The hotel and staff were wonderful. The only problem was with the amount of money I spent there, they could at leas validate parking. $20.00 a day is a lot when you are already staying there plus eating there as well. The event that I was there for that weekdend was also very well put together.

I enjoyed my hotel stay. The gym was absolutely fansastic and even offered fresh fruit in the mornings, a perk in my book. We were right next to the convention center so walking was a breeze. The only bad thing I can say is parking is a bit pricey, $20 per day, but worked into the hotel price it was still a good value.

Close to everythng, perfect place to stay with kids.

Overall experience was very good. Since this trip was part of a Disneyland vacation for four, the lack of a free shuttle increased the cost by $16 per day.

Seems like they redecorated half the room...some things look new and clean and other things look aged. I would say the lobby and first floor areas are cool and new and everything, and fantastic, bit the guestroom (at least mine) is aged and not 4 stars.

Our room wasn't cleaned the first night there after the hotel service misunderstood the breakfast menu for a do not disturb sign so we didn't have breakfast or a clean room and linens. This ruined the entire trip for me.

Good hotel for what you expect. Parking is $20 a day! Has a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut Express. One night, we just ordered down to one of the restaraunts and picked up (so we didn't have to pay for Room Service). Great food there! Clean room, except the tissue box and something else in the bathroom had a nasty layer of dust. Could hear the baby in the room next door at 2 am. Other than that, had a great time. Hotel staff helpful and friendly.

Our stay was just great and the room was perfect. Stayed on the 16th floor facing Disneyland and was able to see the fireworks. Only draw back was the cost for parking, very $$

The only comment I have is that the parking is very expensive. Even during times when there is no convention.

Did the Disneyland 5 day pass... Hotel was just right in terms of walking to Disneyland. Plus by walking you have many choices for b'fast and dinner. Plus Starbucks in the lobby is great!!!

As there were huge turnout and crowd for check-in on that day, the front desk was sufficiently staffed to handle it and moreover the rooms were issued very late after waiting for 2 hours. This can be improved. Rest everything was fine and recommended.

Great hotel, still have to pay for parking

Had meetings elsewhere but not bad, thus good value. Internet did not work - wired broke (& unfixable) and it took a while to get wireless working - iffy, but they dropped the charge, so no worries.

Needs improvement, like in the whole tower they don't have ice machine. The housekeeper knock our door before 9:00AM the day of our check out (noon). We are 4 people in the room, not enough towels for everybody

We used the hotel as a base to explore Disney with our 6, 5 and 18 month old. All very ship-shape and painless - there is a great shuttle from the hotel to the park. We were first placed in a noisy (near air-conditioning plant) room, but were moved efficiently after the first night. Some travellers have complained that the hotel is not kid-friendly - our kids loved it (eg good shallow pool for kids) and we were glad of a short break from too much disney-inspired kitsch. I see zero advantage of staying in the park itself.....when you're 10 minutes from the gate (as opposed to 5 minutes - what's 5 minutes when you're on holiday ?).

Loved the hotel and service. Hidden expenses were internet service, parking and Disney Shuttle.

4 star rating to me is not accurate. I am a very picky person, and I'm always looking for a clean place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable and 100% clean. Personnel are very much customer service oriented. They want to serve you, and they have a "how can I help you" attitude all the time. They love your business. I will definetely recommend this Hotel to everyone out there. I know I'm going there next time I go south. Thanks a lot Anaheim Marriot.

We loved our room. The restaurant downstairs was very good. Will stay there again.

Stay would have been more enjoyable if fridge worked and if there was a microwave in the room. Also, the remote for the television did not work. Hotel needs to pay more attention to details.

Our tv didn't work and we had to have someone come up and fix it... but we had a great view and it was close to attractions.

Great room, really great rate, helpful staff. Most of our waking hours were at Disneyland but our hotel time was great.

I travel to SoCal each year during the week between Christmas and New Year's and have stayed in the Anaheim are quite often. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Disneyland resort and the newly opened Anaheim Gardenwalk Mall/restaurant area. The room I stayed in was recently remodeled and had a refrigerator and flat screen LCD-TV. The rooms are not huge but more than adequate for the average traveler. Parking is a bit pricy but all of the major hotels in the area charge for parking and the convenience of the garage to the hotel is great. Easy in and out if doing things beyond the Disney experience. The staff was very helpful and the housekeeping staff for my room area was excellent. Fitness center is well stocked with elliptical machines and treadmills as well as weight lifting machines but only 2 bikes. Towels and water are available as well as TVs on each price of equipment. Not all the TVs worked but the option was nice to have. Starbucks location within the hotel is convenient for that quick and out breakfast for those heading to the park early. Though I didn't take advantage of other amenities, there is a to-go sort of sandwich shop which sold soda and other grocery items and a Pizza Hut express location that I saw people partaking of. Overall, a great hotel with great location and lots of amenities.

Hotels.com got a very good rate in a very nice hotel on the dates that we wanted. We traveled on Christmas Day 2008 and took SuperShuttle (transport cost hadn't changed in over 3 years) to the Marriott Anaheim, arriving at about 5:30 pm. First impression: Upscale hotel, clean and warm. Front Desk staff was friendly and professional. Concierge Desk staff very helpful with directing my family to the convenient Disney desk to purchase Park tickets. (Note: You'll save a few dollars by purchsing Disney Passes on-line; however, the wait to get the actual passes at the Disney ticket booths at the Park is quite long. It is much more convenient to just get Disney Passes at the hotel and walk through the Park entrance booths.) The Concierge Desk also recommended getting Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) passes, available in the Gift Shop in 1-day, 3-day, & 5-day passes to access the hotel-Disney shuttle, which comes every 20 minutes. We highly recommend use of the ART Shuttle - the walk to the Park takes between 20-30 minutes, depending how fast you walk and whether you have kids. The per trip cost is reasonable, especially if you go to/from the hotel / Disney more than once-a-day, and saving your tired feet late at night after spending several hours trekking around the Parks. When we asked about any good Mexican restaurants within walking distance, the Concierge staff made a great recommendation for Casa de Garcia - a long-time, family-owned restaurant, which we tried the next day. The food was great and prices were very reasonable. We ate at two of the Marriott Anaheim's restaurants -- the staff at both restaurants were very nice and friendly. In particular, K----, of Degrees Bar, was most accommodating while we had lunch just prior to our pick-up and departure to LAX. The Front Desk staff member that attended to our check-out helped us enroll in the Marriott's Reward program. The room was clean, Housekeeping adhered to our wishes when we did not want room-cleaning serves. There

Very large hotel, some rooms with a long walk to the elevator. Nice pool and Starbucks cafe. Small Pizza Hut. Be prepaired for incidental expenses:- No complementary breakfast (cost from approx $15 per person at the Sol cafe), room service incurs $2.50 plus 20% service charge. No free parking ($20 a day) with long walk from parking lot to reception area.

The Marriot was a nice hotel. The room was fairly quiet, but a bit small.

The hotel was very nice the staff was excellant, but on the 17th floor there was something that made aloud noise all night on the last night we stayed

Overall we loved our stay,we went to Disneyland the next and it was a perfect distances not to far. My only comment would be on the parking fee, but even then we would consider returning.

MANY RESTAURANTS TO CHOOSE FROM, AND JUST A WALK TO MANY MORE. THE BATH PRODUCTS ARE BATH AND BODY WORKS, WHICH ARE VERY NICE. ALL OF THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.

1.5 blocks away from Disneyland and California Adventures is just far enough away from the all the crowding, but the shuttle that runs non stop all day long will allow you to be a part of it if you want. The heated pool is the best in the area. 1/2 open air and 1/2 under a roof gives you the best of both worlds and makes it available all year round, with the jacuzzi providing the perfect ending to a full day of walking. The staff was extremely friendly, very approachable and helpful. When I go back to Disneyland/CA adventures, I WILL stay here again. 0 complaints from me.
