My only complaint was the extemely active and noisy guests that occupied the room next to me on my first night at the hotel. Other than that, I found it to be an affordable alternative to other higher priced hotels in the area.

For the price, this hotel was left wanting. The bed was lumpy -- there was a roach in the bath tub. The bathroom was extremely small and had a plastic toilet lid that would not stay in place. Was very dissatisfied.

I really expected this hotel to be a dump, but...boy was I wrong! I really enjoyed my stay and would comeback to this hotel again if ever I'm in the Buena Park area.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised to walk into such a nice hotel and room. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was outstanding! After a long day at Knott's we enjoyed coming back to our hotel room.

Good place, nice breakfast. Room was right next to the elevator - would have been nice if the door could have blocked some of the noise. Clean. Awesome comforters. Staff really friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from the freeway.

Right when we got to the hotel, the outside looked very good and well kept. At 8am you could see a custodian cleaning the pool and getting it ready to open. Check in was very easy and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The Hampton offers a shuttle to Disneyland twice in the morning and for pick up at Disneyland twice at night. It was absolutely wonderful that they offered that. We didn't have to look or pay for parking at Disneyland and the shuttle dropped us off right in the entrance. All we had to do was sign up for the shuttle a day before. It was also always on time. We got a two bed room and it was very clean and nice. Everything worked perfectly especially the air conditioner, which was great because it was a hundred degree weekend. The housekeeper cleaned our room everyday and left it very nice for us. Every morning the hotel offered a hot breakfast and let me tell you, it was very delicious. They offered hot biscuits, gravy, eggs, bagels, yogurts, lots of different juices and lots more food. There was always an employee there who was cleaning the tables and making sure food was restocked when it was running out. My family and I absolutely loved this hotel and would stay here again anytime. It was my first time staying at a Hampton Inn and Suites and it was a great experience, I hope all Hampton's are this way.

Pool and Spa had dingy looking water, room AC was noisy, beds were in need of replacing, in-room fridge did not work. Of all Hamptons I've visited this was the least appealing.

We had a great time, we debated on which hotel to pick. I am so glad we choose the Hampton Inn. The first thing I loved was the beds. Comforters are so nice. The next thing that impressed me was the refrigerator in the room. We loved the pool and spa. We also loved the Continental Breakfast. All of the employees were nice and helpful.

Our hotel stay was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean. Fresh towels and soaps everyday. When you first walk into the room you see elegant looking beds (without the bright patterns and colors of most hotels that look very cheap to me). This is the first hotel I have stayed at that had the carts right by the elevators and doors for easy access. This is a great hotel for Disneyland or Knotts berry farm. Just when you come back from Disneyland the sign says left lane to go north stay in the right lane that goes south and it really goes north but that not the hotels fault it is Disney's. The only problem with the Hotel was with the Free Breakfast. Too many people, and the breakfast staff was always in the way of people getting there food slowing things down.
