Great Room For The Money

The hotel was topnotch. The staff was very friendly and the proximity to Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland was less than 10 minutes. Close to a lot of restaurants and fast food places.

I really liked the lockable door between the bedroom and the living/dining area. The kids liked the 2 lcd t.v.s they didn't have to fight over the remote anymore. Pillow-top beds fluffy pillows gave us the comfort of home. The hearty free breakfast was way above our expectations. We will recommend Radisson to all people we know.

I was so happy with my stay at the Radisson. The atrium was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast in the morning was great. The rooms were also beautiful, clean, and modern. I will stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. It is starting to get a bit run down, mold in the bathroom, needs to be cleaned really well, breakfast has gotten a bit skimpy. But for the price it was good.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY. ROOM WAS VERY VERY CLEAN. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. WOULD OF LIKE A VARIETY OF MAYBE ENGLISH MUFFINS, WAFFLES, FRUIT OR YOUGURT. IT HAD A VERY NICE POOL. AND BARBEQUE PITS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SMALL KIDS.THE STAFF WERE REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL. WE ARE DEFINETLY COMING BACK NEXT YEAR. THANK YOU

Serves complimentary full cooked breakfast every morning, sleep number beds are great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Right next door to the Excalibor dinner stage and across the street from Knott's Berry Farm.

It is an old Mexican style hotel which can be nicer with some improvements. However, the prices are great for a roomy family suite with kitchenette, nice pool and free buffet breakfast.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Location wise it was very convenient. Restaurants and malls were walking distance from the hotel. Also, Knott's Berry Farm was literally down the street as well. I liked the ambiance and the environment. The surroundings made you feel like you were in an exotic jungle and didn't have the ordinary "hotel" feel. I was also surprised at how big the suites were. There was a living room area with a pull out couch, television and mini refrigerator/freezer. The bedroom area was also very comfortable. The only thing I can criticize is that the bathroom might need a little work. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay here. Oh and another thing, the free continental breakfast buffet isn't so bad either :) I definitely recommend staying here if you are planning on going to Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and the location was perfect for visits to Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. We will stay again when we visit the area.

pretty convenient to Disneyland which was our destination. Not a bad drive to the beach which another place we wanted to visit. Wasn't really expecting full breakfast each day so that was a plus and saved us time and money, since we had 3 families and children various ages. Beds were very comfortable and even though our rooms faced the pool and courtyard as most do, the rooms were very quiet because the bedrooms are separate room in the suite. Hotel advertises Wireless Internet however we tried in each of the 3 rooms we booked but were never able to get a connection. Front desk personnel indicated they would bring a cable but we never received one. This wasn't a big issue and we were all very pleased overall with the hotel experience. Microwave and fridge were great for traveling with small children.

Kids could walk to Knotts Berry Farm. Affordable roomy suite with fridge and microwave. Attractive inner court with greener y and palms around pool. Friendly helpful staff. Fairly quiet. Kids really liked it. Free hot buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon pancakes etc.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and staff failed to clean our room at least 4 times. We always had to remind them to bring more towels. The select comfort beds they advertise are not the beds you get. The breakfast was ok I actually rather pay and eat a hearty breakfast.

breakfast buffet was great!plenty of room for the whole family (we had a poolside suit) loved the grounds of the hotel pool was great. the teenagers walked home from the park because they stayed later than the last shuttle home. we will stay again!

Good Value hotel, with big rooms, ours was a 2 Queen bed room, which was more like an apartment with a Sofa and armchair, dining table and kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave and sink. You dont get cuttlery though! The rooms were fairly quiet and always kept really clean. Breakfast was free for everyone every day, but was the same day in day out and not that nice - the bacon was always almost burnt to a crisp - the egg seemed like powdered egg and the rest of the food was cheap quality rubbish which really let the hotel down. There is NO BAR in this hotel and that is whats missing, because apart from the pool and hot tub the hotel has no evening atmosphere what so ever! There are lots of restaurants and fast food places close by and if you are going to Knots Berry Farm or Soak City, then its ideal as you can walk and avoid the $12 parking fee!

The suite was quite nice. As we were traveling with the kids it was great to have a separate room with kitchenette, 2nd TV, couch... Breakfast was included and quite good. (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, ceral, toast, pancake, juices, coffee, tea ...)

My family and I were very comfortable and really enjoyed the full breakfast that was included. We had been staying at another hotel in another city prior to our stay here and it was like night and day. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Was pleased with the hotel, it was clean, good breakfast, sitting room and bedroom, staff were very helpful and efficient.

The hotel is nice, the staff are very helpful, the location is great for Disney etc. Had major problems with the key cards for the room, we were on the 4th floor and had to keep going back down to reception to get new cards!! The lifts are quite slow too but overall it was very good. Deals can be got online.

The hotel was ok, pretty clean but smelled musty, the shower dripped, and we weren't able to regulate the shower emperature. The biggest disappointment to the kids was the lack of tv channels - many wouldn't come in and those that did were unclear. The beds were very comfortable and the fridge and microwave were nice.

We had a great stay. The hotel could use a few improvements, but overall it was great. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was perfect...it was substancial enough that it got us through most of the day before our kids even started asking about lunch, which, in turn, saved us a lot of money at Disneyland!! Our maid, Roberta was very sweet and had a fantastic personality. We loved her!! I would say the biggest downfall is that the bathroom didn't have tubs. Only showers with handheld shower heads. There wasn't much of a ledge on the shower so you really had to be careful so that the entire bathroom didn't turn into a swimming pool! Not the easiest way to bathe kids. We will definitely stay here again.

Very happy with room, service, price, and location. Would be happier if they offered a better selection on TV. Did not offer any movies to buy and there were only a few channels offered. Audio was terrible because it changed from channel to channel and went up way too high during commercials.

very convenient for disneyland, with alot of diverse places to eat around the hotel. the restaurant in the hotel was also very good. rooms are ok; little bit of musty odor in ours, and bathroom could of been a little bit cleaner. relaxing pool area, but don't expect mucb from the weight room. not much there.

The rooms were nice, the bed comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. The resteraunt definitely exceeded expectations. The free shuttle toi Disneyland was on time and the driver always friendly. We'd book there again. Did I mention Knott's Berry Farm is jsut down the block. Wow!

Overall a good hotel. For the money, a great hotel. Good breakfast and free internet make it a great bargain. Good location and neighborhood too.

We live in San Diego and just didn't want to drive home after a long day at Knotts. It was not a spectacular place to stay, but totally served the purpose! The street noise was a little disturbing, all else was fine!

We loved the location and staff, about 2 blocks from Knottsberry Farm next to the Medevil Times. Excellent breakfast (real eggs, bacon,hashbrowns,juices, coffee,etc..) and lots of tables. You can order dinner specials (italian) from the hotel. Pool was great. Free parking and plenty of it. Next time, I will get a top floor because you can hear people walking above you.

The hotel room was great and the pool was wonderful. Within a 5 minute walk to Knotts Berry Farm but you could still take the shuttle. Also, has the shuttle to Disneyland. Breakfast buffet was good and was a little different each morning. Comfortable sleep number beds and the pillows were really nice. Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is in a great location for going to Knott's Berry Farm and even Disneyland as they offer a shuttle to both. Knott's Berry is only a short walk about 2 blocks. The free breakfast was wonderful with much to choose from. THe staff was helpful and very friendly. Loved the fact that it was a suite with 2 televisions. Our only complaint was the the sleep number beds. They were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. It was like sleeping on an air mattress. Could never get the setting right. By evening the pool area was getting dirty with people leaving wet towels and food dishes on the tables and chairs. Had to ask for more pool towels they never had enough out. Overall for the price we paid, we would stay here again but just ask for regular beds.

We were very please with our three night stay. Breakfast was absolutly amazing, staff friendly, accomodations clean, amenities great. This will be our destination hotel in the future, and we will consider other Radisson hotels as a result.

MY FAMILY AND I FOUND THE HOTEL TO BE THE BEST WE HAVE STAYED IN IN S.CALIF. THE STAFF WAS GREAT (VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS). I LOVED THE WHOLE LOOK OF THE HOTEL. THERE WAS LOTS OF GREENERY AND EACH ROOM LOOKS LIKE ITS OWN LITTLE VILLA. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GO TO DISNEY OR KNOTTS. GREAT RATES AS WELL.

This place has good value for the money. Breakfast is nice, location is good (even for Disneyland visit), rooms are spacious and clean. King bed was nice, but sofa sleeper was nothing too fancy. I guess that's typical for sofa sleeper - it's OK for small kids, but little uncomfortable for adult(s). Disneyland free shuttle is convenient, although you have to reserve your spot at least one hour before and they only have limited schedule.
