Carousel Inn and Suites at the Anaheim Resort - Anahaimas

Great room for the price. Stayed here two nights in March of 2009. Walk across the street to Disneyland, perfect walking distance after a tiring day at the park. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great room for the money, close to Disney, which was great.

Rooms and accommodations were great-microwave, fridge,etc. We were disappointed that we had to pay for parking when other hotels offered it free. What was up with that??

When my family first arrived to the hotel, we were given a room that was occupied with occupants. So they gave us a new room, and guess what? The room was still in the cleaning process. So then, they send us to another room and finally we got to sit down after going from the 5th floor to the 4th floor to the third floor, while we were carrying our bags. We discovered that the maids did a horrible cleaning job in the room because we still found dirt behind the bed and under the bed.

Outstanding hotel. Room large, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Simple walk to Disney. Outside noise is heard, but we're not here to sleep-in anyway-we're going to Disneyland!! Plenty to choose from at continental breakfast (watch oranges though...had some mold)And...most impressive of all was the VERY comfortable beds, Awesome!

This hotel was good for our needs, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Quiet surroundings... Only problems were the shower curtains didn't do much for keeping the water in the shower, and we had a river from the bathroom to the front door, and the fridge died on us. Parking situation was a little bogus, very cramped and very limited on space, we wondered what they did when every room was full, because there were deffinatly not enought stalls for every room. Skip the continental breakfast unless you love carbs, it's in a tiny little room on the 5th floor. I think next time we'll try one of the other places near here.

Location was wonderful - across from Disneyland maingate and about 1/2 mile to the convention center. Nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, etc. Room had dirty under bed from previous tenants and light switches, microwave controls were sticky. Saw a cockroach on the wall. Rooms are very nicely redone. Fitness center only has three pieces of cardio equipment and requires an add' key. Staff was very nice. Could see fireworks from pool.

We had looked at a few different hotels prior to booking our family trip and decided to go with Carousel Inn and Suites and I can tell you that we were quite surprised when we arrived. My husband had no trouble checking us in and it didn't take but no more than 5 mins. The room was quite clean although the carpet needs some shampooing, it wasn't like it was filthy but it would look so much better. A/C worked perfectly fine and bathroom was very clean. Although it was a bit noisy in the hallways in the early mornings when other families were getting ready to head out for their day. But the location and what we paid for was well worth it.

Hotel was good for the price. Great location in relation to disneyland. Service was good and rooms were clean. Only negative thing was the room was kind of noisey at night. You could here when the other guests turned on and off the water or when the air conditioner kicked in. Other than that I would consider staying there again if the price was the same.

Great location! Clean rooms! I loved that there was no carpet, laminate flooring! Two things could have made my stay a total 5 star... We arrived late on check in evening and hoped to be able to park on site the next day. Unfortunately you lose your parking on the day of check out @ 11:00am. Which means if you are driving, you have to pay $30.00 to park @ Disney. The second thing was the front desk staff. I thought they could have been a little more friendly. In these economic times, we should be grateful for our customers! with that being sais, would stay here again... and so should you!!!

Great room for the price....much nicer than I expected. Only steps away from Disneyland. Will recommend to friends and would stay again for sure!

A really convenient location for a venture to Disneyland, but there are a lot more choices along the strip. This rooms carpet was filthy dirty, tile not grouted in bathroom, wallpaper peeling off the wall, and half the channels on the TV had a reddish tint and the other half of the channels were a little snowy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Noisy room, can hear outside voices. Lousy room ambience, felt like stuffed in with a family. Hard bed, not at all comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great, the room was nice. But, there were a few things that were unexpected. There is an additional parking Fee, the pool is very small and the breakfast was fit for a first grader.

Good location- just across the street from Disneyland. There is no carpet so, you can hear everyone walking by and above you. The breakfast was very basic and only offered from 7-9am.

This hotel was closer than I expected. My coworker said it was right across the street from Disneyland. I thought we would still have to walk a ways. Not at all! Disneyland's entrance was a 3 minute walk away! Room was great. Parking could be better, the guy who worked there had to move his car so I could park somewhere. We didn't need to move the car the whole weekend, so it worked out for us.

Short walk - we were so close the Disney entrance we could see the ticket booths from our 5th floor room. Close eats - Mc Donalds, Millies, IHOP, Coldstone, a Capn' Kidds buffet, Quiznos were all steps away. Best fireworks view - We were so close you could feel the room shake with fireworks explosions. Secret: The 5th floor conference room has a glass wall facing the park. The best view of fireworks you can get! And no crowds. The TV volume on the remote didn't work, but we didn't come to watch TV.

Very close to Disneyland, just across the street. Very nice room, we had the suite. It was huge.

Great location! Excellent room. Very clean and everything you want from a hotel room. Felt like home.

Right across the street from Disneyland - not a five star resort but absolutely worth the money. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Stayed for 4 nights and only used the rental car twice. TV's old and poor picture with few channels - but we were there for Disneyland and we got what we wanted!

Hotel was very close to Disneyland which was wonderful. Rooms were very clean and staff very nice. A couple of comments:the rooms are small and not enough space to put luggage. Coffee fixings only enough for one person;no hair dryer and continental breakfast was not good.

We loved this hotel. Not only was it in the perfect location to visit Disneyland, but the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our car got a flat tire on our way there but we had no idea. The front desk called us to let us know we had a flat tire and we were able to fix it before we left the next morning! We were very grateful and would absolutely stay here again!

When we left in the morning we ask for our room to be dleaned and have fresh towels. When we arrived back that evening our room was not even made up. I had to go to the front desk to even ask for clean towels. The hotel charges 5 dollars to park and there is a limited amount of parking. This hotel is accross the street form Disneyland, I recommend that you park early and walk over to disneyland.

Nice room, clean, close to the park However, floors were not carpeted and we heard every footstep of those that stayed on the floor above us At front desk we asked for a cab to airport, they had their own car service and gave us a rate insisting tip was included - however after getting to airport and reading small print on their form found out tip was not included was $15 more than cab

Sure, you could be closer to Disneyland, but not by much. A very nice place with a great location. My only complaint is the practice of hiding the $5 parking fee until after you book. Minor, but an annoyance nonetheless.

This hotel was ok. That's all, nothing great. Parking was horrible. That needs major improvement.

The hotel room appearance was nice, carpet was dirty - would not walk barefoot. Beds were comforatable. Toilet and tub completely stopped up - however - when called, they were up within minutes to fix. Let the toilet and tub in (apparent) clean and working condition. The next morning, the tub was barely draining. At the end of my shower, I was standing ankle deep in used water. Yuck! The swimming pool was so dirty we wouldn't let the kids even get in it. I would recommend the hotel to other, with some good warnings, because of the location to disneyland and the beds were comfortable.

This hotel was somewhat decent. They will charge you for parking and if you use too much water it seems like the hotel purposely floods out your bathtub so they can save on water cost on their end. I complained to the front desk manager and all he said was we'll look into it and brushed me off with no kind of satisfaction reimbursement proposal whatsoever..

We went to celebrate my fiances Birthday weekend. I make less then what I can afford, but for two nights and 3 day stay I was able to afford the 2 day park hopper plus the hotel for under three fifty! The hotel is litterly about 10-30 steps away from the main entrance to Disneyland. My fiance and I where up by 7 waitting for the park to open and went to our hotel right at midnight! it was a short walk back and forth! we left our car at the hotel. It is truely a wonderful hotel! PLUS they accomodated my wishes with a little surprise gift basket for his birthday! Thanks Carousel Inn, we hope to go back in the future! =)

I thought that the room was up to the standards I found listed on hotels.com, however I was suprised by the small size of the deluxe rooms, it made me wonder how small the regular rooms were. other wise the staff was nice and helpful. The location was awesome (across the street from disney) and the reason we would visit Carousel again in the future.

The location and distance from Disneyland was very convenient. The upgraded room (larger) was the perfect size.
