This hotel is located within a 15-20 minute walking distance from all major attractions in Florence. The hotel is neat, clean, and looked very new (compared to other hotels in Italy I stayed in). The staff was very friendly and the check-in was a breeze. The room was also very nice. They even let me store my bags at the hotel after checkout, since my train back to Rome wasn't until 8 PM. They saved me the trouble of carrying around my bags all day!! Fantastic! Great hotel, overall. Definitely recommend it.

Tha Arizona hotel was perfertly located for us, in walkable distance to all sights. The room was nice and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel

This was a great hotel for the money. The breakfast included in the morning was pretty good. It is located very close to almost everything (the furthest is about a 20 minute walk). The staff was very informative spoke English. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here for one night. It was such a cute hotel. It was very nice inside and very clean. I just want to say that our Hotel Room smelled of smoke, but we did not ask for a non-smoking room. Everything was nice. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. A very nice spread for a continental breakfeast. Very nice fruit and cereal. Check-in and Check-out very quick and easy. No complications. No free wireless avaialable. There is a few for a half hour and prices vary for more than that. Other than that, I would definately stay there again!

The bathroom was too small but the room was very nice.

This is a remarkable hotel, even though the rooms and the bathroom are rather small, but thats to be expected in europe.....hotel is in a nice neighborhood, the staff will go out of the way to help you, the breakfast is exceptional, its quite close to the major attractions... hotel is clean, would definitely recommend that you stay there...have no complaints

Near the David, but a bit of a walk around otherwise. We arrived at the train station and it took about 20 mins walk to get there. Internet isn't free. Nothing really stood out about the place except they had a very full breakfast: juice, toast, croissants, cereal, ham, eggs and nice places to sit. More than a simple bread/coffee breakfast.

Knowing the prices of other hotels close to the downtown area this place stands out. This is not like a typical Hilton or Marriott in US, but it was old with personality and quiet. It was very close to everything. The block it's on isn't very nice for food or fun, but it's only a short block or two away. It was quiet, clean, and everyone there was very nice. There is a laundromat a block away in case you need to do laundry. Don't be afraid to stay here! A+++

The hotel was very nice. The location was within walking distance to all the sights. The staff was accomodating but the gentlemen at the night desk was very helpful when asked about restaurants.

Hotel seems recently remodeled, very clean. Good breakfast. Bathroom was tiny! I'm not trying to be rude, but if you are overweight, or even average, you may not be comfortable in there. Even though it is called hotel Arizona, it was not made for Americans. All of the Italian women I saw were size zero. Good restaurant right across the street, laundry, shops and a nice park nearby. Walking distance to Duomo and train station, even with suitcases.

I had very little time to prepare for this trip, and booked something last minute. I actually booked it 'cause I'd remember the name easily. Great, friendly staff, good location away from the Ultra-Touristy spots, and close to a few really good restaurants. Ask the staff for their picks on where to eat, both places they recommended were amazing, fair priced, and authentic. Next time I go to Florence I will be staying here again. The only thing they need is Free WiFi in the rooms.

Have a very good location, very clean , the staff of the hotel is very kind and nice. The rooms where very clean. The service is excellent , they where very kind and nice.If i have to rated this hotel from 1 to 10 i will rated 10.

The room was small by US standards, but really comfortable with beautiful frescoes on the ceiling. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect: within walking distance of everything, but far enough from congested areas to get some peace and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived in Florence with a sense of how striking the city is. This hotel is right next to a huge synagogue. The area is a rather dreary, but it is only 15 mins walk from the main shopping area. The people who worked in the hotel were quite lifeless, almost depressed seeming. The energy in the place was strong and we did not sleep well at all. Did not feel good at all to be there.

like many european hotels in historic buildings the room was small but comfortable and nicely appointed - good breakfast and friendly staff rounded out a good overall experience - GREAT location

The breakfast was excellent, location is great only negative i felt was that the room with 4 beds(the one we got) was a bit tight and looked like a dormitory)

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful in suggesting dining locations, museum information, etc. The room was small, but if you're there to take in Florence, it's not a big deal. It's close to everything, but it's a bit of a walk from the Termini - though we walked from the Termini with our suitcases and it wasn't bad.

Very ugly and unconfortable rooms, very old and smell really bad, the service personal from the morning was nice, but the late one was really rude. The breakfast was ok.

We enjoyed out stay at Arizona Hotel in Florence. Is is a great place to stay while on vacation. Good traditional Italian breakfast and the rooms while not huge did the job of providing us a place to sleep and get ready for the day. Our room had a full bath, with a actual toilet (you will understand when you get to Italy). Very friendly staff and they spoke very good English. I will stay here again when I go back to Florence.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence. The hotel and the room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Good shower room. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable so took me a few attempts to make the mostof it

We booked a triple but upgraded for a fee for a quad room as the triple was really small. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. It was very close to the Vatican and other sites. The area was safe for walking at night and there are several good restaurants in the area.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. I was able to walk to the Dumo, Uffizzi Gallery and Pontivecchio all very easily. It is even right next door to the only Florentine Synagogue and Ruth's, a kosher vegeterian restuarant. The staff were incredibly helpful plus the room comes with breakfast. There is also a computer with internet available in the lobby for a small fee. My room was on the top floor (number 42). It had no windows, but it did have a small staircase that led to the roof where there was a small patio with a spectacular view of Florence. The room itself left a bit to be desired. I didn't dare venture into the shower, which was tiny. The faucet dripped all night long. But other than the decor and a few maintance problems it was an okay stay.

Beyond all expectations. By far the best 3 star hotel I have stayed in in Europe. Friendly staff, good location and immaculate rooms.

Super hôtel, personnel très disponible parlant français, possibilité de garer son véhicule (un peu cher mais on est à Florence et dans ce quartier peu de place). Petit déjeuner excellent et copieux. Salle de bains un peu exigue. Seul hic, nous avions loué deux chambres, l'une très bien avec un très beau plafond, l'autre donnant sur une cour intérieure très laide et sale. Il est bien dommage que la direction de l'hôtel n'essaie pas d'arranger cela, car c'était plutôt déprimant de se mettre à la fenêtre et le prix de la chambre est le même que si vous êtes devant.

En positiv overrraskelse, 4 stykker på et rom og alle fikk gode senger. Rolige omgivelser, men kun 10 min å gå til Dumoen. Kjempegod frokost med godt pålegg og frisk frukt, fri for kaker og berlinerboller.

Hotellet låg mycket bra och centralt i Florens. Nära till allt. Rummet var vackert med en fantastisk takmålning från tidigare sekel. Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Vi fick t o m parkera vår bil på hotellets egen parkering framför hotellet. Hotellet vara välbesökt och fullbelagt över helgen.

Ottima accoglienza, buonissima colazione, è consigliabile sia per il mordi e fuggi che per soggiorni più lunghi, con prezzi abbastanza alla portata di tutti.

Not bad, for a central hotel. The staff is kind, the rooms are comfortable enough (though a little noisy, maybe...), and bathrooms are clean, with a good shower box. The main problem is finding a parking spot, as the hotel is inside the ZTL (central area closed to traffic until 19.30)
