St. George Hotel - Milanas

Great location in downtown for a 10 minute walk to train station. About 15 minute walk to the main shopping area, cathedral. Room was bigger than the average European room and staff was extremely helpful.

a very good location - we walked everywhere from there. nice bathtub, good sized room, fun roof-top view. helpful and very nice man at the front desk. breakfast was ample enough...my boyfriend wanted more of a selection, but i thought it was just fine. comfortable bed, a good night's sleep. good stay and we agree we would stay there again!

Neighborhood was great, room was large by european standard, front desk person was very helpful.

Our hotel was in very convenient location, but at evenings even on 3rd floor it was getting very noisy from the outside roads and streets. Our balcony didnt close properly so I suspect this was part of the problem but next time I would stay in quieter location. But excellent cleanliness of the room and very friendly staff. Oh and aircon in room kept turning itself on even if set to be off-very strange. Breakfast was lovely too.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff outdid themselves in making our stay a superb one. The manager upgraded our room to a suite, then offered us a complimentary breakfast while we waited for it to be made ready (we had arrived far earlier than normal check-in time). The room itself was spacious (by European standards), spotless, and very very comfortable. The staff spoke fluent English and made great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and so forth. I would happily stay there again.

The hotel was great- good location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean. However, the shower was not the best...water got everywhere.

Hotel met our expectations. Rooms had a nice widescreen tv. Location was just a block from the subway, very convenient. 24 hr desk and all clerks spoke and understood English. Good moderate price shopping area. Breakfast was acceptable with a good variety. Had a problem with internet connection, they had a staff person knowledgeable and they reset the router to correct the problem.

This hostel was perfect for us, easy to find, close to transport links, a pleasant walk into the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful despite our appalling Italian. There were some pleasant little bars and restaurants close by with a warm Italian welcome. We would definitely return.

The room was small, but clean and modern. Location was pretty good and right near a Metro subway station to get anywhere. Close to good shopping area, close to the central train station, but very far from Malpensa airport. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Tyvärr liten matsal (innebar köer vid frukost) och har ätit bättre frukostar på hotell. I övrigt trevlig personal och rummen helt ok men inte mer.

Si trova su una strada un po' trafficata, ma ottimamente servita dal metro. Il personale è gentile e sorridente, la camera molto spaziosa e dotata di molti comfort, frigobar, tv e ben tenuta. Colazione semplice ma varia e buona Lo consiglio!

It all looks nice on the website, nice hotel, nice rooms and everything else. However, we experienced every traveller's nightmare: to wake up first at around 23 due to enourmous noise from our neigbour rooms. After half an hour they quit and we continued sleeping. But they came back at around 3 and started again but now louder and more agressive. We contacted the reception and they would be quiet just for couple of minutes and start again(obvisely drunk). In the end they suggested us to change the room, almost as it was our fault that we couldn't sleep. Next day they told us they cant do anything about it, and changed our room if we wanted to have quiet sleep coz they were still there, im quoteing "crazy napoli people". I would never ever come back to this hotel again. I was thinking of "waking up happy" slogan and all i could feel was "waking up tired and devastated" after hardly sleeping at all.

Meget komfortable værelser med det man skal bruge. Gode standarder for både rengøring og morgenmad (fuld forgenmad). Tæt på metro i område med mange restauranter og shopping. Mindre spændene ang. natteliv.

Bra standard hotell, bra frukost, trevlig personal, OK standard på rummen, OK läge i stan = prisvärt

Rummet som var ett "icke rökar-rum" luktade inpyrt av rök. Det var rent, men mycket trångt. Badrummet var tipp-topp med vacker kakel och fräscha handdukar samt hygien-produkter. Frukosten var helt OK och frukostvärdinnan mycket service-minded. Läget är perfekt mitt i Milano med gångavstånd till shopping och sevärdheter.

So che a Milano i costi sono decisamente alti ,specialmente in centro, però mi aspetto molto di più con la cifra pagata . Per fortuna la Vostra compagnia garantisce sconti interessanti e, tramite Voi, ho utilizzato negli ultimi mesi strutture estremamente più accoglienti allo stesso prezzo.Per fare un esempio: a Palermo soffitti alti 4 metri,piano bar durante la cena (a prezzo normale e di ottima qualità ),colazione da urlo e necessità di passare una mezz'ora tra un dolce e l'altro ,camera arredata con gusto e mobili in legno massello ,igiene a prova di mia moglie. A Milano la cameriera della saletta delle colazioni ha fatto alzare tre ragazzi seduti in un tavolo preparato per 4 e li ha messi 10 cm. più in la in un tavolino da 2 preparato per 3 : forse temeva di non poter ospitare tutti ma in quel momento eravamo solo noi. Camera triste con telecomando tv inutilizzabile. Collegamento Intenet wi-fi a 7 euro .Garage extra a 25 euro senza parcheggio nei dintorni

im grossen und ganzen in ordnung, die lage des hotels ist ausgezeichnet, rezeption sehr nett und bemüht, zimmer klein, bad ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig, dusche geschätzt 60x60, also ein bisserl klein mit etwas gameligem duschvorhang.

Das Hotel war sein Geld wert. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber, die Einrichtung zeitgemäss (50er Flatfernseher, Doppelbett, Balkon, Klimaanlage). Der Service am Empfang war tadellos, das Frühstücksbuffet eher nur 'in Ordnung'.
