Mercure Budapest Korona - Budapeštas

We enjoyed a long weekend in this well located hotel. The room was of adequate size and by continental standards and the breakfast was good. There is a generous lounge for sitting in and we would return. Despite being surrounded by roadworks the hotel is well insulated and it was not a problem.

Staff were helpful and spoke good English. The room we had was smaller than expected, although pleasant. Breakfast was fair. Easy connections via tram to both sides of the city.

The hotel is clean, has friendly service and is very conveniently located in downtown, close to a metro station, walking distance from the tourist sites and a couple of blocks from many nice restaurants.

Very simple and clean Hotel with few amenities, Price is just ok for what they offer. Location is good short walking to city center

The room was hot as the central air conditioner was switched off season being winter, i suppose. Also having a coffee makign machine in the room will be a good idea.

I have stayed in Budapest a number of times although this was my first time to stay in the Mercure Korona Hotel.I had a very nice stay and will definately return.The Hotel is centrally located and a two minute walk to Vaci Ucta which is the main tourist pedestrian street it is also beside the underground station..The Hotel itself is very clean and staff are friendly.There is also a nice bar to relax in before you go out on the town.

Close to great eating places and dancing clubs. Also close to the river. I thought it was an outstanding hotel. My only disapointment there was no gym.

great location, 2 stops on the metro from deak square, but within walking distance. great price, breakfast not included, but you can pre-pay for EUR10 ea, very good choice and variety as well. i highly recommend!

Good location, pleasant staff and comfortable room. However, even though we took a non-smoking room, it was stuffy and we could smell tobacco. I would assume that happened due to poor ventilation system.

Mycket bra hotell som ligger mycket centralt. Rent, snyggt och med serviceminded personal. Mycket hotell för pengarna.

Idéalement situé, de très nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité. A 5 bonnes minutes du Danube, la ville peut pratiquement être visitée à pied. Station de métro au pied de l'hôtel. Chambre très propre et confortable, décoration très standard.

Hotellet var bra. Servicen var tilftedstillende.

Bokningen var en "Hotdeal" så jag förväntade inte dem största och finaste rummen. Vägarbete störde framkomligheten men eftersom det var semestertid i Budapest så ingen såm jobbade under våra vistelse. Mycket nöjd med hotellet. Bra läge.

Hyggelig hotell og betjening! Rommet var rent. Minibarkjøleskapet var varmt, men det ble ordnet med en gang vi sa ifra. Bra service! Dyrt med frokost på hotellet, vil heller anbefale å spise frokost på en kafe(eller kjøpe med rundstykker og ost å ta en piknink ute)For de som røyker kan man røke på de fleste stedene på hotellet. Bassenget var helt fint, men ikke stol på bildet...det er ikke så stort som det ser ut som. Inne på hotellrommet lå det en bok med alle budapests fasiliteter, denne var til stor hjelp. Alt i alt vil jeg si at dette er et fredlig og rolig hotell midt i byen av budapest.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an einer U-Bahnhaltestelle und sehr einfach zu erreichen vom Flughafen aus. Mitarbeiter sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war groß und hell. Da wir nur "einheimisch" essen wollten, haben wir im Hotel nicht gegessen aber Restaurant sah einladend aus.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, weshalb man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Burgpalast, Donau...) bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Zimmer sind modern und bequem eingerichtet, allerdings etwas klein. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Foyer kann das Internet an 3 Computern kostenlos genutzt werden.

Vi havde en super tur og hotellet ligger godt i forhold til såvel byliv som seværdigheder. Usædvanlig dyr morgenmad. Lækre værelser.
