5/405 freeways, so it's accessible to so many places. I would stay again in a heartbeat. They also have free breakfast which I did not get to try. The room itself is large and the beds are very comfortable. There is a fridge w/freezer in the room, as well as a sink to wash vegetables or what-have-you, great for a family also.

We were comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

This is an acceptable hotel for the price we paid. Breakfast is decent. Front desk staff is friendly, but has limited knowledge of the area. The walls are very thin. All noise/conversations in the hallway can be heard clearly. The hotel does not offer hair conditioner. It only provides a tiny bottle of shampoo, so make sure you bring your own if you don't want to make a special trip to the market.

This is a nice hotel. They provided a very nice breakfast free of charge which included waffles, cereal, pastries, milk, coffee and a nice quaint little seating area. We used the hot tub which felt really nice after a long day. There was a problem with the jets and maintenance got right on it. Friendly staff, lots of flowers and plants, beautiful area. We very much enjoyed our 5 day stay.

The newly renovated room has a great new look with a comfortable setting. The rate for this room was affordable and the room itself was lovely.

The beds were very comfortable,could have been bigger.The breakfast was good. Staff was nice and freindly.I'd go again.

My husband and I planned a trip to Disneyland for his Birthday. This hotel was just the thing we needed to relax. We got a room on the inside so it was a little quieter. The room service was very good. The only slightly annoying thing we encountered was that when we turned on the light in the bathroom, the fan would automatically come on, even when we didn't want to. And also the ice machine wasn't working. But breakfast was FABULOUS!! You would walk out of your hotel smelling freshly made waffles. It was great. We were very satisfied with the overall service we recieved there. We will definately stay there again!!

clean pool/hot tub. Fantastic complimentary breakfast served with a smile! Only problem was that when we folded out the sleeper sofa it would only accomodate one person and we have 2 teens.

This is an older hotel, but has recently been remodeled. The double queen room was VERY spacious, and the front desk staff was very helpful. The hot tub was out of order, and the "heated" pool was too cold to go for a swim. The hotel grounds were immaculate, and we only heard one plane go overhead during the night. The free HOT continental breakfast was great and topped off a good nights rest there. We will stay there again.

It used to be that when I traveled to Orange County for business that I just expected to overpay for an everage hotel room. About two years ago I found this gem and have never stayed anywhere else since. The room is very clean and has a large sitting/living room, along with a 50% dividing wall where the bed is in the room. The continental breakfast is as good as any other hotel, and the hotel staff was incredibly professional and helpful, as usual. Needless to say, I would highly recommend recommend this hotel.

It's a nice hotel with continental breakfast and pool. There are shuttle services provided to the mall & Restaurants, the staff was very helpfull.

Great hotel. Clean and convenient.

The hotel just got redone so it's a decent version of a cheap hotel. It is not creepy and they try to have some style here.

eveything were good and working for the room, but the carpet need to be clean more often.But I would come back again.
