A perferct location 2 minuttes walk from Scala, the Dome, La Galleria - The stff especially the concerge is amaizing helpful - a classic old hotel

Not a superb hotel but very clean, nice breakfast and best location downtown. It said it had parking but it doesn't. We had to pay 30/day for parking.

Tremendous location in the heart of Milan. Within convenient walking distance of cultural and historical locations as well as international shopping locations.

Great hotel in the best location. The concierge could not have been more pleasant and helpful. However don't expect a swim in winter, the pool is freezing! The hot tub and sauna made up for this.

Very good 3rd stay

This hotel could not be better located, just steps away from the Duomo but tucked away in a quiet little street. The staff were amazing (with the exception of a rude front desk staffer who acted like he was put out by my asking him to get the number to a restaurant and make us a reservation, but he did do it just with an attitude). We brought our 14 month old son, and when we arrived to the room there was a cot made up with lovely linens just like the bed! The bar is comfortable and pretty, and the room was a good size and lovely. Breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful, with coffee or lattes, cappuccinos, etc., made to order. I would definitely go back.

I'm very easy to please- the worst part about this hotel was the bed was like a rock and someone kept smoking in the hallway. otherwise, the service was great, the staff very friendly, easy walking distance to everything relevant. breakfast is good too. it does the job.

The room was great and the breakfast exceeded our expectations.

This hotel lies in the centre of Milan about 50 metres from the Duomo. It is a beautifully furnished hotel with rooms that are lavish in their decoration - the walls are finished in rich fabric. I would reccommend this hotel for anyone looking for an extremely central location and a little bit of luxury.

would have liked a newspaper in English, none available which was a bit surprising since it is a fancy hotel. Great breakfast and super location. Pretty rooms, comfortable. Indoor pool-small-not an exercise pool.

Very good experience. only problem, room and hotel very hot and they hadnt turn the AC on for spring yet. Also, hotel breakfast not very good. otherwise, great experience

Gammeldags fint hotel, med stof tapeter, en smule dunkelt, men ok. Kedelig morgenbuffet. Den mindste pool jeg har set, men beliggende på en hyggelig tagterrasse, med super udsigt

Placeringen 2 min gang fra Domkirke pladsen er fremragende. Hotellet har en god mindre størrelse med en hyggelig stemning allerede ved ankomsten. Værelser (de-luxe) var fint omend sengen var noget hård. Godt badeværelse med standard udstyr. Pool-terassen var en dejlig oase til afslapning mellem byturene. Vi prøvede ikke spabadet i kælderen men det så meget indbydende ud. Morgenmaden var ok uden at være overvælende. Servicen generelt god. Stille og roligt aften og nat.

Schwimmbad auf dem Dach bin mittel groß Wasser durchgehend nur bis zum Knie ca acht Schwimmzüge aber erfrischend. Liegen und Blick sehr schön Frückstück nicht umwerfend kein Fenster im Raum ,nur Beleuchtung Alles etwas dunkel und gedrückt niedrig. Bin 50 Jahre und habe für diesen Preis entsprechenden Anspruch, Hotel wurde dem nicht ganz gerecht

Een typisch vier sterren hotel, prima verzorgd maar geen overdreven luxe. Kamers zijn prettig. Hoge plafonds, gestoffeerde muren zodat de gehorigheid beperkt is, lekker groot bed, prima ontbijt. Badkamer was klein en iets gedateerd. Waterhuishouding was beroerd. Als de buren het toilet doortrokken terwijl je onder de douche stond, was het koud water opeens weg en moest je springen voor je leven. Stonden zij onder de douche dan was er geen warm water. Zeer matig. Let op: Zwembad is overigens maar zo'n 60 cm. diep. Meer een vijver. Er is één belangrijke reden om wel naar dit hotel te gaan: de ligging. Super centraal. Alles op loopafstand.
