We arrived at the Hilton relatively late but the service desk accommodated us with no problem. The service representative explained the transit service to and from Disneyland which we used frequently and like versus walking or driving and paying to park. It would have been nice to have free parking at the hotel but this day and age it doesn't exist. Our family would definitely stay here again!

I had been looking forward to watching the fireworks over Disneyland from my hotel room for months. When I got there they had oversold the Park view rooms and didn't even have anything available to upgrade to. I had even called a couple days before arriving to make sure I would have a room with the view and it still didn't matter. Very disappointing! All they were able to offer me was a $10 hotel credit, which didn't even cover the cost of one night of parking ($15/night). Other than that the hotel is beautiful, spotless and within easy walking distance to the Parks, Downtown Disney and even connected to the Convention Center. Great hotel, just don't get your hopes up for a room with a view - even if you pay extra for it!

Was a beautiful place with a lot of additional amenities inside. Was disappointed in parking fee. Plus room did not have enough towels for four people though I paid extra person fee!

The room was the quietest I have been in. It was directly across from the elevators, but I heard nothing.

I paid for the Disney View Room so I could see the fireworks the night before running the Disney Half Marathon. I made it a point to be in my room at the time of the show and was surprised to find out I couldn't see Disneyland or the fireworks. I could hear the fireworks but couldn't see anything. I believe they put me in the wrong room. Very disappointing. The room was great but there was a nasty little blood stain on the comforter which was white so I didn't make a fuss.

The room we had was a little run down,with a terrible view of the roof below, strewn with trash. The pool was very small and crowded and not at all enjoyable during the day/evening. Early morning swims were intolerable due to the high concentration of chlorine needed to deal with numbers of people using the facility throughout the day.

We stayed in the Anaheim Hilton near the convention center for Blizzcon. The services were great, it was nice to have a starbucks so close and my friends enjoyed the bar in the lobbey. The only negative experience came from other guests, but overall it was a terrific weekend and I'll certainly go back next year!

Previously we had stayed here in 10/08. Now 8/09, what an aesthetic difference! Lobby is more inviting, elevators move quicker, hallways are cleaner & smell better, and the room was very clean and cozy. We had a room on the 9th floor overlooking the pool. The front desk was so accommodating when it came to room changes.

Great service, comfortable pillows...Yeah, I want to come back to the place, again.

I was in Anaheim for a fitness convention. I was surprised to find a lower rate and a better room than what was offered as a discount for convention goers at the hotel across the street. The convention center was literally connected to the hotel lobby. I was able to get to all my sessions within 3 mins of leaving my room. The room was so luxurious and I had an amazing view of the Disneyland resorts. Every night I could see the park lit up in lights and see the fireworks just as if I was sitting in the park. My husband and I enjoyed the romantic setting of our room and went to Disneyland the last day of our trip. It is about a 10-15 min walk. So if you have small children I would definitively recommend strollers. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Its by far one of the largest hotels I have ever stayed in but they accommodate each guest with ease.

I remembered selecting the room for a King size bed; instead, I end up with two queens. I was not upset, but confused. I was here for a event and need to be close to the convention center cause of medical reasons. I enjoyed my stay for the next three days but I was not fond of the cleanliness on the first day. The mugs were not clean or replaced. One of the beds had a blood stain on the edge of the bed -- comforter. So I did not sleep on it. There weren't enough face towels for two people. Beyond that, I like sleeping like a cat on the feathered pillows and soft sheets. The food service was perfect and admire the rose in the middle of the table. The smoothies at the Hilton were really good.

My room was on the 12th floor facing Disneyland and I could not ask for a better location. In the evenings after the conference was done I relaxed and watched the nightly fireworks spectacular. The service was second to none and the room was very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a week long stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean, had good service, nice beds/pillows, and great amenities. It is very centrally located and an easy walk to all the Disney attractions. The only things that I wish they had was free wireless, at least in the lobby, and a workout room that was free. I have been to less expensive hotels where they have offered free wireless (at least in the lobby) and free fitness center access. I had to pay nearly $13 for internet access in my room--rip off. Overall, the hotel was great and I would definitely stay here again.

If you are going to Disney or the convention center, this hotel is perfect. We got a great rate and we were withing two blocks walk to the parks. Easy to get in an out of the parking lot and to go out and sight see. The beds were great and the rooms had lots of space. We were lucky enough to get a Disney view room and got to see the fireworks each night from our room.

I checked into the hotel and was greeted by a front desk clerk who was very unfriendly and spoke to me in slow, simple language and it made me feel as if he thought I was stupid. I had questions about the parking $15 a day! I was not aware of the parking fee until the desk clerk told me. And when I told him I was not aware, he said "well you know now." He took my credit card and I asked if it will be charged, because I prepaid the room. He said it will be charged $60 for "incidenals". This was another charge I was unaware of before coming to this hotel. I will not be back to this hotel and I will not recommend this hotel.

With the only mirror on the slidding bathroom door and no plugin's around there it makes it hard for some one to get ready while the other is using the bathroom. Would like to see a mirror over the desk so that we can have 2 people using plugins and mirrors at the same time. Thanks!

My husband and i stayed at the hilton during our tour of los angeles and las vegas, we stayed at this hotel as it is in walking distance of walt disneyparks, it was a lovely clean hotel with a lovely pool and spa area. We had a room that overlooked the parks and enjoyed the fireworks that disney lit at 9.30 every evening, we got a great deal on this hotel and other hotels during our stay, through hotels.com and were not one bit dissapointed with any of them.

We generally stay at nice hotels because I am a firm believer you only get what you pay for. We were within Walking distance to Disney Land. 15 minutes max walk. Some people may take longer but we did it consistantly in 10 minutes, even when we were tired from being in the park all day. Rooms clean, parking is 15 dollars a day which is actually cheaper for the area. The breafast that was available from Starbucks of the Hilton was fine. The staff were overly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay while we were there. We stay here because it is safe, clean and has a pool for the kids if they want. The wifi and gym are not free. Kind of nickel and dimed you for things, water in the room was 6 dollars a bottle, but it was a big bottle of FIJI water. Target is right down the street and water was 4.89 a case. so we went there. Otherwise it is a nice, clean safe hotel and we will stay again. This is our 5th time here.

Very nice...am going to stay next year too..go every year with grandchild...the room was very nice and modern...the staff was fabulous!!!

we arrived @ 7:45 and went to the desk. We were offered a room with a view and were allowed to check in right then. ( 7 hours early ) with no additional charges. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Located next to convention center for business, but not convenient to amusement parks for family. The parks are walkable if you have any energy left. I was disappointed there was no hotel shuttle for local travel to parks, restaurants, and airport. Concierge was great.

In Anaheim for medical confer.- rate obtained more than half the conf. rate. Barbara at conc. desk outstanding!!!!! Began meeting our needs before we arrived. Would def. stay again. MB Boston, Ma

Our experience with this hotel... started out that we were very surprised with the amount of time to check in our wait was almost 1 hour...longer than a line at Disney! However, we enjoyed the room and the view was awesome. Our room was on the 7th floor, overlooking the pool and we saw around 7 different firework shows since we were there on the 4th of July. Also, the pool stayed open to 11:00. Very nice memorie.

Our stay [my friend and I] stayed at this hotel for 4 days. This was a great hotel to sleep in, because that's basically all we did. We didn't get a chance to check out the spa, but if we do stay there again we definitely will. We were fortunate enough to get a room viewing the Disneyland fireworks show, so if you do book a room ask for the fireworks side. We also ordered room service which went beyond our expectations. The only issues we had with the hotel (1) you can constantly hear the doors to the rooms being slammed, I heard this was due to security reasons, but even at that when our door was left to be slammed the door did NOT close and lock, so we had to constantly double check to make sure the door closed. (2) the bathroom door has no lock and also basically does not close. The door is basically a closet sliding door with gaps. There's no seal to keep any unwanted smells out of the hotel room, which I would think some guests would find very unsanitary, as did I. And the bathroom door does not lock thereby letting anyone just open the bathroom door while you're doing your business. Other than that I would highly suggest this hotel to other guests and as long as they keep the rooms as clean as they were I'll stay there each and everytime I visit!

We got an amazing rate, and it made the trip so wonderful. The hotel was great. Of couse paying for parking is kinda sucky, but I think most of the hotels in this area do so.

Great location to local theme park. There is no complimentary breakfast available. Also remember there is no free parking and no free shuttle to the local theme park, so everyday there are 2 additional charges added to your room rate. The bathroom doors also have no locks on them. Otherwise nice hotel.

The hotel was very nice. Lots of amenities and all staff members save one were very accomodating. We came in early to go to Disney and wanted to pre-check in. The front desk staff memeber was rude and said we would not get the requested room because 'that is what you get when you check in at 9am'. Another, very nice staff member overheard the conversation and interviened. We were able to store our luggage as planned and received our requested room when we returned from Disney that afternoon. The pool area was small for such a large hotel. Very crowded and not enough seating.

This was located right next to the Convention center and which made it easy to walk there for meetings.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Good price for the room and would stay again. Only thing that was disappointing was the bar. We had one drink at the bar after a long day in Disneyland. We were shocked at the prices of the drinks and never went back. One short well margarita was ten dollars! I expected to pay a little higher price at the hotel bar but not that much more.

Close to the convention center and Disneyland.

The customer service was horrible and the employees there were rude and snappy. They completely had no respect and we had to wait 2 hours for our room past check in time. Don't waste your money.

There was a hole in the shower ceiling so everytime we showered, it dripped. When we checked in the carpet was still wet from being shampood. When we came home for Disneyland, they shut off the water at night so we could not shower, we were so angry!

Front desk staff not overly friendly and we had to wait in line a long time to be served, but they were never rude. The bathroom was not very clean and the daily room cleaning was mininal at best. Beds were comfortable, food was so so, location fit our needs. Was not happy paying $15 per day to park in hotel parking lot.

The hotel was great for the money that we paid. The location was perfect if you are going to the Convention Center. We were originally put in a room that reeked of smoke even though the hotel was a non-smoking hotel. They changed our room to a bigger one, but we had to wait awhile for it. Once in our bigger non smelly room. We had an awesome view of Disneyland and the best location to view the nightly fireworks show. Would definately stay at this hotel again!
