There were plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area including the sports grill next door which was excellent. The suite was not to big, but, roomy enough for my family. They had an indoor and an outdoor pool so i could keep my sons out of the sun. The sauna was refreshing as well. The gym was nice. It had no weights, but, the treadmills and elipticals had built in televisions. I watched a football game while I worked out. The staff was very friendly and right on top of things. My only issue was having to pay for parking. Overall We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Very nice hotel,room was great. Just need to watch for parking charges. If you are staying at the hotel you shouldn't have to pay to park there.

Ok, service was great. Breakfast was fine. But this hotel needs a pick me up in terms of carpets being cleaned and the bathrooms need a makeover. Has anyone thought of cleaning the light switches? Come on, thousands of people trample through and all the switches had someone's grime all over them. Toilets need a DEEP scrub. I won't go into details. If it was any other brand other than my favorite Hilton, I would not be so hard on them.

My "family" of 5 adults and seven children recently met for a 3-day whirlwind visit to Disneyland/Universal Studios. Half of the family came from Texas and the other half from No California. We planned our stay through Hotels.com. Stayed at the Hilton Suites, Anaheim/Orange. The staff was very helpful and courteous and did not not show the least amount of irritation over the 7 cousins (3-13) running from room to room, enjoying the ride up and down and up and down in the elevator, or their many many visits to first the outdoor and then the indoor pool. As a result, adults were relaxed and we felt welcome. Rooms were clean, and we found all we needed (frig and microwave) to provide snacks, full meals, and enough comfortable sleeping space (fold out sofas) for the entire crew in 2 suites. The price fit our budget perfectly. One last thought: we scheduled incorrectly at the start, but Hotels.com coordinating with Hilton Suites made an allowance for our miscommunication. Couldn't have been nicer.

The hotel is located near to disney land and close to I5 which makes it easy to go to LA or any place else , also near by there is a mall and plenty of different resturants . It needs quiter windows for the near by high way though its not that bad .

Upon arrival, the hotel front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was also very nice and clean, but I did have a couple of minor issues. First of all, I utilized the fold out sofa bed. The sheets in the sofa bed had not been changed out from the last person who used them. My other gripe was the fact that housekeeping woke me up early in the morning, and I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging on the door. Other than that, this was a great place. It's just walking distance to the stadium.

I utterly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. It started off shaky because my initial room was not clean and smelled like smoke. It looked like someone had been sleeping in my bed but, the hotel attendant got right on it and switched my room for me. I loved the floor plan of our room. We had a separate room for the parents and the kids slept in the living room on the pull out sofa bed. My daughter enjoyed it. She thought she was at the Hotel Tipton ( a hotel on a disney show called the suite life of Zack and Codi). I hoped that they would have been more accomodating to changing my plans. I had to change my dates of stay from thursday, Friday, and check out Saturday to Friday, Saturday, and checkout Sunday. Well, they charged me extra for that, which was a bummer!!!! So, that is one thing, I wasn't satisfied with and the fact that they didn't offer a free continental breakfast.That would have been nice as well. But, overall, I liked the hotel and I Highly recommend it to a family with kids. We were there to go to Disneyland and it was convienent. There were services that I found out about after it was too late, like the shuttle to Disneyland but, I won't complain. All in all it was enjoyable.

This hotel was very nice and was great for a large family. It was especially nice that the bathroom had two doors for entry in corner suite.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. In fact I booked it for 2 more days. the staff was very helpful and freindly rooms great I would definetly recommed this hotel to others. Great property

They charge 11 dollars a day for parking. We did not know this. We canceled another hotel just becuase they charged for parking. We were pretty upset about this when we arrived, as well as the people behind us. There were 3 adults and one child. our room was 1 king size bed with a pull out bed. the pull out bed was the most uncomfortable bed i have ever been on. the child ended up sleeping on the couch folded up and i slept on the floor while the other 2 slept in the bed. this trip was a nightmare.

My husband and I stayed for our 5th annivers. and the Hilton treated us great. We like the fact thay had water with fruit at the front, it was so hot that weekend. I also liked the fact when I called about our shower they came up to fix it and when we came back to our room our shower worked. The stay was great and I would do it again. The only thing bad I would say is that they charge your card for everything and put a hold of certain amount, that I don't think is right because you should be able to pay with cash and not have to use your card for everything. But overall that is my only complain. I loved the room, we had a great view. My fav was the bed, so comfortgable and they give you lots of soft pillows. You will enjoy, we plan on coming back.

I was excited to know I could find a suite to stay since there is 6 in our family and I did not need to book 2 rooms, but was sadly disappointed when I had to pay to park in the hotels own parking lot @ $11.00 a day!!! Then I went to get on the internet and it was another $10.00 a day for that, which I refused to pay, so I went without the internet. I recieved little maid service the first day and NO maid service the second day, I did tell them when I checked out and they reduced my parking by half, which I agreed to, but would have been happier if they would have waived it completly. For the price of the room and parking I could have stay at the Holiday Inn Select in La Mirada for the same price and had 2 rooms, each with a bathroom and had free internet, and great maid service!! Boy did I learn a lesson!

Hotel was very nice and clean with very courteous personnel. Had to pay $11 for parking (in a very small lot to boot) and when coming back to the hotel after the game, there was absolutely no parking in the hotel lot, I had to park in the lot beyond that was free!!!! Breakfast buffet available, BUT you have to pay!!! Walked down, many others were dining and no one sat us, brought menus, & no signage up stating price or anything. Was very disappointed. Will not stay here again.

I can understand charging $11.00 for parking if the MLB baseball team is in town because the hotel is so close to the ballpark. But when the Angel are out of town or if the stadium is not being used for a major event the parking fee should be wavied. I say this because we stay at your hotel for vaction, from Seoul Korea, to go to Disneyland. We ended up paying $11.00 for hotel parking and $12.00 for Disneyland parking per day, because it was cheaper than taking the hotel shuttle to Disneyland. We had two adults and four children in our party. That was our only issue with your hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel and I would consider staying there again. However the restaurant in the hotel was too expensive. To feed a family of three for breakfast was $50!! Other than that the hotel was great and the staff was pleasant and the room was very clean.

Room was very cozy.

My family, husband, son(13), daughter(11) and I stayed 6 nights at this hotel. The rooms and bathroom were large with plenty of storage. We loved the separate tub and shower and the two televisions. We had great access to Disney, LA, and the beaches. My only complaints: 1. breakfast is way overpriced 2. the care of our room was not the best.

Beautiful hotel, perfect for families. King size bed in a seperate bedroom with locking door, and sleeper sofa for the kids. Only negative thing I can say is the 12.00 parking fee that wasn't mentioned at all in the online description. Considering the low room fee, I guess it's not too bad, though.

A great hotel- we've stayed here before, but now they charge for parking and don't even have enough spaces for the guests- I was forced to park in a dimly lit street across from the hotel when we got back at night. $11 to park in the street- scandalous!

We made reservations for two rooms and had a note that we wanted them close together. We had two families traveling together. We had called the Hilton prior to our arrival that we wanted the rooms together and they said they would try their best. Before we checked in we asked if both the family's rooms would be together and they said they were so we checked in. The other family was not there yet. Once they checked in though they were seven doors down. They actually moved the other family because they did not like being close to the elevator. There was a room that was open close to where they moved but they would not move use since we had been in our room for more than 30 minutes. We would not have checked in if we were given the correct information that we weren't gong to be next to the family we were traveling with.

A very comfortable place to stay after traveling down the coast from Northern California. The suites were spacious when traveling with a family. The breakfast provided many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here about 8 years ago and were very impressed with the quality of the hotel itself for the price. A good value. Indoor/Outdoor pool available for the kids.

The customer service was awful. I was the only customer at the front desk to check in and she was too busy talking on the phone, then the radio, then a service man, yawning and distractions were constant. Very unprofessional! It was a very disappointing start which caused the evening to be just okay.

Our family stayed 2 nights at this hotel, it was our first time there. We were in town to visit Disneyland, the location was great. It was literally 1 exit away from the theme park. The hotel was very nice for the price. Room accomodations were suitable for us. My husband and I stayed in the king bed/bedroom while the kids were able to share a bed in the living room/sofa pull out. Enough room for the 4 of us. Hotel apprearance (lobby) was very nice and the cleanliness of the rooms were up to par. We would stay here again.

Most wonderful stay! Front desk Anthony/ Kim (I had to know their names)very nice, wonderful service. The room was beautiful and so comfortable The location is perfect! It will be hard to match the experence of this stay, the best so far!

Our family stayed at the Hilton suites and we were quite impressed with the size of the room and bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and the environment was very nice. I didn't realize that it wasn't close too close to Disneyland, but it was ok to drive to the park and downtown Disney. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly & room was ready before check-in time. Housekeeping could be better. Good location from the freeway & restaurants. Gift shop could use more items needed by travelling families.

Yes the rooms where amazing I had a Corner suite which was amazing great views of the city and enjoyed it very much Room was very clean and fresh. The hotel check-in was fast and friendly very inviting. I will stay here again. Oh and the beds where so comfortable I could have stay there all day. Thank you again Hilton Suites for an awesome stay.

The overall service of the hotel was acceptable. However, they were not set up to take care of any of the needs of travellers. My wife forgot her contact solution, and not only did they not have ANYTHING of that nature on hand (complimentart OR for sale) the person at the counter wasn't even sure where to send us to find a store that would have it. We ended up driving aimlessly, until we found a pharmacy. Secondly, and this one shocked me even more was that they didn't even have the most common of needs (headache remedy). For a hotel of this price range, I expect them to be prepared for the every day needs of their guests, and they obviously didn't take that seriously. The hotel, overall was good, but DON'T FOROGET ANYTHING...

My family took a springbreak vacation to Disney land. very nice and clean hotel. It was convenient for us because there was a bus shuttle to disneyland. We would comeback to the hotel again if we go back to Disneyland.

The hotel atmosphere was lovely! The Valet for parking and most desk personnel were very good. The person or persons who cleaned my room did not perform a thorough job. Parts of coffee service left out, cups were left around my room and could tell that countertops and shower was not wiped down daily. I reported this to the front desk. Also at times the front desk personnel were on the phone at length when I needed some quick help. Sounded like an informational call from anothe hotel employee which could have been interrupted.

This wasn't our first time staying at this hotel. As a matter of fact it was because of our last stay that we chose it again. For the price, this hotel remains the best value for overall comfort and quality of accomodations. We will continue to book the Hilton Suites Anaheim/Orange whenever we travel here. We will also book Hilton hotels in the future, if possible, as we are going to be travelling this summer to northern California locales.

As far as our room it was clean and confortable. If you look at the pictures it does show a large table with six chairs. We had a small table with two chairs. My brother was coming over to play cards so he brought two chairs with him. The carpet was worn in the traffic areas but it was a nice room. We paid 42.95 for additional fees for 3 nights The parking was $11 a night and we had wifi for one day. I wouldn't mind paying for the parking but there is very little parking and you have to park in an overflow area. That is ok too but on Saturday evening when we returned to the hotel there was a special event parking in the overflow area for a fee of $5.00. This would of been ok too but it was full and we had to end up parking on a street called Orangewood at a fitness center. All 3 days we were there one elevator was broken and on the day we left the service elevator was broken also. That left 1 elevator for a 10 story hotel. We were on the 10th floor and never could get on the elevator. They finally opened the stairs so we could get out. I feel if there had been a fire we could of seen some real serious problems. Even though this is a nice place in a good location we will look for something else next time.
